The house was super clean and well equipped. The location was ideal with access to many various activities. The host was a great communicator. We very much enjoyed out stay!

We had a lovely time in Juans home. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and expansive. The bedrooms all opened up to the upper terrace and we had plenty of space.

Our stay here was wonderful! The host has everything at home to enjoy a beach day. Also, makes it easy to spend a day at home and relax. This made our days in Puerto Rico unforgettable.

My family of 8 had an amazing time during our stay. The place is even more spacious and beautiful than the photos show. Beds were comfortable, living space was perfect, and the location was near everything we wanted to do. I know people often stay in San Juan when visiting PR but I encourage everyone to check out different spots. This is near snorkeling, rainforest, restaurants and amazing beaches. The communication with our host was prompt and helpful. If you want to book a place that is even better than the listing- book here! We are sad to leave!

This apartment is a dream for a relaxing family vacation. Everything you need to cook, relax, go to the beach, etc. Its near the kiosks and Luquillo beach, ziplining, El Yunque, the bioluminescent bay. 4 bedrooms, plenty of space to read, relax, or just enjoy the view. We would definitely come back!

The location, house, views, experience, and especially the beach exceeded our expectations! We will book this house every time we come to our new second home from now on. We brought our five grown kids and they had a blast! We highly recommend!

We had a great time at this house. The view was great every morning. If you are wanting to stay close to the Rainforest. This is the place for you. It's a gated community with security. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Puerto Rico.

We loved the property and the location. Really just the best outdoor living spaces. Inside there was plenty of room to spread out for us and our teens. The location was convenient to water activities, the rainforest and the beach. Lots of good food options, too!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house as 8 of us friends got together after a couple years of not seeing one another. This house instantly felt like home. From the convenience of the location to the comfort, everything was great. We truly enjoyed our experience and would love to come back again!

The property had everything we needed. Views were beautiful, beds were comfortable and we were close driving distance to many attractions.

The location was great, views of the rainforest and the ocean from the outdoor patio and balcony! Tons of outdoor and indoor entertaining space. A 12 minute drive to Luquillo beach. The home had plenty of extras, beach chairs, towels, frisby, etc.

The house was tastefully decorated in a tropical style. It had all the kitchen conveniences we needed as well as beach towels, chairs, and coolers. The layout was perfect for my family of 8 including 6 adult children. We had our choice for dining and playing games indoor, outdoor and the breezy upper veranda. The outdoor spaces were beautiful with stunning views of the water and mountains. Every morning we sat in the lounge chairs facing the ocean drinking our coffee. The main level of the house was open and spacious with large areas to gather around the TV and dining table. The kitchen, laundry, and half bath were also on the main floor. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. The master BR had a full bath. The other 3 BRs share a full bath off the hallway. Outside, there is a full bath that is accessible from the patio that the guys used. The house is located in a gated, safe neighborhood convenient to the activities we planned - about 40 minutes to the airport, 50 minutes to Old San Juan, 10 minutes to the beach and Luquillo kiosks, 20-30 minutes to water tours, 2.5 hours to cave tubing in Arecibo. Jose was very responsive to our questions. I’m so glad we chose this house. The whole family loved it!

I decided to bring my kids and mom out here for a nice quick vacation and this was the best choice I could've gone with. The house itself was super spacious and very neat and put together. The view from the backyard was gorgeous. Everyday we took advantage of the outdoor sitting whether it was to eat outside or just to enjoy what Puerto Rico had to offer. The house itself was central to everything, it was never more than a 15 minute drive to all the main areas. Would definitely book again in the future!

The home is beautiful. My wife's birthday was a hit. The host was very attentive.....we had a private chef Erika that was referred by the home owner ..she was fantastic!! Close to the beach but away from lots of people..best of both worlds

This house was PERFECT for my family, and I bet you would love it too. 1. It was accessible - close to a highway - which gave us access of the true, beautiful island, but was also close to touristy adventures both in the metro/San Juan area, El Yunque, and the Eastern shore. It was so easy to get wherever we wanted to go! (and grocery stores, a WalMart, local bakeries, and gas stations were all very close by which was great for us) 2. It felt very secure - If you are familiar with PR, you will see many bars over the windows and doors of most houses in most areas. NOT HERE. It was located in a gated community and the neighbors were very friendly, especially if you speak Spanish. It was also connected to conservation land so you could enjoy the nature - not neighbors - in the back yard. 3. The pictures that are posted online do not do this home any justice. It was STUNNING. Not only was it HUGE, it also had views for everyone. This is definitely an entertaining space, and the two outdoor patios made it perfect. Facing forward you will see the beach, and to the left are the beautiful El Yunque mountains. There were large windows and seating EVERYWHERE, inside and out, so it was easy to sit there for hours as a group or on your own. It was also very quiet despite the open feeling. There were some dominoes and board games for those who enjoy those activities, and comfortable chairs and reading nooks for the introverts like me. Also, there were so many overhanging roof areas that I sat outside in the rain and still enjoyed the space. 4. It was DECKED OUT with everything you would want for a trip but wouldn't normally pack. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, water shoes, floaties, a full (and gorgeous) kitchen, washing machine and dryer, outdoor bar, grill, full bathroom outside, ACs in living space and bedrooms (which is definitely not common in PR), parking spaces for four cars in a driveway... it made the trip so much easier. We could just pack the car for the day and know we had everything that we needed. 5. Jose was a great host. He was incredibly responsive, he gave us updates about power outages in the city (which were only a few minutes in this area compared to entire days in other parts of the island), he checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and was quick to answer any questions we did have. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you again Perez family for allowing us to share this space!

