Where should I start? I would like to say firstly that I don't normally give bad reviews. I'm not an overly critical person because I travel a lot. Additionally Covid is happening and it's difficult for people on both sides of travel $$. But this place was definately not worth the money at around 1200Baht a night, it is not a budget, backpacker kind of place. It's a Condo, in a relatively nice building. 1st. I asked if the pool was open for use prior to even going to the condo. No one answered me, probably because they knew I wouldn't have reserved the apartment if it wasn't. I specifically wanted swim in a pool, because the beach at Rayong has a lot of trash in the water. The Booking.com ad says there is a pool and a sauna and a gym...but everything was closed. I never saw a staff member, except the guy at the guard gate or the front door. 2nd. The rental was all beat up and dirty. There were little kids sugary handprints all over the glass and sticky stuff everywhere in the apartment. We had to clean it ourselves because it was literally everywhere. Even out on the balcony. 3rd. There were ants everywhere, they were coming into the apartment from 3 or 4 different areas. The apartment was dated. Some cabinet doors were falling off the hinges, the sliding screen doors were just standing on the balcony. 4th-THE TOILET SEAT HAD DRIED URINE under it and on the rim of the toilet. There were other things, but these were the main issues. Like I said, I hate to complain but this place was pretty bad...like they aren't even trying to give people a good stay or value for their money. My advice, skip this place and find a nice little resort, or a hotel. These condos are really going to pot, because the owners aren't using or maintaining them. It's sad, because with just a small amount of effort the place could be really nice...it definately didn't look like the advertised pictures.

Quiet, secluded, far from the city. There's a massage clinic downstairs opposite of the parking lot. The owner speaks English. The unit is spacious, there's kitchen, seating area and toilet. Food panda and grab delivers here.

The beachfront area is full of broken glass and bottles. If you want to play on the beach you have to find a clean area. Which means you need your own vehicle.

Apartment was excellent and pool was brilliant.

Would have been nice if their was an onsite restaurant
