Perfect holiday Accomodation. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great location in the centre of Agios Nikitas, which is a beautiful village with excellent restaurants and easy (walkable) access to 2 fantastic beaches. Panos and the team are perfect hosts - welcoming, friendly and always on hand to help with the queries/advice/recommendations etc. they provide bus info, booked our onward taxi to Lefkada and many more!

From the moment of booking until we left Lefkada, we felt so well taken care of by our friendly host! The apartment had a lovely terrace and there was also a back garden we could use which was so beautiful. The apartment was very clean and within 1 minute walk from the biggest supermarket, pharmacy and main street in Agios Nikitas. It was within 5 minutes walking distance from the Agios Nikitas beach and just 10 minutes away by taxi boat from the popular Mylos beach, so location was very convenient. The host helped us a lot to get around Lefkada and made travel and restaurant arrangements for us. We had an amazing time at Afroditi Pansion and would love to go back there in the future.

Panos, and his family/team were extremely welcoming and friendly. The apartments are really well situated away from the main street, and only 5 minutes from the beach.The room we had was comfortable, with air conditioning, a large bed, and a nice sized balcony. We didn't have a sea view, but it was cool and quite private, which I enjoyed. There was also a coffee machine, but being British, I would have preferred a kettle! 😉 Our bedding/towels were changed 3 times in the week, which was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return!

We loved the location and how lovely the property was. We especially liked spending time in the peaceful courtyard and on the balcony. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and having a parking space was also brilliant. The town itself is perfect, with loads of shops and restaurants. We got coffee from the shop opposite every morning. Highly recommend Milos beach, especially for sunset in the evening.

Location was really convenient. We could reach another place from there quickly and easily. There were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. A bus stop was just opposite apartments.

excellent location. clean, quiet courtyard rooms with trees & flowers. right off the pedestrian only walk to the beach & restaurants which is only a few minutes walk. Panos was a wonderful host. loved staying here!

perfect location, clean room (they cleaned it and changed towels every second day), there were no mosquitos

Parking is not included in the price and needs to be paid extra, but we expected that, so it was ok. There could be more dishes in a cupboard. Bathroom was small, but it is greek standard.

The host is super nice! We received a bottle of wine at our arrival. We also got a free parking lot, which is very helpful! Afroditi Passion is very close to the beach Agios Nikitas (take the boat taxi to Milos beach, amazing!). The location is perfect as you are in the middle of the island's center and all the famous beaches in the south-west. The rooms are comfy, you have everything you need.

Our towels were not changed when cleaned, even though we put them on the floor to show that we need new ones.

The room was simple, but modern and spotlessly clean with a good hot shower and great air conditioning, ensuring a good nights sleep. The room also had a small balcony and a decent sized fridge. The owner was very friendly and the location was perfect for our needs - its just a 5min walk down to the lovely beach in Agios Nikitas with access to lots of restaurants. Directly across the road there is a lovely cafe/supermarket selling delicious pastries and coffee for breakfast - the restaurant there is also good for dinner All round we had a perfect stay here..

There is nothing to dislike..

The property is in a great location just at the top of the pedestrian area of Agios Nikitas. Our room was spacious and had a balcony facing the small garden in the middle of the property. The rooms were clean and Panos was an excellent host who greeted us with wine and provided lots of tips for the local area. The property is located around 5 mins walk to the beach at the end of Agios Nikitas and around a 15 minute walk to Mylos beach (well worth the walk).

The shower was not able to be mounted on the wall, meaning that you had to hold it whilst washing yourself which wasn’t always convenient. As the shower area was not enclosed this led to water splashing around the bathroom which didn’t dry quickly.

We spend a really good times in Agios Nikitas and one of the best point was to stay right here - in Afroditi Pansion. Communication with staff was very quick and was very helpfull with everything we needed to know. Owner and all of stuff were very kind and smily and this made our experience much more authentic.We got a very cosy and clean room with perfekt shade balcony and small chick kitchen. Perfect. Bathroom was a little bit smaller than we expected but, still usefull. We hope we see you soon. Thank you.

Everything was perfect. Panos and the whole pansion staff is very friendly. The placement of the pansion is great, the beach is in 3 minutes on foot. We really enjoyed our one week stay at this place, the rooms were super clean. If you have any questions or any guidience they will try to help you right away. Thank you for everything Afroditi Pansion, I hope our roads will meet again soon :)

it was super clean and cute full of character and the host was one of the friendliest people we have come across on our holidays we will definitely return again

the only thing i would mention the parking is a bit of a problem but nothing to ruin the amazing time we had in this gorgeous little town

- The garden is beautiful and very relaxing atmosphere. - Welcoming host and everyone who works there. - Perfect location close to everything. - Everything was clean. - I loved that they provided sun umbrellas and other stuff for the beach free of charge. - Great coffee machine in the room. - Even though I was in a tourist season the room was very quiet. - Perfect place to stay.

Only one thing I would recommend is to have a shower handle (I assume it was a new bathroom and they didn’t install it yet.)

Very close to the main attactions in Agios Nikitas but in the same time a very quiet and peaceful place. We really enjoy the little garden they have there😊 There are a lot of local tavernas and shops nearby The owners were really welcoming and friendly and willing to help whenever needed.
