This place was well-decorated, quiet, and clean, with easy access to the metro and close to all the historic sites in the center. We arrived around noon to drop off our luggage. Philip greeted us and was able to accommodate an early check in, which was a lovely surprise.
The apartment had everything we needed, including a drip coffee maker and an espresso machine. We highly recommend the 180 West Rooftop Lounge next door for its beautiful views of the Acropolis, great drinks, and music. Philip also provided a fantastic list of local recommendations. We just wish we had more time to visit them all!

Our overall stay was excellent. Harry, the apartment manager met us at our arrival around 11:30 am and we were able to enjoy an early check-in which was a wonderful surprise. He was friendly, helpful and very professional and responded to all our messages immediately. We highly recommend this property for a stay in Athens. Excellent location !

What a perfect location, well appointed apartment in the heart of Athens. Everything was within walking distance. We loved the beautiful decor in the unit and the air conditioning worked like a charm in the warm weather.

Great location, immaculate apartment, and excellent customer service on checkin/checkout - even stored our luggage for us. The location is also great - right by the port and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in the city center. Only concern was the AC was a little weak.

Outstanding property with everything you could possibly want or need and within easy walking distance of the Acropolis, museums and many restaurants. Great communication prior to arrival. A couple of suggestions; 1) Non-slip mats for the showers would be nice. We found the floor to be very slippery. 2) I would suggest installing bidet toilet seats if the "No toilet paper in the toilet" is permanent guidance.

We stayed in this VRBO for 2 days while in Athens. The unit is in a great location. Easy walk to the Acropolis, the museum, and the metro station. We were there with another family and they rented the 2nd unit in the same building. The unit was a great size for our family of 4 and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay (air conditioning, washer, etc.). The management company was very easy to work with and responded to all of my questions very quickly.
I would recommend the restaurant at the hotel next door for a great evening view of the Acropolis. And I would recommend Liondi for lunch just outside of the museum.

We are traveling to several cities in Europe this summer and we knew the least, and had the lowest expectations for Athens. We were so surprised and pleased. Athens is so charming and beautiful, and the Greek people are the kindest, most friendly people we’ve ever met. Our VRBO was in the heart of the city, a short walk from the Acropolis and great neighborhoods like the Plaka. The apartment was better than advertised and had all the luxuries of home. Our hosts were exceptional and I can’t recommend this option highly enough. Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was very very spacious with everything our family of four (with two teenagers) could need. It was also close to major attractions as well as a cute area of boutique restaurants. The perfect place for our first time in Athens!

This property is in a fairly convenient location to both the metro and the Acropolis. We enjoyed that there were plenty of dining options close by. The apartment was clean, well equipped, comfortable, interesting lighting and marvelous towels. They were very accommodating with our early arrival. Two suggestions are to put safety bars in the wonderful showers and to supply directions for the washer/dryer in English!

What a fantastic property with attentive hosts. Property was immaculate and well stocked with all the essentials. Communication with the host was very timely and readily available. The location was in easy walking distance of several restaurants, bars and major attractions. Public transportation was only a few minutes walk away and allowed for quick travel to the beach for a quiet afternoon on the coast. Highly recommend this property for your stay and would book again if back in the area.

We have stayed in MANY VRBO (and AB&B) apartments over our 11 years of travel in Europe. This is our first ever review because we could find NO fault with this apartment. It was truly luxurious. The lighting, decor, living area, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, were beautifully designed and appointed. (On the third floor with elevator.) The location was excellent: next to a hotel with a rooftop restaurant/bar; near the metro, car rental agencies, ATMs, cafes, one of the best bakeries we have ever seen, and many restaurants —for example. It is within walking distance of many must-see historical sites and museums. And the owner/managers were extremely responsive to all of our inquiries. Truly a cut above.

Our stay with Bill and John was an unbelievable stay. They have an extensive resource/staff pool of individuals ready to help you in an instant at all times day or night. They met us at the airport in a van as 4 adults had a lot of luggage.
They took us to our apartment ( they have two identical 2 bed/2bath apartments in the same bldg) and got us situated. The apartments are fully loaded with everything one would need.
Additionally the apartments are within a minutes walk to the Acropolis, Plaka and most everything you want to see in Athens.
We also hired a private tour guide for our family through Bill and John. She met us at the front door of the apartments and spent 4 hours on a walking tour of all and more than we requested! She was outstanding!
These properties and company are highly recommended and I know all who stay with them will have the same great experience.
The only note I will make is they have a washing machine in both kitchens. I was told it is a w/d combo. But I could not figure it out. But that was not a problem as there is a great laundromat on the next street which was fast and efficient!

The property was great! Looks just like the pics online. More than enough room for three adult women. We felt safe and secure. It’s walking distance to the Acropolis. The host was extremely helpful from check out to check in. He was also very responsive to my emails leading up to check in. He even helped us with transportation from the airport. I definitely recommend it! I wished it was available to book again for the end of our trip.

We loved our stay at the Acropolis Luxury Living apartment. Very nicely appointed with everything we needed for our stay. It was only a short walk to the Acropolis and to downtown for seeing the sights and restaurants. The service before and during our stay was spot on. It was so roomy to where we were all comfortable and had plenty of room. They also accommodated everything for our stay. From stocking our fridge and organizing a tour. Fantastic apartment. Clean, modern, well-equipped and well-maintained. Superb location within easy walking distance of the Acropolis, the Plaka, etc. Also excellent support (tips, recommendations, etc.) from the property manager. My wife and I hated to leave the apartment, because we loved our stay there so much. We’ve stayed in a lot vacation rentals, and this is one of the absolute best!!

My friend and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was in a great location, very close to the Acropolis and lots of restaurants. The location is very quiet and the property was clean and had plenty of supplies (paper towels, TP, towels, etc.). The units also has AC!!

Do not hesitate to book this property for your Athens stay
My family and I (6 people total) stayed at this property for two nights before our cruise out of Piraeus port. First of all, this property is located in a great location just south of the Acropolis and main touristy areas. We walked to most of the major sites during the day and enjoyed quiet evenings at the apartment. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable with a large layout, stylish design, comfortable beds, and most importantly powerful A/C units in each room. The apartment is in a small building that requires taking several flights of stairs or a small 1-2 person elevator. This was not a problem for our group but keep that in mind if your party includes someone with mobility challenges. Overall, this property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Athens and we would certainly book again.

Beyond expectations
This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was nicely appointed: the quality of furnishings, thoughtful amenities such as black out curtains, helpful staff to connect with us daily. We did not anticipate the daily maid service that was provided—a nice surprise! Lastly, the location was superb, just a few blocks from the bustling Plaka and Parthenon area, we liked its slightly quieter vibe. You won’t regret choosing this place.
