Je pars d’ici avec un super sentiment ! C’était très reposant de dormir (la chambre était très spacieuse) et très propre. Je pouvais même faire mon yoga dedans. J’ai demandé a la famille de me faire à manger les deux soirs pour éviter de sortir seule et les repas étaient délicieux! J’ai même cuisiné avec l’hôte le dernier soir. Le jardin est sympa et c’est à côté d’un super temple ! Le lit était confortable. Il n’y avait pas l’eau chaude dans la chambre mais le dernier soir, l’hôte m’a proposée d’aller me doucher dans une autre chambre avec eau chaude (gratuitement). Je recommande vivement ce logement !!!

kitchen. paid (15 usd/mouth), very few dishes, no food shelves, small single plate. A lot of ants in the room, ventilation without a mosquito grid, sometimes slow wifi. Only cold water.

The hospitality of this family was just incredible. From the first meeting with them, I felt totally welcome and their kind attitude made my stay extremely comfortable. I know what I'm talking about because I had stayed in places where I didn't feel that much welcome but this just simply wasn't the case. Sanithu homestay is pretty close to Galle as well as to Bara beach which is less crowded and really beautiful. The WiFi in the homestay was surprisingly good and I was able to teach some online classes without any trouble. I also liked the mattress and I had a very comfortable sleep. There was a mosquito net that kept me safe from the mosquitos and I don't think I got a single mosquito bite there. The bathroom was also really clean and also liked their garden and their cute rabbit too. One thing I should also mention was the food because Champi cooked delicious, budget-friendly meals which were also really healthy and which I enjoyed a lot so I definitely reccommend eating there.

- friendly hosts who will bend over backwards to help/assist - situated in a great neighbourhood. so many friendly people. makes up for not being located in Galle town. Locals wanting to know my name and play cricket etc.. a £1 Tuk Tuk and you’re in Galle no problem - plenty of good local shops - plenty of space in the room I booked. separate building. I had a lovely time with nice genuine people.

Paradise please in the real green village with friendly inhabitants. The apartment located just nearby well known Thuparama Viharaya. Hosts are well known respectable family. Home made food is the best in SriLanka! Especially roti :)
