Проживала в отеле Hobby Hotel в период с 7 по 11 мая 2024 года. Так как был прилет до обеда, то заселили ранее, чем в обозначенное время, за что большое спасибо отелю!
Сразу отмечу основное удобство отеля – это его расположение. Отель находится в центральной части Еревана и в то же самое время отсутствуют толпы туристов и прочувствовался спокойный и житейский ритм жизни города, так как близко примыкают жилые районы. До главных достопримечательностей города идти не более 15 минут, причем по пути вы встретите огромное количество летних веранд и кафе, везде можно попить ароматнейший кофе и поесть местные и очень вкусные блюда.
Номер уютный, чистый, имеются все удобства, wi-fi. Завтрак также понравился, белков и углеводов для туристов точно хватить более, чем на полдня – салаты, каши, нарезка мясная и сырная, йогурт, фрукты-овощи, очень понравился местный серый хлеб!
Спасибо отелю за гостеприимство, вернемся еще!

The room was on the basement, as written on Booking. The problem is that if a hotel wants to commercialize rooms in a basement, it has to prepare these room to make them comfortable. There was no AC and there was a constant humidity smell. Furthermore, they left the used towels in the toilet, until i asked them to clean. I dont know if they cleaned but they took the towels, the problem is that it was too late, so the room was stinking too much of humidity.

The location is great and breakfast was included. Free WiFi was strong and staff were very nice. Minibar was available in the room.
The room was in the basement and it smelled horribly, was very humid. Opening the window only helped a tiny bit. The breakfast was cold (at 8:30 when it supposedly starts).

The room was not cleaned every day, or it was cleaned at the end of the day (around 4pm). The bathroom was not well cleaned and the towels too old

First and foremost, the hotel's location was unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Yerevan, it provided easy access to the city's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. I could explore the charming streets and landmarks on foot, which added convenience and saved time during my trip.
The staff at Hobby Hotel Yerevan deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any questions or requests I had throughout my stay. Their genuine care for guests created a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing space to rest after a day of sightseeing. However, I must mention that there is room for improvement in terms of room facilities. While everything was functional, some aspects felt a bit dated and could benefit from modernization. Upgrading amenities and adding more thoughtful touches could elevate the guest experience significantly.

The only thing that was good is it was close to the main republic Square…
Our shower door had one missing, so whenever we took a shower everywhere on the floor and toilet would get wet every time, also the water pressure is weak, there was time that 2 days they didn’t clean our room, breakfast poor, not worth your money, never coming back to this hotel, also rude staff, when ever we complain something they had an attitude, and whenever they cleaned the room, the bed sheets into new it had yellow and brown stains, and the towels they bought ripped and had holes in them

No proper breakfast was provided, and No elevator(Lift) in the hotel, and greedy management(They overcharged for the water) Please do not use anything from the fridge in the room.

Windows were to the main street and sometimes it was quite noisy, but it was not a problem for us. Old pillows.

The blankets and pillows were not new. And they didn't inform us in advance that the room was in the basement. The price is high compared to the facilities and location.

The check-in was done very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
One point to note is the absence of air conditioner in the rooms in the basement. The breakfast could be improved.
