We loved the beach house. The property was beautiful, spacious and very well maintained.

My wife rented this home and invited our children and their children to spend five nights there. There were nine of us, six adults and three children. This home is located on a fabulous location on the beach - less than a minutes walk. There are excellent restaurants and down the street is a very nice waterpark. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was open and easy to use, owners were easy to work with and responded promptly to questions. This was an excellent rental and we highly recommend the home.

This beach house was just perfect for our family vacation together. It’s beautiful and just right across from the beach which was enjoyed by all. Our host was very accommodating and responsive. While I always enjoy the MS Gulf Coast this was the first time staying in Waveland and will definitely be back. Thanks Shannon for sharing your house with us.

There for jeepin the coast. Plenty of room for 10 of us! Beautiful place! If stairs aren't your thing this is not the place for you but we loved it! Beds are so comfy! Plenty of bathrooms for everyone

The property is in a prime location for relaxation. The home is clean, well kept and well enough distance from your neighbor's property for privacy. You have to get use to the 25 mile speed limit. The police will pull you over. The home has all the essentials you need i.e., kitchen supplies, sleeping space, bathroom supplies, and parking to accommodate you and your guest. The property is located a short distance from nice restaurants, bars and entertainment. The beach across the street is clean and didn't have a lot of traffic to contend with. I would rent this property again.

3 generations came and spent a few days to celebrate spring break. The house was absolutely amazing. Property manager was very pleasant and easy to get ahold of. The process of checking out went smoothly and not difficult at all. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely rent here again!!

Six of us friends from way back, in our 60's, stayed for a week here and enjoyed it so much. The accommodations were amazing, lots to do in the area, and the owners were so easy to communicate with. Even with rain on most days, we enjoyed the short ride to Bay St Louis for food, drinks, and shopping, as well as Pass Christian. New Orleans was close enough to spend a day at which we did and loved it. If you stay here, be sure to visit the Ground Zero Hurricane museum right here in Waveland. We loved being right on the coast too so we could walk out to the beach every morning. All in all, we had the best time and highly recommend this beautiful home!

This house is gorgeous, pictures don’t capture the beauty. It’s fully stocked with everything you need for a great vacation, even if you want to entertain. The owners are lovely people whose warmth and attentiveness make this rental a wonderful experience. Their welcoming attitude made all the difference.
It’s right on the beach with beautiful views and the coolest porches with a bed in one of the porches that open into the house-it’s hard to explain but is absolutely fabulous. We stay in the area every year and would love to stay there again.❤️

We have stayed at this beautiful beachfront home multiple times over the past several years. Shannon Arch is a terrific hostess and I was able to contact her quickly and easily with questions. Can't say enough great things about her home. We love going to Bay St. Louis. Mississippi regularly, and my family and I make a point of staying at Shannon's home when ever we visit.

We rented the house for 2 weeks based solely on reviews and have never been to the area so were taking a big chance with our 2 small kids (1 and 4) but we loved it! The beach was perfect for our kids as the water is really shallow and relatively calm. We also loved the surrounding areas too, restaurants, aquarium, children's museum. The house itself is great, comfortable beds, great kitchen, lots of natural light tons of windows. It is starting to show a little wear and tear as to be expected but nothing major. We definitely hope to come back again!

This home was perfect in every way. We enjoyed being right at the beach, and there were so many places to go within a quick drive. Furniture and beds were cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with every item one could want. Shannon and George were available if needed and quick to respond to any questions. It was a wonderful fun-filled family vacation.

This was our third stay over Christmas at Shannon's beautiful Waveland home. This stay was more eventful due to an exceptionally cold night that froze the instant hot water heater. Shannon was easy to communicate with and ended up sending a plumber over that day to help us get it sorted out. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. The home is stunning and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked to make a Christmas feast. We hope to be back again next year!

Perfect property, clean and has everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. Our family vacation had relatives from Illinois meet us from Texas and we were completely blown away on how beautiful the house is. Just walk across the street (90 seconds) and you are at the beach. Shannon even called a couple of days in asked if we were doing good and I never had that level of service. We would recommend and love to come back to this property and visit Waveland again.

This property was exactly as it is described and the pictures show. We came down for Jeepin The Coast and this home fit our needs with so many different couples going. It had amazing views of the water and being along the Coast was what we were looking for. So close to so many different places within an hour drive it allowed us to take some day trips.
Check in was simple and our instructions on the operating of the home was thourogh with lots of amazing recommendations places to go and eat.
The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need while cooking in the kitchen … best stocked kitchen I have seen while renting. If we ever go back to Mississippi and visit in the same area we would rent this place again in a heartbeat!! Thank you for sharing our home.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! Even nicer than the photos! Everything is stylish, top quality and brand new. Lots of space to spread out, very comfortable beds and furniture, a great well equipped kitchen, and of course the view! It did not feel like a rental but more like being a guest in someone's extremely nice home. A quiet location but only an hour from New Orleans and easy to get to Bay St Louis, Biloxi etc. The owner was extremely friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

What an amazing property. From the initial process, the owner was very good at communicating with us. The home is very well appointed and has everything you could possibly need. The beds were amazing and there was nothing better than enjoying the sunrise and listening to the gulls while drinking coffee. Very close to the quaint downtown area for convenience this was one of our favorite VRBO properties. We will absolutely be back.
