We had our whole family of 11 for a great week on Folly Beach. This house is great with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. It is clean and well stocked and appointed. The perfect location across from the beach on Folly. We will come back. 5 stars.

We loved our house- there was plenty of room for 5 couples and a baby. The proximity to the beach and the shops / dining was fantastic. We had the best week here! Communication with host for anything we needed was easy. We can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful! I hope to return to this house. Plenty of room. Beautiful memories were made here. My mother’s 83rd birthday celebration was held here.The host was so attentive to any needs. We loved our stay!

I wish I could give 10 stars for every category. The location is perfect. Right acroos from beach acess. Short walk to the pier and town. Short drive for groceries and visiting Charleston. Our teenagers enjoyed being able to come and go on their own. The Folly Beach pier is the nicest I have ever seen. We enjoyed ice cream while watching porpoises play in the moonlight at the end of the pier. Kate was a fabulous host and even immediately replaced the coffee machine when it quit. The elevator is a wonderful amenity. Can't wait to come back.

Our group of 8 had a wonderful week on Holly at this beautiful home. It is extraordinarily roomy, feels nice and homey, has generous parking, and provided everything we needed. Kate was an excellent, helpful host. The location is great with beach access just across the street, and it was a short walk or bike ride from the central business area and the public pier. We all look forward to returning.

Gorgeous home with magnificent sunrises and ocean views! We enjoyed our stay tremendously, with public beach access directly across the street and short walks to the pier and Center of town. Home is well maintained clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Couldn’t be happier!

This house is the perfect location to the beach and Center Street. Large open spaces and lots of sunlight. We enjoyed our weekend at Folly and would defiantly return to this property!

Family holiday with plenty of room and a beach fun. Exactly what we were looking for and better than advertised.

Our stay was FANTASTIC! When I first stumbled across this listing on VRBO, I could not believe the reviews were so great! I kept asking myself, "What's wrong with this property?" "The reviews cannot be this good." Well, we were pleasantly surprised that the reviews were spot on! This house is spacious, secluded (in my opinion) and beautiful. We all had a wonderful time, from the youngest, age 2, to the oldest, 60. It had everything we needed: pots, pans, etc. It was chilly December 15-17, but the heating unit worked well. The dining area had a large table to accommodate our group, and we had enough room to stretch out, retreat, or sit on the porch and listen to the ocean's waves. The host was attentive and gracious to us during our stay. We will book this house again! A great time was had by all!

The beach was across the street and great to walk, especially in the morning, even on a few cold mornings. The light show at Folly Park was amazing. The house was perfect for the amount of family we had for the week. A few things were missing, we had to change all the batteries in the TV remotes, the fireplace wasn't working, but overall it was very comfortable. Communication with Kate was great.

This was a wonderful place to get together with family! Kate, our host, was fantastic and helpful with local recommendations. For those with elderly parents (or with mobility issues) the house has an elevator, which was a definite asset. We will book this one again!

The house was 99% what we expected. Where to start - very easy access to beach. Nice short walk to everything in town. We were supposed to be a group of 5 siblings + spouses but 1 couple backed out. The house would have held the 10 of us easily. Plenty of seating. Kitchen is big enough and equipped well. Lots of outdoor furniture on the porches. In the ground floor there were beach items to use - chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. Our only little disappointment was the ocean view. You could see bits of water between buildings and trees. You could hear the waves, just couldn’t really see them. Everything else was suburb and we would rent it again.

Immediate reply on question we had. Communication was excellent throughout the process.even offered the give us additional time for departure. We all loved the house, easy access to the beach and of course the elevator help out with moving in and out. There are a lot of steps but the elevator would be available for those who may not be able to use the steps. Top notch reservation!

The home is beautiful and it worked very well for our family. It is located close to the beach and the downtown hot spots. We had a wonderful time and the host was very responsive and interested in making our stay enjoyable. Best experience we have had with a VRBO property.

We loved this incredibly spacious home just steps from the beach and an easy walk to the downtown area. We enjoyed all the deck spaces and the view of the ocean. It had everything we needed for a fantastic week at the beach. Would definitely rent again.

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for two years in a row! There is plenty of room for our extended family with a large well-appointed kitchen, two master suites, laundry room, and 4 1/2 bathrooms. The elevator is a big help in bringing in luggage and groceries. We love the close beach access too!

The home was spacious comfortable well stocked and so walkable to town and everything Folly has to offer. Someone in our group is looking into renting it again soon. Great house and location. We had a great stay!

What a wonderful home to celebrate our youngest son’s college graduation with extended family. The location was perfect for quick Beach access as well as easy walk to Center Street. The elevator was an awesome feature for the grandparents. Highly recommend the house to others!

We rented the house two years ago and were excited to revisit. It's still great! It's right across from a beach access path and an extremely easy walk to downtown Folly Beach. It's also just a 20-minute drive to Charleston. My wife and I went to Charleston a couple more times than our teenage kids wanted to, and they could just hang at the beach. The house is large. The top level has a sizeable kitchen, very large dining room, and a big family room. Decks and porches make the large house seem even larger than it already is. Kate is a fantastic host. She is a great communicator and provides very helpful recommendations in both Folly and Charleston. We will definitely return for a third time soon!

This home was amazing. So spacious! Six adults, 4 kids, enough room and space for all. So close to the beach, the pier, the town everything. Kate was so responsive. Will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful week enjoyed by all!!!

We stayed as a group of four couples and this place worked out great. The property was clean and comfortable. Owner was great to work with, and communication was very quick and helpful. Beach access is literally across the street from the house, a one minute walk and you're on the beach. A five minute walk and you were in the heart of Folly Beach. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect setting for our spring trip with friends. Plenty of room for four couples to gather and also spread out. Kate really worked to accommodate requests and give us timely information.

We wanted a relaxing beach vacation, and this house was perfect for us. It is directly across the street from beach access - very easy to get to the beach. Plenty of space in the house to hang out together - huge dining room table, spacious living room, big enough for everyone. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Incredibly kind and responsive host. We enjoyed our stay!!

The house is beautiful and in a great location! This was the perfect short get away for our family. Great place to recharge! The spacious porches are awesome. There is a beautiful live oak in front of the house that just gives the Charleston feel! 5 minute walk to Loggerheads and a very short walk across the street to the beach! Awesome stay!

This house was wonderful for our stay New Year's Weekend. I have three boys in their 20's and they loved this house. The living area is actually bigger than what appears in the photo. Five bedrooms and 4-1/2 baths. One King Bedroom with Bath on main level with kitchen is perfect for parents and the floor below has all the other bedrooms. (This house would also be great for 4 couples.) The dining room table seats 10, but it is so large you could seat 12. We loved it! It was perfect for playing card games and putting together puzzles. If you need to work, which some of us had to do a couple of days, a small sunroom has a desk and a high-top table and there is also a small nook with a desk. Everyone had enough space to spread out and not have to work in their bedrooms. We were visiting in December, but the weather was warm enough to open the sliding glass doors for fresh air and to hear the ocean. Spring and Summer guests will certainly enjoy the porch and decks. There is plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and plenty of towels were supplied. The path to the beach is right across the street and is just a 2-minute walk. You are also just two blocks from Center Street. There is an elevator which was convenient to use to unload and load the cars with luggage and supplies, but it is slow moving. So, taking the stairs was normally our choice. Just be prepared to walk up 2 flights to get to the main level. You will definitely get your 'steps' in for the week. I can't say enough great things about this house.
