Staff in the restaurant are new and inexperienced and need to be enabled asap.

The restaurant was excellent, but closing at 21:30 was poor.

The hotel is modern, looks nice and is clean. Everything you need is in the room, staff is friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast is well organized and good.

It was incredibly hot in our room. The air-conditioning does not do it's job. Due to the temperature in our room (+-27 degrees) our night was not comfortable at all.

We spent three nights. The first was perfect. The second and third, however, were pretty bad. The second night (Sat - Sun) they had a wedding in the room right below ours. And it was ridiculously loud (even with earplugs I could hear every word in every song they played). At around 11pm we went to ask for a solution because we had an early start and long day ahead of us. They said they’d turn the bass down (it just got louder). After the third (!!) time we asked for help, we got a different room. Apparently they normally don’t put guests in the rooms above the party venue, so it was a mistake. But we didn’t get any sleep until well after midnight. A solution like a different room the first time we asked instead of letting us stew would have been greatly appreciated and I wouldn’t have minded the mistake. We returned to the room above the venue for our last night and we were assured that there was no more parties planned so we were looking forward to a good nights sleep. But no, at 11pm they started to build that room up for a conference the next day. It was super loud again, and we didn’t get any sleep again until after midnight. Why they had to do it on a Sunday night around midnight blows my mind.

We have visited many hotels during our journey thru Europe and this is the winner in every category. Eleven points out of ten.

I picked this hotel because it advertised to have a charger for electric cars. But this is not true. There is a public charger close to the entry of the hotel parking spot. But this is not associated with the hotel and was also broken.

We´ve stayed here numerous times and rated 9 - 10. Check-in, staff, studio, facilities, AC, shower...all still great and recommended. Breakfast was again very good, served as lunch packet/picnic for our journey next day. BUT our stay was marred by loud music (heavy bass) from a wedding party on lower level. The music was (oddly) more of a disturbance on the top floor than in the lower levels. Structural/building frame oddity...no voices, laughter or noise from corridors...only that bass over 5 floors! Yes, thank you, we were offered a different room (where would it have been better?) at approx 21:30 when I commented on volume...frankly did NOT expect the thumping bass to continue until we complained at past 1:30 am. We´d definitely check whether an event was planned on dates of stay for future visits. We were given a small compensation of 7.5% (20€) discount off our stay. In all disappointing this time.

Fridge had not been cleared of previous guests´"remains". Small oversight. BUT Being keep awake until almost 2am by loud music not acceptable..
