L'appartamento è molto carino. Luminoso, arredato con gusto, silenzioso. Bella la penisola per poter mangiare. Utile la lavatrice, e lo stendibiancheria. Centrale.

L'appartamento è al secondo piano a cui si accede con una scala ripida, sarebbe meglio specificare!! Sistemare la bicicletta nel piccolissimo spazio tra il portone (che nn si chiudeva a chiave) e le scale. Buttare e differenziare la spazzatura, si ma dove? I bidoni sono distanti.

Très bien situé avec un grand parking gratuit juste à côté. Appartement fonctionnel.

Rien en particulier

The apartment per se is cute, there is enough space for the luggage and the kitchen is organized. In general it is enjoyable but it is not free from (several) defects.

The manager of the apartment answers after a long time and not to all the questions. The entrance hall is unclean and, when we arrived, the stairs smelled of piss. Fortunately inside the house there wasn't this problem but what struck us was the lack of attention to small things: like a lot of wires behind the tv, the sockets that are detached from the wall... Perhaps you should update the photos on the booking site. Plus, please CLEAN those windows.

Pros: 1. The apartment was easy to find with the directions given by the owner. 2. The apartment had decent kitchen facilities. 3. Everything was clean and tidy in all of the rooms. 4. The wifi signal was strong enough for me to do online work. 5. The owner texted me a response immediately when I asked for the wifi password.

Cons: This is a LONG list. 1. The apartment is on a very busy road and the whole building shudders each time a large truck goes by. 2. The stairs are perilous since they are covered in glazed tiles. Dangerously, there is NO HANDRAIL from the 1st to the 2nd level. 3. All sensible landlords have long abandoned any use of highly-scented products to protect the health and well-being of people with allergies or chemical sensitivity. This is not the case here. I'm not sure if these decisions are made by the owner or the housekeeper, but the smell in the apartment, even before we reached the top of the stairs, was overwhelming. All of the sheets and towels had been washed in some sort of cheap floral fragrance detergent. Also, there were fragrance sticks in oil on a shelf in the livingroom. The shower gel in the bathroom was also highly fragranced and nauseating. 4. The sofa was miserable and uncomfortable. You could feel the springs through the cushions! 5. The bed was not comfortable, there was one rock-hard pillow for each of us, and there was one uplighter and no reading lights on each side of the bed. 6. The only toilet paper in the apartment was less than 1/3 of an entire roll! There was no spare roll. The paper towels in the kitchen had 3 sheets on them. We had to make a trip to Intermarche to ensure that we had additional supplies. 7. One of the electric heaters in the livingroom was falling off the wall and it made a terrible noise. Also, there was a spaghetti tangle of plugged-in items on a power strip behind the television. Also, one of the overhead lights in the livingroom was dangling and my husband had to duck to not hit his head since the lighting unit was in the very center of the room. 8. Finally, I had arranged for a late check-out at noon. But the owner failed to tell the cleaning woman OR the tradesman, so we had two people knocking on the door before 11:30 AM trying to get in when we were not fully dressed, packed, and ready to leave.

The apartment was very clean and lovely furnished and very comfortable!! Everything that we needed was there!!!

We had problems with the wifi and heaters!!

Spacious, clean, bright apartment , simple , modern decor . Good WiFi

No blinds for velux windows . Front door not lockable . Flimsy shower-head holder which fell apart . Sofa bed uncomfortable , had to use duvet folded double to provide some sort of mattress.
