The view was amazing

They let us charge our electric vehicle for free!! Also there is a laundry machine and dogs are allowed. The view is beautiful.
The beds were not set up as advertised. They wanted us to sleep in the living room and not in the individual rooms, as shown in the internet.
The neighbor dog came to the property and into the living room. He even pooped on the driveway.
Also, be careful, there is nothing to do in the environment. Foot walk to the lake is 15 min on a steep hill. If you have a big car it’s difficult to enter the property.
The owner charged us 42 Euros extra, which was not agreed when we reserved. (15 Euro for credit card plus tourist tax). He also appears to be RACIST as he complained about previous visitors specifically from Poland. After we left he harassed us an entire day in WhatsApp and complained that we have stolen things whereas it turned out that the cleaning agents have put it into a different location. We ended up blocking him.

Very spacious and well equipped house. The view from the back yard is absolutely spectacular. The hosts were very nice and responsive and helped us with recommendations, as well as with a lift to the grocery store in town. Amazing experience overall.

Very good location if you have a car. Amazing views. Nice sun all day, good side of the lake for the sun, very flexible staff. We made an error at the booking and they fixed it fast.

The house and garden were amazing…complete with hammock which our kids loved! Incredibly clean, comfortable and supplied with all the essentials. We were greeted by the owner’s family when we arrived and they were so warm and kind. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Villa del Balbianello, but still quiet and quaint without a heavy flood of tourists. I highly recommend this beautiful home and we will definitely book again when we return to Lago di Como.

The view from the balcony is amazing on a clear day. The location of the property was ideal for us because we wanted to travel both north and west into Switzerland and the Alps, as well as south to Como and further east to Bergamo. The lake is a destination in itself, and finding the right base is tricky, but only because all lakeside friends and villages have amazing views, and all have charming places to visit with easy reach.
Parking facilities are limited. One car fits in the drive-in, but the spacious garage was not included in the rental and we had 2 cars.

Very, very nice view of lake Como and the mountains from all of the windows and terrace of the property.
Owner very nice and helpful.
Just one room had a kingsize bed, the other two had two single beds each.

A really well-equipped house and especially the kitchen (semi-detached) with 2 floors, a long balcony and stunning views from the terrace with BBQ and sunbeds. We enjoyed the spectacular view (and the breeze) on the lake sitting outside every night :-)
Andrea and Mattia are very friendly hosts and even sent us s.th. we forgot! We´ll come back.
don´t be afraid to drive up a steep alley to the house + parking in the garage (or simply leave your car outside)
