La maison de campagne récemment rénové, construit en 1891 avec une touche typique de la Toscane, offre la retraite idéale pour les couples, les familles ou les groupes pour découvrir la Toscane.
La maison est située au pied des Apennins, idéal pour découvrir la Toscane a à offrir. En voiture, vous pouvez atteindre en 10 minutes Pistoia. Florence, Vinci et Lucca sont à environ 30 minutes. Pise et Viareggio sont accessibles en environ une heure et Sienne en 90 minutes environ. Une occasion pour une excursion autour des villages offrent anciens couché et les parcs naturels. La forêt de l'Apennin commence directement derrière la maison, vous pourrez flâner dans les chemins forestiers, les plantations d'arbres d'oliviers ou de vignes à partir de là. Le centre de Pistoia, ses rues médiévales et les bâtiments sont une attraction. Pistoia a reçu en 2017 comme la capitale culturelle de l'Italie. La Maroneta dispose de trois grandes chambres (un lit double par chambre), deux salles de séjour, une cuisine entièrement équipée et trois salles de bains (deux d'entre eux disposent d'une douche). Ainsi, la maison offre beaucoup d'espace pour les familles ou les groupes.
Vous serez accueillis à leur arrivée à la réception et les fonctions et averties de la maison. (Four à gaz, etc.) Vous pouvez ensuite sélectionner la plante entière pour une utilisation gratuite, sans interruption. Cependant, nous sommes toujours joignables par téléphone et devenir
meilleur soutien possible.
La Maroneta est équipé de deux cheminées et un approvisionnement en bois. Nous possédons nos propres puits d'eau, des arbres fruitiers et des vignes
Les plantations d'oliviers. Pendant le temps de la récolte, un voyage à la récolte des olives peuvent être organisées gratuitement si nécessaire. Nous sommes heureux de nous accueillir les familles avec enfants.
En une heure, vous pouvez rejoindre de nombreuses villes, la plage, ou les belles Apennins avec vos parcs de la région. Vous avez la possibilité de profiter de la riche diversité de la culture régionale et de délices culinaires et d'explorer les différentes conditions naturelles. Détendez-vous dans la nature paisible qui entoure la maison.

Beautiful house in quiet environment. The house is large and friendly. Excellent facilities including bathrooms and kitchen. A 10 minute drive to shops and Pistoia but the town is well serviced. 35 minute train to Florence.

Casa veramente bella e i proprietari sono persone veramente disponibilo
Questa esperienza la consiglio vivamente a tutti. Casa in ottime condizioni, pulita, e un salone veramente splendido dove fare cenoni o pranzi in compagnia. I proprietari sono persone molto disponibili e gentili. La casa è strutturata come nelle foto con un camino che mantiene la casa nella calda, insomma non manca proprio niente. La consiglio a tutti sopratutto per la tranquillità della zona e lo stile rustico e antico della casa. Voto 10.

Très agréable
Située au bout d'un chemin de terre, la maroneta est une maison très accueillante et reposante. Située à 5 minutes du centre ville de Pistoia (une très jolie ville), la maison est à proximité de nombreux commerces (accueil souriant et service efficace garantis). Florence et Pise sont à 30 mn par l'autoroute. Les chambres sont vastes et les pièces communes (cuisine, salon et salle à manger) sont propres, bien équipées et très agréables. Le jardin est un lieu idéal pour une sieste ou une lecture sous les arbres (attention toutefois aux moustiques...). Bref un lieu de séjour parfait !

We just loved it :)
My family and me stayed in La Maroneta at the beginning of July 2018... and we just loved everything about this beautiful house. Doesn´t matter what you need, the house has just everything to make your stay comfortable (the owner even organized a baby bed and chair for our 1 year old daughter). Vassilica did her best to help when we needed it and we could contact anytime with Jacopo who responded every question in short time. At the end of our stay we had the pleasure to get to know Domenico and his wife. They gave us a lot of information about Pistoia. So everybody was really interested in making our stay perfect.
The location of the house was what we were searching for. Just a few minutes outside of Pistoia (where you find supermarkets, restaurants, shops...) surrounded by nature. It was really central to do some trips to most of the famous Tuscany cities: Florence (20 mins), Lucca (30 mins), Pisa (60 mins), Siena (80 mins).
Thanks to everybody for making our holidays such a pleasure! We will come back for sure :)

The cottage is perfectly located for a base to your Tuscan holiday. It is so well located in fact, that it is close enough to a very well serviced town and far enough that your peace and tranquillity is assured.
The cottage is simply fabulous with everything that you need to spend a perfect week / fortnight in beautiful Tuscany. There are all the creature comforts you need but on top of that there is the fabulous tranquillity and peace from the fantastic countryside that surrounds you.
The owners Father and Mother live in the adjoining property ( certain times of the year) and they are simply wonderful sources of local knowledge and history. I can happily remember the fabulous mornings sharing a coffee and the time of day just chatting with both of these lovely people, all of us happy just sharing the wonderful experience of a fabulous Tuscan morning.
There are no negatives from our stay in this wonderful place and I am sure that my family and I will return to sample this little piece of paradise again.