This place was just as beautiful as the pictures and more. It was very large and spacious, accommodating our whole group comfortably. The kitchen had all the appliances and amenities and made it easy for us prepare our own meals. The upper and lower deck, both covered, were fantastic, and a selling point for me! There's also an outdoor grill, but we didn't get to use it. Beach supplies- chairs, etc. made it very convenient for travelers who cannot bring that stuff. This home made our overall stay fantastic, and I would stay here again and again! Lisa

The pictures do not do this home any justice!!! this home has the most amazing view and plenty of yard furniture to sit and enjoy the view. There was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived and boy we were so happy since we couldn't buy any wine over the weekend. Everything is there for you to enjoy even soap and plenty of towels. I will stay again!!!! We loved it!!!!

First off Jose was really nice. He responded well and gave detailed instructions that were simple to follow. I didn’t want to post a negative review but I didn’t want anyone else to be fool by the amazing pictures that are posted on the site. We arrived to a dirty house. We had to go to Walmart to purchase cleaning items to clean the house especially the bathrooms. We were told a cleaning company had clean prior to our arrival. This was so not true. . The house was infested so bad with knots until we cut our stay by 2 days and went and checked into a hotel. The house looks like a Big Beautiful Modern home. It’s not. It’s old. And it hasn’t been cared for in some time. The kitchen and downstairs bathroom constantly smelled of sewage. The shower in the masters bedroom fell off the wall. Knats were even in the refrigerator. The downstairs air conditioner was old and rusty with mold in it. We said it was 8 ladies arriving. We had 8 bath towels and 3 facecloths to bath with for the whole stay . The neighbors dogs barked constantly which made it hard to get any sleep. There was lots of patio furniture but no cushions to place on the hard iron. And the location was far from San Juan (45 minutes each way).You will not receive a gate code to come and go. I guess this was to prevent you from having guests at the house. Which was okay if the lady guard didn’t take 30 minutes to figure out what house you were staying at. Please please please trust the reviews so you won’t get trick like me and my family did.

We have been staying here since November for work we are doing at the National Rain Forest. Jose has been very responsive and answered any questions we had. He was very quick at fixing any problems that occurred while we have been staying here. Our job has been extended and Jose has worked with us to make sure we are able to stay in his property. We just rented another house from Jose as well. Place if very clean, very organized, safe and secure area. The view is incredible (from what my guys have been saying) I highly recommend this property if you are coming for a visit.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. The view is breathtaking. The home is immaculate. The living areas are spacious with upper and lower patios and lawn accommodating everyone’s need for space and sanity during a family vacation! There is one master bedroom with attached bath and TV. A rollout bed is available. The other 3 bedrooms share a bath. There’s a half bath in living area. The modern kitchen was well stocked with utensils and we enjoyed the barbecue a few times. We ate in for many meals and enjoyed the food at the kiosks on the beach. The gated community is safe and overall, quiet. We used the large pool frequently. We always had the pool to ourselves. Luquillo Beach is close. It’s beautiful and has shaded areas. The homeowner provides beach towels and sand chairs. He was very quick with response to questions even on Christmas Day. WiFi is included but cannot accommodate all streaming needs as we have become accustomed. Our friends in Puerto Rico agree that WiFi here is slower. Our December weather was sunny and 82 degrees most days. Rain clouds quickly pass. I highly recommend this home for your family vacation.

We had an amazing time! We had four adults and three kids, and the house had plenty of room, hot water, towels, dishes, etc. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the pool/rec area was a great bonus. It's fifteen minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and a rain forest, plus some great local restaurants We treated it as a once in a lifetime trip, but we will be back. The two times I had non-urgent questions, Jose responded within 5 minutes. Overall, it was great.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at this house. It's conveniently located near the beautiful Luquillo beaches, the ports of Fajardo, El Yuenque rainforest, and the city if San Juan. The house is situated atop a hill that has a great view of the ocean off the back patio. We frequently enjoyed this patio view; playing cards and dominoes while listening to the Coqui frogs at night. We would definitely recommend this home to anybody wanting to visit the island. Thank you Jose for opening your house to our family.

The house was amazing. We ate breakfast on the upstairs terrace each day and enjoyed the views of the ocean. The communication from the owners was spot on and the house was everything described. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Loved our stay in this home. Spectacular views from the patio and deck. Great location, close to beaches and rain forest. Eight in our group. We had plenty of room to spread out. Appreciated the small touches... beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear. Hope to come back and enjoy this place again!

This is a lovely home, with a wonderful view! It is perfect for a large group (we were 8), very spacious, comfortable and has all accommodations required to make you feel at home. The bottom floor is very nicely decorated. With a fully equipped kitchen,with enough tableware for more than 8 people. Second floor with bedrooms is simply decorated, but all that is needed for a restful night, is available. My family and I loved our stay and that we were in a home where we felt at HOME!
