Le premier niveau comporte un patio couvert avec un bel aménagement paysager et un spa de nage géant.
Le deuxième niveau comprend les pièces à vivre principales, la chambre principale et la buanderie.
Cette magnifique maison de plage offre une cuisine entièrement équipée qui est prête pour des repas rapides ou pour des dîners. La cuisine offre des comptoirs en quartz, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, un poêle en verre et de nombreux placards. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles, appareils de cuisine, vaisselle et verrerie nécessaires. Cette belle cuisine est complète avec une île en quartz pouvant accueillir 4 personnes.
La cuisine s'ouvre sur le coin repas et le coin salon.
La salle à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes.

Our son and now daughter in law were married on the beach and we ad 13 family members in backyard and for dinner. House was great and very easy for me to use in wheelchair. Great hosts!

My stay at Tropical Treasure was my second time in this villa. It was just as pleasant the 2nd time around. The management company and the people I dealt with were all very responsive and professional! The only drawback was the beach access across the street being closed due to the hurricane which was no ones fault.

The rental was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a weeks vacation Loved the kitchen/eating area/ great room. Games, beach items, a huge hot tub and a very nice private outdoor eating area. Lots of room on the inside for our party of 10. Master bedroom and bath was large and very nice. The walk to the beautiful beach was a short 3 minutes or so. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants very close by. The property management company was very easy to work with and very helpful. If there was a negative at all, it would be not enough wash cloths and towels for a party of ten but there were plenty of beach towels to use. We loved the home and area and will definitely come back!

We were very impressed with this property. It is 1 block from the beach so it was easy getting over to it. The house is completely equipped....kitchen, beach towels, blowdry, soap and extra blankets. They had a great game room and hot tub. We had an emergency while we were there and the property manager was very helpful! This property is centrally located to the beach, restuarants and shopping!! I would rent this place again.

Family Vacation and Wedding was Amazing
The property is everything they said and more. It was very comfortable for my group of 12. Everyone had space and was able to relax or whatever they wanted. The downstairs play room and patio area was a big hit. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. And the beach was never crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this rental. We had a minor mechanical issue with the elevator (which we were given permission to use since my mom can't do stairs) when we arrived, and the owner of the property was super responsive, and got it fixed ASAP. We loved all the games and other items provided. My baby loved walking around on the soft turf. My stepson loved the huge hot tub. Couldn't have asked for a better setup. Thank you!

Everything turned out to be exactly what we read online. The home we rented was perfect for our family. We had seven adults and three children. The short distance to the water was wonderful. The house had everything you need when traveling to the location by air. It was a pleasure having a wagon to pull the chairs and sand toys to the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Location!
My parents rented this house for 14 of us, 6 adults and 8 children. The house is beautiful, functional and the kids loved the swim spa and game room! It had a convenient location with a 2 min walk to the beach and short walk to many shops and restaurants.

This house was the most wonderful one we’ve ever rented. It had a huge hot tub at no extra charge. The beds were made when we got there. The whole house was stocked so well that we hardly had to buy anything other than our food. The kitchen was spectacular. Had everything you could ever need. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was absolutely wonderful.

This house is perfect for families with small children. We had a 3 yr old and 1 yr old grandson with us and the fenced back yard with artificial grass was perfect for them to play on. The swim spa was even better than having a pool because of the warm temperature. The beach was a very short walk, sonic we forgot something it wasn’t a big deal to run back for it. We had some noise from the inconsiderate neighbors that kept us awake a couple of late nights but they graciously allowed us another day and a late checkout! It was perfect for our needs. We can’t wait to come back and give the property and management a glowing review.

This was the perfect place to come together with our immediate family of 14 people. Everything that is provided at the property helps to make your time away more enjoyable.
The game room in the garage has something for everyone with ping pong, shuffleboard table, skeeball, and basketball hoops. Then you step out back to the swim spa which is huge. There is lots of covered seating back there which is nice. There are lots of beach chairs, rafts, etc for the guests to use at the beach.
The decor of the townhouse is very updated and beautiful. We were very pleased with the way everything looked. It was very nice for a rental.
The living space/kitchen area worked out really well for our family to come together at mealtimes. Although the table and bar only seat 10, so we actually brought 4 folding chairs with us.
The walk to the beach is very easy. We would go every day to spend a few hours and then again in the evening to watch the sunset. The beach was not crowded which is the way I like the beach.
