Pet Friendly Apartment- Walk To The Beach
Notre appartement en bas est à 1/2 mile des belles plages de Palm Coast. La plage est très calme et pour la plupart isolée. Nos plages sont également accueillantes pour les animaux de compagnie et ont de magnifiques montées de soleil. Idéal pour les longues promenades ou jours de repos au soleil. Nous sommes à 20 minutes au sud du quartier historique de Saint Augustine et à 30 minutes au nord de Daytona. Il y a aussi Publix à 3 miles pour tous vos besoins de vacances.
Nous avons récemment rénové notre appartement pour le rendre relaxant pour tous nos clients. Avec une chambre et une salle de bain, notre appartement est un endroit parfait pour profiter de vos vacances et s'il vous plaît, vous apporter un membre de la famille à fourrure, aussi! Il y a aussi beaucoup de place pour un matelas pneumatique si nécessaire. Un matelas pneumatique peut être fourni.
Un gril à gaz est à votre disposition. Détendez-vous l'après-midi sur le coin salon couvert à l'extérieur. Nous avons également Apple TV pour vous connecter à Netflix et Prime Video. Nous fournissons le WiFi. La cuisine est bien équipée avec à peu près tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour nourrir la famille et nous avons aussi Keruig avec du café. Je vis au-dessus de l'appartement s'il y a quelque chose dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Venez, restez et profitez des belles plages de Palm Coast!

We had a fantastic weekend at Marineland Acres. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. There is a fenced in backyard that our dog could enjoy. The golf cart made for easy access to the beach, which was beautiful and peaceful, not crowded at all. Phyllis and Mark are great hosts, and we will definitely be back!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Phyllis & Mark's place. They are truly the hosts with the most. They have thought of everything. You can literally show up with just your clothes and be all set! The place is immaculate. The proximity to the beach is a mere 3-minute golf cart ride, which they so generously provide. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Clean and cozy unit in Palm Coast with all the amenaties you would ever need. My dog and I felt right at home. We loved the short walk to the beach. Just the right distance for a little exercise for both of us. If you choose not to walk there is a golf cart for your convenience. Phyllis is a wonderful hostess. She is immediately accessible and willing to help with anything you may need. She made us feel right at home. The neighborhood is nice and the neighbors are friendly. All in all we had a great and relaxing time. Would highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hosts were very gracious and welcomed me and my dog with open arms, They provided advice on where to visit - provided all the stuff necessary to enjoy the beach (which is only one block away) -- the accommodations were pleasant and clean. I appreciated the full kitchen and the rocking chairs in the front yard to read and enjoy the sun. Palm Coast is a much quieter town than most beach venues - something I also enjoyed -- I do plan to return!

Great location the beach in this area is really quite. The golf cart made it really convenient to get the provided beach chairs and umbrella to the beach. Host very nice and helpful. The only suggestion I would give is to get a better AC in the rental. It got pretty hot sleeping at night even with the fans. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks

The little apartment was perfect! They even treated us to a bottle of wine for my birthday and were the sweetest hosts. We loved our time in Palm Coast and can't wait to go back!

Dog heaven
Owner's dog was marvelous companion for our dog. Owners were always around and helped with suggestions, etc. Golf cart was a godsend for us in making daily trips to ocean. St Augustine and Kennedy Space Center were day trips which we enjoyed. The supplies inside unit equaled or exceeded any place we have stayed. Thanks Mark and Phyllis.

We could have probably packed lighter
Phyllis and Mark have thought of everything. Several items we brought were already provided, plus a lot of stuff we would have had to buy/rent (beach chairs and beach goodies for the kids). The golf cart was awesome and made trips to the beach access a breeze. We loved the location (halfway between Flagler and St. Augustine) and the uncrowded beach area. Phyllis made a point of checking in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed (in a non-invasive way). We had a great week at the beach and this property played a large part in that.

Cute comfortable accommodations!!
The owners are wonderful. This apartment is full of little “extras”, spices for cooking, a cooler bag to use at the beach and a few pantry items to name just a few. Not only is it cute and eclectic, it is so comfortable. The beds are great, the couch is comfortable, there are cushions for outdoor seating, the entire place has a homey feel...we loved staying here!

we had a golf cart to use wide bike paths to ride for miles we rode to Publics the fish store and an a restaurant an a thrift store

Quiet Family Environment near the beach.
Mark & Phyllis were outstanding hosts, had everything to accommodate our family of 4 & our beloved Jack-a-poo. Definitely will be back.
Very clean no smell of pets, and the golf cart was a plus. If you are looking for a place to party this is NOT it. But if you want a great quiet neighborhood, with excellent and amazing hosts to relax and enjoy the beach☀️. This is it.👍🏼

We had a great time staying here and Mark and Phyllis were so helpful, kind and inviting! We were 2 minutes from the beach with the help of their golf cart, and any kind of beach accessory that you might possibly need. We felt safe and comfy! It was like home away from home.
