great location! has a cute little kitchen, super close to the bus stop from Cabo

the bed could use a mattress topped and a white nose box to help with road nose(louder in the weekends)

Alan, the owner was nice. The maids and the staff at the restaurant were OK. The pool, our deck in the kitchen were great.

we had requested a quiet room as we are light sleepers. The first night we were given a room on the street, which was unbelievably noisy with traffic noise. We had to pack up in the morning as we requested to move to the courtyard. Since we were staying there five nights, I wish we had of been assigned that room right away. We talk to the guest who had just vacated the room and he was only there for one night and I just wish owners would respect the request of a quiet room because I know any kind of TRAFFIC NOISE means I will get zero sleep. I constantly request a quiet room away from traffic because I know that I will have to move rooms and sometimes hotel management doesn’t pay attention to this request in. It’s just not good.

The pool made it great. Lovely garden all around that you see outside your window. Nice views from roof to watch sunset.

Sheets were cheap synthetic. It would be nice to have cotton sheets.

It was perfect for me because it is a half block to the bus station, and I don't have a car. Clean, convenient, with a pool to cool off and a restaurant attached. It gave me a chance to see Todos Santos. Very cute decorations and accommodating to my last minute reservation. Omega tours, where you can rent an ATV, was only one block away. Nice staff at pizza place. Thoughtful art and design in loft. Bedroom upstairs and kitchen/bathroom downstairs.

The A/C worked and the toilet flushed and water came out of the shower!

Upon entering the apartment it is very cramped and dark as the only natural light downstairs comes from 2 small portals in the front door. The apartment is not 800+ sq ft as advertised much closer to 350sq ft max.There is no balcony patio, terrace or garden as advertised as the owner is in the process of constructing apartments where the garden was . The smallest queenbed upstairs is extremely hard and lumpy and the pillows were old and sweat stained. The barn window without glass or screen allows you the pleasure of day light and the mosquitos from the adjacent abandoned lot across the road,so youre left with no option but to shut out the daylight,sit in complete darkness at 4pm or turn on the lights! Located inTodos Santos 100 yards from the bus terminal .this "industial chic prison cell" doesnt have a TV much less streaming channels We prepaid $330 for 3nights midweek low season and left after 1 miserable night. Alan the owner was uncooperative from the time I requested a perfecly legitamate date change 3weeks earlier and refused to refund our money the morning after staying only one night, claiming "I dont have the money" I suggest you read the reviews for the bed you will see Im not exagerating I
