I was unpleasantly surprised by the fact that there was a sheet on the bed, but it was not a covered quilt...it was just a poor quality quilt folded in the closet. There was also a separate sheet, but not the envelope type for the duvet, but a simple one. I slept covered with that sheet and on top of the duvet that was sliding and that I didn't know how washed it was. I notified the owner and he told me that I have everything I need. EVERYTHING can be heard, there are only rooms in a house. I managed to rest, I was lucky. I understand that it is cheap, but a decent and covered duvet is a minimum for an accommodation in Europe. I paid 51 euros, he doesn't make a cent extra, and the owner still has to make an effort if he wants to work in this sensitive field. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Light was poor and depressing.

Olía mal, el baño estaba sucio, me equivoque de ubicación, llamé al dueño y me colgó el.telefono, primera vez y última,

El emplazamiento y la habitaciòn en sí, era amplia, con terraza y baño se ve que estaba recien reformada.

La entrada estaba muy destartalada,, se ve que estan reformando la vivienda. Las almohadas eran muy pequeñas y blandas.

Good quiet location, easy free parking across the road. Clean simple room perfect for a quick overnight no frills stay. A good place very reasonably priced to lay your head for an evening. Host is very quick to respond on messenger and keep in contact. Easy self check in. Host dealt with a non related to us issue very quickly.

I don’t usually go for a shared bathroom or kitchen as like my privacy so if I were staying longer this wouldn’t be my choice. But for one night it absolutely suited my needs.

Nice location if you don’t want to go to Seville with your car. Close to the metro and a free parking next to it. Private balcony.

I eish the bathroom had glasses and hand towels.

Great communication by the host, everything was as described.

Free car park across from apartment. 5 minute walk to metro, small grocery shop there and Dominoes. Use of kitchen and laundry was great. Roomy bathroom and bedroom with own courtyard. Very comfortable stay!

It felt really cozy and quiet. There was a large parking lot right next to the apartment, and many restaurants walking distance. The room was clean, spacious and the air conditioning was working. Very convenient as the parking was close and the downtown was close.
