This is a well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of a lush wash that extends for half a mile with a wonderfully maintained hiking trail the length of the wash. Being on the edge of the wash provides an excellent view of the valley and nearby mountain range. The host provides one of the most detailed guides I have ever seen in a rental property, and he was very responsive to my questions during the booking process..

We loved the house. It was quiet and clean. We would return.

This property is conveniently located to everything a traveller needs but it felt like an oasis in the desert. It's location in the community allows for beautiful unobstructed views and plentiful birding right from the back porch area. Positively would return to this property when in the Green Valley area.

The house had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. It is close to many excellent birding spots. We saw many species right from the patio. We would rent again.

Perfect setup and nice accommodations. If you are looking for great golf and easy access to Tucson to Tubac, this is it. Very quiet and beautiful views. Highly recommend.

We love staying in this home, it is so beautiful! The home is very well decorated and relaxing. Home was very clean. We enjoyed sitting outside, all the flowers were beautiful. I hope to come back.

Love this property and host, Ken is great. Being next to the wash area there are quail, roadrunners and a plethora of birds. Very peaceful with the Santa Rita mountains in full view from the property. The house had everything we needed. Thanks so much for a memorable stay—- hate to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay in this property. Everything we needed was provided. There are only three suggestions we have for the property owner as follows: 1) Hamilton Beach Blender (kitchen) has an electric smell when used. It worked but leaked and had a strong electrical odor. It is time to consider replacing it as there may be a shock risk. 2) Consider putting the dining table overhead light on a dimmer switch as it is so bright, we had to wear ball caps when playing games or eating, as we take medications that make us light sensitive. We have dimmer switches at home which we sorely missed while staying here. This would improve the aesthetic of having meals and playing games at this VRBO. 3) The vinyl blinds throughout the home are missing pieces/slats, which diminishes privacy. We were unable to close the dining room blinds on the side window next to the sliding door as the mechanism was thoroughly stuck, so we just had to leave the blind open all week which again, diminished privacy. The kitchen blind slat literally fell out into the sink when we opened the kitchen blind on our arrival. We placed the fallen slat on top of the fridge. We would highly recommend the owner consider replacing the main living area and kitchen blinds. There was also a slat missing in the master bedroom sliding door blind. Other than this, we were very happy with our stay and enjoyed playing several Scrabble games with the Scrabble game Ken provided. We would definitely recommend this VRBO for cleanliness and overall comfort.

Relaxing, clean and beautiful Mountain Views! Arroyo has birds, coyote and javelina passing thru! Ken is a very attentive landlord!

Very nice property. Nice and quiet community with a grocery store just a few minutes away. Especially Enjoyed the back porch watching wildlife in the afternoon.

In a great location, beautiful sunrise and sunset views, Good area for walking, hiking or bird watching. Well equipped and the owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Very comfortable, extremely clean casita with a great location that we enjoyed very much. Ken was quick to respond to all questions, & was always very helpful. He also filled out tenant forms so we could purchase a GVR card for the week, enabling us to use the top notch fitness and pool facilities, which were close to the casita.

This property had everything that we needed. It was especially convenient to have use of the garage to protect the car from the hot Arizona sun. We made use of both patio areas, the large television and sectional in the living room and the well equipped kitchen.

Great location with beautiful desert view and trails. Proximity to Tucson for medical appointments was ideal. Everything needed was provided. Especially convenient to have a secure garage. Will book this property for future Tucson visits if available.

The property is situated beautifully backing up to your personal arroyo. The home was chock-full of visual delights and little pamperings (i.e., Turkish bath towels).

This house was perfect for us. There was a wash on the side of the house that kept us looking for animals. Coyote, quail, hummingbird, woodpecker, buzzards, bunnies and javelinas. The house was clean and very relaxing. Just the kind of house we would like to buy!!

I cannot say enough about our stay! Everything was perfect! Comfortable beds, fluffy towels! All the small touches were amazing !! Super easy to get to, and the view!!! Holy cow was that gorgeous!!!

This was a great place to stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and very clean. The area was quiet and the outdoor patio was very nice to sit and read. We would definitely go back.

The location was ideal. The street ended at the house. Then a path begins down the arroyo. For birders, it would be a wonderful place to stay. The house itself was very nice. It had a unique layout. We spent most of our time on the patio. It was a windy week, the patio was located so we were out of the wind.

This house was perfect for hanging out in the evenings after long days of exploring the area. Very conveniently located to the Titan Missile Museum and the Pima Air & Space Museum and Madeira Canyon. I loved the walking path that was behind the house. We saw baby birds, rabbits and gorgeous views of the mountains. I definitely would stay here again!!!
