Strategic location to Suzhou railway station 10mins drive and Huqiu scenic area walking distance 15mins. Hotel is clean and full of zen... Out from busy area good for rest in natural environment. Hotel staffs are very hospitality and helpful. They recommend to the must go scenic area and local food. 😋 Free laundry if you need to wash and dry your clothes.

Pros: the price was right; washer and dryer service available; spacious rooms; restaurant onsite. Location isn’t the greatest (maybe 7 out of 10), but I knew what I was signing up for and you can easily take DiDi anywhere around the city.

It might be a cultural thing but some of the staff members (the males with the eye glasses) I encountered were a little standoffish. However, the main lady that works there was great - she was friendly, spoke some English, and very helpful. I didn’t get her name, but she worked everyday I was there, so thanks to her.

Competitive price and I love the communal space including a gym and a launderette that every guest can use free of charge. The clean staff are all so friendly and helpful.

No room service, the canteen located on the ground floor refused to serve food at 3pm. Although it might not be part of the hotel, I am not entirely sure. There is only a petrol station and a restaurant next to the hotel if you are hungry but again hard for foreigners. It would also be quite hard for foreigners to stay connected because to access the room Wi-Fi you will need a Chinese phone number to get a verification code via text.

The hotel was really nice and so close to Tiger Hill. All the staff was friendly. My room was beautiful!

The hotel is the best in Suzhou! Nice entrance with modern admosphere. The rooms are very clean and provide a frigde so you always have your own cool drinks. Breakfast is standard, white bread butter and strawberry compote and a diverse set of Chinese dishes, coffee is great!

The location wasnt the best. Its located kind of far from the city center, but close at the wedding mall and Tigerhill. Taxi's are always availble.

Great staff. Service and smile is excellent. Giving you the personal touch. Even giving you their personal WeChat to answer your questions at all time. Quick response to questions before you even go. They even provide you with a list of places you could go with the details on it. You can't believe it, they provide free washing machines and a dryer plus an steam iron on second floor. When I was sick in bed and missed the breakfast, they even packed me a to go bag the next day! The room is comfy and comes with a fridge. There's aircond controller rather than the usual control panel on the wall that you have to get up to turn it on or off. If you order cab from didi app, they'd even wait with you outside or keep an eye on the car arriving while u wait inside.
