The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, the room was comfortable with everything we needed and it was a relaxing setting. The direct area was quiet so it was easy to sleep but still only a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! We had breakfast one day which was very good. The bonus was the roof terrace! Overall a great place we would go back.

The thing that sets this place apart is the staff that is absolutely wonderful. Also worth noting is that parking in the streets around the hotel is free, although finding a spot can be a bit of a challenge.

The room had a bit of a musty smell. The breakfast was a bit basic and did not seem a good value.

Everything was amazing, like a 5 star hotel really. The attention to details from the staff, the warmness and the cleanliness were the highlights. Everything looks new and sophisticated in the room, the bed, the bathroom and the living room were really comfortable and the size of the room was superior than average. Also, the city is so worth visiting and walking distance from the hotel!! They also have a very nice private parking (make sure you book in advance as it is small) we enjoyed our stay so much, thank you!

The hotel is located on a very quiet street, a five-minute walk from the historic city center. Well maintained and clean hotel. Continental breakfast is not very big but sufficient.

The location was great, you do need to walk 10mns to get to the main square area, but it's easy and interesting. Room was spotlessly clean, bed very comfy. Breakfast was excellent, but I could/should have eaten less! A/c worked very well.

The quality of the towels could be improved, but this is regular in French hotels. Again, as is common in Europe, the duvet is in a cover on the bed. If you prefer to sleep with just a sheet, it isn't possible and you can get hot. But you just push the duvet down and it's fine.

The hotel seemed well designed, it was easy to walk to from the train station, and easy to walk into town, the shower was lovely, and the whole decor and bedding was exceptional. Nice rooftop space to relax in too! Staff were very helpful!

The location and the roof top terrace. the staff was accommodating. We arrived on Sunday and everything was closed. they made us a charcuterie plate. plus they had covered parking.

There isn’t an elevator and we were on the top floor. the room was lovely but it was difficult with luggage.

Lovely room, the layout and space around the bed was so well thought out, and the en-suite shower room was great too. It was well ventilated and clean, the bed was comfy. The staff were extremely nice. The location was close to the canal and eating areas. For a read or change from the busy city, the roof terrace was a bonus.

We had a top floor room which was lovely and spacious next to the roof terrace. (Though I imagine if people sat on the terrace whilst you were in the room, it could be an annoyance in the evening, depending on when you went to bed) Room was clean, breakfast at 12EUR was pretty good, with coffee/tea, juice, yogurt, fruit salad, croissants, cold cuts and cheese and crepes... effectively, you could tick off all the options! The hotel is in a quiet street and does have locked parking for 3 cars and it's probably 5-10 mins walk down to the canal and the Cathedral area.

Quiet hotel, very close to narbonne centre, very clean and comfortable facilities, welcoming staff, good breakfast. Found by chance, we really liked it
