The dining table. Balcony for outside.

Very basic and cheap fittings. Bedding was very poor quality. Cleaning could be improved, especially the mould in the shower. The Sink in kitchen needs cleaning. It's not worth the money for the stay. Very budget accommodation. Quite loud train noise from late night to early morning. Carpet stained in several spots. The walls in the bathroom are dirty with yellow stains. Can't help but think is it urine. A fresh, clean coat of paint would be of benefit.

It was very dirty by the time we arrived. Even after the owner arranged the cleaner to clean it again, It was still not clean enough.

Clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. Lots of light and fresh air when sliding-door is opened.

No local TV programs but Netflix is entertaining enough.

Host was good with communication and sent cleaner back in when requested

The room smelt bad, the cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, mouldy shower, dirty carpets, dirty balcony, dirty marks all over the walls, noise from trains

Excellent location for city access, with 2 tram stops located both directions, short walk to Southern Cross station if needing a train. Plus close to local attractions. Close to great places to eat at affordable price The owner was easy to communicate with

The location was excellent to get to trams and trains; very easy to get to good food and activities; the view was great; amenities were great; Kerry the cleaner was lovely and very helpful.

Nowhere to store bags after checkout; remote control for TV had buttons missing; Netflix etc. not connected, no instructions on how to do same; communication with owner was via email, though response was OK; no number given to text or call. Had to call the lovely cleaner for immediate response and help that was not cleaning related.

Great location - tram at doorstep. Shops downstairs, close to casino and southern cross. Balcony was narrow but usable. Everything was easy to get too. Host was quick to get back with queries. Would stay again

Some small tea, coffee in apartment would of been nice. Carpets and chairs probably due for a clean soon

Location was good

The bathroom was dirty soap holder covered in scum from previous occupants. Hair and mould in shower. Access was Advertised from 2 pm did not get access until 3pm. This is not a hotel this is air B&B not stated on booking . Com, food left in cupboards. Carpets had dirty stains on it. The noise from the trains were horrendous.
