Es la tercera vez que visitamos este alojamiento,su ubicación es excelente.

Hemos visitado el alojamiento en enero de 2023, junio de 2023 y noviembre de 2024. Hemos visto como las instalaciones se han ido deteriorando sin hacer nada por remediarlo. En esta última estancia nos hemos encontrado con un problema grave de humedad, nos han dicho que por las lluvias de los últimos días, cuando claramente se veía que era problema del desagüe del a/a. Uno de los huéspedes no ha podido alojarse por problemas asmáticos. La solución que nos dieron trasladarnos a un piso en el Rincón de la Victoria -Un agujero tapado con dos folios. -Una mancha de humedad enorme en el salón y otra en la habitación contigua. -La nevera con moho en las gomas y un olor importante a humedad - El sofá con grandes manchas En fin llegamos con mucha ilusión pq conocíamos y hemos disfrutado mucho las otras estancias y se nos han hecho unos días muy cuesta arriba

The property was very clean and presentable. Communication very good with agents. Excellent location, 15mins walk to centre and surrounded by supermarkets if catering in the apartment. Access to the apartment was easy following a download of an app to phone.

Damp and mould above main bedroom wall, which should have been seen to before renting the property out. Air conditioning in same bedroom dripping water too. Not enough cooking utensils for cooking I.e no baking trays for oven use or sufficient pots and pans, considering the apartment can sleep up to six people. We were a group of 3 and managed with searing in lounge area. However, if 6 adults were to use the property, would struggle to be comfortable watching TV and relaxing.

Er is een oven aanwezig maar geen ovenschalen of platen . Keukenhanddoeken om af te drogen of wasproduct voor de wasmachine is ook afwezig. Dit is strikt persoonlijk en geen negatieve kritiek.

The apartment was well located, new and comfortable, and the communication with the host was very good.

The application with the key did not work properly. On arrival we could not access the property as the key had not been activated despite confirmation from the host that I had managed to do all the admin (signature of the contract, personal details of all the guests, deposit, etc). The key was activated the next day - for the rest of the stay it worked for the apartment but never for the building. We had one physical key from the building which for 5 people and non-functional virtual key is not enough. There were a lot of mosquitoes at night. No repellent plugs. The table and chairs on the balkcony had 1cm of dirt and dust.

Excellent accomodation. Spacious, comfortable, calm and clean! Definitely recommend. Very nice staff who were responsive and helpful by letting us stay a few hours longer on the day of checking out!

Loved the amount of towels provided and the many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, the el corte Inglès around the corner and ACs in every room! The balcony was lovely to enjoy the Spanish summer eve from and the washing machine was an absolute necessity as well! Also have to say that the communication and airport transfer were great.

The location was a bit of a walk to get to the center center and we were with three kids, including a 3-year-old, so that was a bit challenging at times. Had to get Ubers a lot. Also, the water was cut off for half a day twice during our stay due to maintenance (on the entire building). Lastly, I would have liked to have access to a vacuum cleaner and maybe even a glass cleaning spray to clean up a bit more. With all of the beach days the floor got very sandy at times, to the point where the broom wasn't really doing the trick anymore.

The property was clean, spacious and attention for details. Everything worked properly. Location is great. Will definitely book again for my next stay. Taxi service is brilliant.
