Location was great. Parking a little tight but we were pre warned. Lots of information given before hand. Excellent stay.

The cottage was beautiful and stella was great communicating throughout and making our stay so pleasant. It was great location and we loved broadstairs! beaches are stunning. One restaurant which is a must is “Kebelles” oysters, fish and other delicious food, service was great.

Wonderful cosy cottage with wonderful maritime details in a quiet cul-de-sac. Very well equipped with everything needed for families. Just the perfect size for a family or some friends travelling. We loved the garden and the decoration and would highly recommend it.

Maybe some more breakfast plates and some blinds so that the kids won't wake with sunrise... otherwise just perfect.

Everything ! It was perfect. Super clean, fresh, comfortable and an easy walk to the beachfront. We really, really loved our stay here. The host was extremely helpful with a few questions we had and very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay at short notice.

Such a wonderful cottage, spacious, homely, cozy and spotlessly clean. Perfect for us (two adults and a 4 year old) but can easily accommodate 5 people. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommending!

The location is wonderful - two pubs at the end of the road. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Broadstairs. The house is very clean, contemporary decor and has everything you need. Parking is available outside the cottage too!

The cottage is lovely but the bathroom is on the ground floor which is quite normal for the age of the property but in the middle of the night ........ Would prefer a bathroom on the same floor as the bedrooms, but this would not stop me booking Sea Song cottage again.

A really comfortable and beautiful holiday rental, we visited between Christmas and New Year and it felt really cosy, spotless with everything you could think of for a comfortable stay. I loved the decor. A pleasant walk into town and the beachfront. Also very close to train station which we used to travel to Whitstable for a day visit.

Nothing it was perfect!

Lovely house, beautifully and tastefully decorated. All mod cons.

Couldn't work out how to turn on the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Also unable the have a bath as plug did not close.

Lovely and cosy place. Host fantastic and really nice extra little touches. Great location. Lots of beaches were free to park at from 31st October. We loved our autumnal holiday so much!

It was all lovely but just a note for the host that a couple of the bathroom floor tiles were loose but it was no issue for us x

A lovely cottage - spotlessly clean, very comfortable and extremely child friendly. The pre- arrival information was detailed and very useful. We had plenty of room for our family of five and would definitely stay here again, preferably for a little longer next time!

Very clean, very well equipped and comfortable cottage located close to all local amenities. Tastefully decorated without being bland this made a great location for exploring the surrounding area. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would stay again.

I could not find fault.

Immaculately clean, simply spotless. The comfiest bedding, powerful shower, perfect internet and just anything you could possibly need was where it should be.

A capsule coffee machine would make less mess 😉

The cottage was great - cosy, well equipped and in a good location, near enough to easily walk into Broadstairs. Broadstairs itself is lovely and it’s easy to travel to the surrounding area from there.

Loved the decor of the place and the cleanliness. Stella sent a very detailed message about everything you possibly need including free parking around the beaches, couldn't have been more helpful.

Although aesthetically nice to look at, the sofa wasn't very comfortable

Everything supplied for self catering if required. Washing machine, handy. Nice little back garden. Clean & cosy. Host always available to contact on phone, if required. Local pub nearby.

Parking a bit tricky as small roads & often full near house.

Very clean and pretty interior inside and out. Really well thought out and everything there you could possibly need. It is such a pleasant place to stay on a lovely residential road. A bit of a walk to the beach but nothing to taxing. Shops etc all nearby. Think it would be ideal for a couple as the second bedroom has very comfy three beds(one good sized single and bunks beds also very well sized of excellent quality). The master bedroom is very attractively furnished also. All in all a very quiet comfortable location and would visiting Broadstairs recommend to any friend with confidence.

A quibble but the toilet is downstairs but nothing can be done about re the structure of the house. As I have mobility issues tricky for me but for others no problem. The bathroom is lovely with good shower water pressure. I think the check in time 4pm and check out time at 10am is not good for the price paid. Six hours is an excessive amount of time to clean any property after a short let. This did impact on us as we were only staying a short while as had to carry cases around as not able to drop off or leave as we travelled by train. Those with car not so problematic but parking in the area is also tricky. We did have a lovely stay but that would be a reason why I would not rebook if travelling by public transport and although I would recommend to friends going there to from London this needs to be considered. Otherwise would have been perfect.

Everything you need has been thought of and property layout is well thought out. Lovely garden so close to the seaside as usually there’s only little courtyard gardens in properties we’ve stayed in before.
