All the mod-cons to allow me to be self-sufficient. The property was clean and towels were provided.

Standing in the overflowing drains at the rear of the property whilst trying to get the key from the lock-box (which wasn’t marked clearly).

Location, fairly easy walk to the city centre.

The mattress is poor and soft quality, can feel the base of the bed. Pillows are so soft your neck isn’t supported. Wi-fi wasn’t working so had no internet. Coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned in some time, stagnant cloudy limescale water was left inside which shows how long it hasn’t been cleaned. Disappointing communication, I sent an email and message prior to check in for info about check in, and had no communication until 2 hours prior.

No TV channels only Netflix and fire alarm faulty it was beeping every 20secs all night long got 2 hours sleep made a terrible bloody noise,texted host through booking.com app didn't hear a thing.

WiFi didn't work but this wasn't an issue.

Location was good ,great parking,nice and quiet.

No information now to use tv ,could not get the normal channels, shower head was blocked and water was all over the place,bin was half full when we got there,freezer was thick ice and had food in there .needs a good dust on tops .

Advanced notice of key collection. Cleaners banging on doors shouting “check out is at 10”. They knocked on our door even though we were staying for 2 nights. No apology given

Our room was nicely arranged and very clean. I really liked the shower; good pressure and I could make it quite hot. The room itself and the bathroom is not so big, but met our expectation as the price was very fair. TV has a Netflix app and all inputs are reachable, so you can connect whatever you want. WiFi was also available and pretty good as the router was in the room. There is a small shop nearby that has everything we needed - soap, tp, frozen pizza... Getting the keys was no problem and we could get our 2-day covid test sent to the hotel location and received it without any problems.

The bed is a little small for two people, but we managed it.

Good location for our stay. The area was quiet and although parking was available behind the property, we actually found parking easily in the street at the front of the building. Clear instructions had been given by the host to gain access to the apartment, together with photograph. Although we did not meet in person, I felt confident that any queries would have been dealt with quickly judging by the quick response when I asked about getting into the apartment. Clean and spacious. The apartment featured an oven and hob top, washing machine, fridge , kettle and coffee machine. tea bags and coffee pods were available, though unfortunately no milk or individual milk portions. Iron and cleaning materials and bathroom/shower. TV and 2 person table and chairs. I only found the wi-fi the next morning, as looked for some printed instructions, but found on the underside of the wi-fi box. ( I hadn't seen it the night before)
