Low sofa and bed. Struggled getting up as have bad hips and knees

The location was beautiful.

It would have been nice to meet the host. The previous occupants hadn't washed up particularly well, dirty cup and cutlery. There were a half eaten packet of crisps and sweets in the kitchen cupboard. The wall around the door in the bathroom would benefit from a wipe down.

Location was best bit for where we wanted to go

. Not being met by host to tell to tell us where key was . Bed was basic and uncomfortable and loads of do's and don't. Wanted a relaxing weekend with peace and quiet but on Sunday there was noisy building work .

We stayed in swallow cottage. very peaceful location .A well equipped cottage. Easy to travel to Shaftesbury a couple of miles away.

The only thing really was the mattress was very soft for our liking and the metal bed frame squeaked on the one side every time you turned over. But this would not stop us coming back in the future.

Surroundings lovely other people staying all friendly

Hadn't expected me but was looked after quite well was very tired after journey had to wait for place to cleaned first

What a beautiful relaxing place to stay . Within a few minutes drive to Shaftesbury . Close to other places to visit. Cosy and well appointed . Very comfy bed. We will definitely come again. Our host was very friendly and welcomed us, she was there if there was a problem but was not intrusive . Lovely place to stay.

Limited hanging space for clothes

Location, kitchen well furnished, quiet

Needed a deep clean and the electric was easily tripped.
