The owner was waiting for me on my arrival and was so friendly. Shew me all the facilities that were available to me. The room was clean and tidy. Didn't feel like a B&B at all, was more like a hotel room. Would definitely go back to Pinchbeck and great value for money.

Stunning location. Peace and quiet, surrounded by fields and a nice little walk to stretch legs before heading onto the next location. Very clean and all super high standard. Tea and coffee and plenty of food to pick from for continental breakfast. Friendly host who left us alone but said to let him know if needed anything. I can’t rate this place high enough absolutely superb would not hesitate to recommend and come back if back in the area. Many thanks

The mattress was a little too soft for me personally, all perfectly comfortable and clean but it’s a preference and in no way a negative.

Peaceful setting, spacious room, all needs catered for. Very friendly host.

Parking If the place was full there would not be a lot of room to park. Also a little remote to find.

Quiet location, comfortable room and good breakfast selection.

The smell of cigarette smoke when entering the property, but fortunately the rooms I was using were unaffected.

The place was clean and comfortable and the owners very friendly and helpful. The area is lovely and quiet, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed.

While breakfast does not include full english there is the most fantastic range of cerials available at least 15 choices. Also available is bread to toast and a vast choice of spreads and marmalades and jams. Comfortable bed and plenty of space.

There are a few steps up to the property and a few to the room which may be a problem for the disabled.

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable, clean, spacious very nice pleasant staff. Quiet, peaceful surroundings. Use of the kitchen was helpful. Plus breakfast was provided.
