This was easily one of the worst vrbo rentals we had booked.
Here are the issues that we found really spoiled our stay experience.
1. Sofa material is very old and not sure what kind of material it is but it's uncomfortable and causes skin itchiness. Sofa material is definitely something very cheap and the sofa needs replacement.
2. Kitchen was the biggest disappointment as the kitchen storage cabinets had stuff left by all the guests going back to 2018-2019 (Pre covid). I had to throw away tea bags and some stuff that had expired in 2019. This speaks volumes about the cleanliness and maintainability.
3. Kitchen storage cabinets were crowded and had no space for our spices/food items.
4. Dinner ware was chipped (dinner plates, small plates and cups) everything included. Spoons and spatulas were kept in drawers that weren't cleaned for a long time it seems. I had to wash them before using them.
5. Cookware was again of a cheap quality and in a bad state. Needs replacement.
6. There was a coffee machine but no coffee to make. There was coffee powder but I had no idea how expired it was so we did not dare to use it.
7. Mattresses were very old and uncomfortable.
8. Condominium is on the 3rd floor and is highly inconvenient if you have to take luggage to the 3rd floor. (As we needed to.)
9. Condominium has a balcony, however views from the balcony are just some construction. There is no view at all and plenty of noise at this location.
10. Last but not the least, the master bath

Great condo! Clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Very nice location only a few blocks from restaurants and the lake. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Check in was easy and instructions for all electronics and appliances was provided. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

This was the perfect launching pad for our family of four to enjoy Grand Lake, the western RMNP trails, and a day trip into Estes. It was clean, comfortable, and very homey. It did get very warm on hot days, but every room has ceiling fans to help cool people off and good cross breeze from open windows was possible. No complaints.

Great Location
Five minutes to entrance to Rocky Mountain Nat Park. Perfect location for us. Lovely view of the mountains. Very clean, great size for family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, and 1 preteen). My kids would say the best part is it has great wifi - after hiking and exploring in the wilderness with no cell service, trust me wifi was a HUGE hit. I liked the comfy living space, everyone had a bed, great showers and washer/dryer. It is on the 3rd floor - not a negative in my book, just something to be aware of. Overall fabulous place!

Great place for families!
Cozy little condo perfect for our families! We loved our stay here. The condo was well stocked and clean upon arrival. It's nicely decorated. We traveled with kids so we especially loved the kid sized chairs in the living room! One downfall was the dishwasher. It leaked a couple of times we ran it and the guest contact did not seem concerned to help fix it. That is really our only complaint. Great place!

3rd floor walk up condo delights
Other than the lack of an elevator up to the 3rd floor entrance (which requires some strategic packing ahead of time for longer stays), the unit served its purpose well. Nice amenities, decent master shower, comfortable beds/sheets. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Winter Getaway
We loved our stay at this condo in Grand Lake. It was dumping snow, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet on our off days, and on our on days we skied at Winter Park. There is an awesome store, the Mountain Market, around the corner. It has everything you need. Thanks for a great stay!

We were expecting more.
The unit was a 3 story walk up and I walk with a cane. My wife and son had to bring all the luggage up since I could not help. The walk up also caused difficulties for both me and my wife sinc the air is so thin and lost our breath just walking up. The unit had good pictures and looked clean but didn’t feel clean. It needs new sheet and towels and a deep cleaning to be comparable to other ties on VRBO. And the view was less than expected. Lastly, we only had 3 total people which was fine but wouldn’t recommend using the this property for more than 4 guests because even though the unit does sleep 8, the space is small.

Condo was very nice but you do need to know it is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so it was a lot of stairs to negotiate, especially for a senior citizen. Also there is no air conditioning. It was 80 degrees inside when we arrived which was in August, and even with all the windows and the balcony door open and all the fans running, it took a considerable amount of time to cool down. Other than that, everything was great.

great customer service, great rental
Our trip started out with a problem with our first rental (not through Evolve) and we had to find accommodations very quickly as it was already the evening. I made a mistake on my reservation, and the folks at Evolve were incredibly helpful in finding a place and getting all the information to us quickly so that we could get into the rental quickly and easily. The rental was great - very clean and a great location for going to Grand Lake and for going into Granby for skiing. We had a wonderful trip.

Grand experience in Grand Lake
We stayed in the rental the week following Christmas and we cannot wait to return. We planned a last minute ski trip to Granby Resort and all of the local places were booked. It was a 25 minute drive to the mountain but the scenery made it feel like 5. After arriving at the unit we were very pleased with everything. The unit is stocked with every possible thing you would need down to the crockpot. The unit is very clean and is what you would expect out of a 5 star rental. Spotless, comfortable furniture, up to date, cozy, simply relaxing. The city of Grand Lake is small and unique. Definitely a mountain town feeling. Great places to eat, explore, and spend time outside. Overall rating is 10 out of 10. We cannot wait to return.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful two days in this condo. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer appeared to be new, as did the carpet. Everything was spotless. Deb was very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this property.

Clean, beautiful stay
We had a great time in Grand Lake at this property, which is just a few minutes from the downtown. Everything was very clean and as described. With no AC it was very hot sleeping at night in peak summer which I wasn't expecting, but it was manageable. We would stay here again.

Grand Lake in Winter
We had a wonderful stay. Property was clean and was as listed. Location was wonderful. We had no problem driving in the area even with snow every day! Could have used a large pitcher in the kitchen for mixing up drinks. Nice having a grill on the deck. The fireplace is gas, so you don't need wood. Towel racks in bathrooms would have be nice and additional towels for kitchen. Overall a great property.

Fall 2019
My sister and I just returned from our fall Grand Lake trip. This property was excellent, exactly as advertised. Deb the property manager was very easy to work with and communicated well. Everything was spelled out, condo was well stocked and very clean. More than enough space for the two of us. Only downside would be the deck view. It wasn’t horrible, however, it did overlook the post office and go cart track. We knew this going into the trip and were honestly only at condo to sleep so this was of no issue to us. If you just want a place to sit and smell the mountain air, it’s perfect. You can walk anywhere you’d like to go in town. We give it 2 thumbs up and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in the future.

This was a great unit for the 4 of us. The The unit was very nice. The beds and couches were super comfortable after long days hiking in RMNP. We cooked breakfast every morning; everything we needed was in the kitchen. We loved being able to do laundry. Deb was easy to communicate with.
