This property is well maintained and is in close proximity to Johnathan Creek and marinas. We are a family of 7 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The dining table was great for all of us to gather around, eat and play games. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Our son loved the waffle maker! Beds were very comfortable. The listing did show access to the garage, but learned after booking that it was locked and not for our use. Not a big concern of ours though. The listing also included a gas grill but couldn't find it. After a text to the owner we were given the garage code and access to the grill in there. However, the tank was empty. We offered to have it exchanged but received no apology or thank you for the extra effort, time or money spent. Also, we were told that toilet paper and paper towel were not supplied and to bring our own, perfectly fine with us. However, the owner requests a special septic safe paper and absolutely no Charmin. We would recommend adding that to the listing or pre-arrival instructions or supply the toilet paper you would like guests to use. An additional recommendation would be to supply a trash can for full bags when recycle center is not open. The recycle center is only open every other day. Without a can to store full bags in, guests would have to leave them outside or in the house. Since we had the code to the garage we placed our bags in there, however, we don't believe that to be the case for everyone. Had we not planned to use the grill, we would have been out of luck. Overall, it was a great house and we really enjoyed our stay!

House was clean and spacious, plenty of room for 8 people and plenty of room for parking. Great location if you plan to hit the lake as well! Would highly recommend.

Stayed here last year too. Dan is excellent to work with. Plenty of room for three trucks and boats. Only negative is exterior electric outlets for boat battery charging are not powered…reported it last year too.

Very comfortable accommodations with well equipped kitchen. Bed sheets were super soft. Bathrooms with tub/showers were very nice. Plenty of space to park vehicles and trailers. Only downside was gas BBQ on listing was not present.

Will 100 percent use again. Dan had a top notch property. Great location. Beds good. Could not even make up anything bad to say. Thanks again Dan. Great place

We were 4 adult couples (50-80yrs young) staying in this beautiful house while we were in the area riding our UTV’S at Turkey Bay OHV area. The house was in like new condition inside & out. 3 lg. Bedrooms, 2 nice bathrooms w/ plenty of towels & wash clothes, large fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need,, nice dining area, & a large livingroom with plenty of comfortable furniture. We really enjoyed the covered front porch where we grilled several meals & enjoyed the lovely Kentucky weather. The large driveway was great also, being we had 3 trucks with trailers, and still had plenty of room to spare. Overall this place was amazing, very clean, large & roomy, we totally enjoyed our stay & are looking forward to coming back

We were going to Ken Lake for my daughter's wedding. The location, cleanliness and size of the house was amazing. This is what we were looking. I would recommend this place for anyone coming to the area for any reason.

Overall our experience was good. The home was immaculate and had ample furniture, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. We spent most of the day out on the trails, but we cooked several meals in the house. My biggest complaint was finding out their was no trash service. 5 days of trash for 8 people is a lot to haul out especially when you have a 7 1/2 hour drive. Would at least try to provide renters a list of local places to dispose of it or make it known ahead of time. My only other complaint was that the inside fridge is half full of food and the inside freezer is nearly completely full so it was difficult to fit our food in there. The garage fridge and freezer were also fairly full. Overall though, I would stay here again if I were in the area.

So happy with this clean comfortable and well stocked home! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place! Will be back!

Excellent property and location. We had 3 teams, trucks, and boats, plenty of parking room and living space. Owner (Dan) was attentive and checked on us to see how our stay was going. Will definitely rent again when I’m in the area!!

This place was gorgeous inside. You can tell it’s new construction. They had everything you needed to make yourself at home. And the cleanliness was top notch! We enjoyed ourself very much!

Loved this place! Was very nice and almost new condition. Plenty of room for 2 families. Garage space was great! KenLake Marina and the wildlife refuge was very close. Hiking was awesome as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

This place is perfect for a fisherman traveling to fish Kentucky Lake. The inside is incredibly laid out...from the Kitchen to the Bedrooms! It is extremely clean and spacious. Best of all the garage is spacious enough to hold (2) Fully rigged Bass Boats. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at this property! It was immaculate and the layout was great for our family. It is conveniently located close to KY Lake area and restaurants.

This was by far the best place I have ever stayed at. There is literally nothing I can complain about one bit. Thank you to the owners for an excellent vacation spot. I will be back every time I come to Kentucky lake. If there was a spot for six stars this place would have it.

Every amenity you could possibly need , comfortable sleeping arrangements and a friendly owner. Could not recommend it any higher and will definitely be booking here again!

We had a wonderful trip. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but very accessible to Land Between the Lakes. The house was clean and fit our needs.
