Wonderful stay on Rodeo Dr.
This is our second time staying at Deborah’s lovely home. It is a great location for traveling around LA. It is a terrific neighborhood in walking distance to the Rodeo Dr shopping area. Many amenities in the apt and a very relaxing setting. We love staying here!

Great location!
This unit is in a great location and the convenient parking was an extra bonus. The reality matches the listing and photos. The bathroom has plenty of storage and the kitchen has everything you need. I was traveling with my two adult children and we were very comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to add a wall mirror outside the bathroom close to an outlet so that two people can get ready at the same time. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice apartment above the garage.
The apartment above the garage was in a great location. Walking distance to the shops on Rodeo Drive. Universal was a 30 minute drive, Santa Monica is about 20 minutes depending on traffic. The pool was nice , water was warm. The pool hours are 10-6. Great location would stay again.

Incredible location
My mom and I loved our time here and would absolutely come back and refer friends/family. Everything was extremely easy and relaxed. Only (slight) negatives were I didn’t realize there was a flight of stairs to get into apartment, and the main house is in need of yard care

Great price in a great neighborhood
My stay was flawless. The owners make it extremely easy and welcoming. The location could not be better. I was in town to see my doctors at Cedars-Sinai and I hate paying over $500 per night for a hotel room, and this works out better than a hotel because it has a kitchen and easy parking. There is also a lovely terraced patio that sits under the shade of one of the big beautiful trees in the yard. The wifi and streaming TV channels are easy to access as well. All in all, a great deal and a thoroughly pleasant experience.

Gorgeous Stay on Rodeo Drive!
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Deborah’s home. She was a gracious host and it was a perfect place to travel around LA from. The home was safe, secluded and peaceful. Our first time in LA and we were able to visit Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Dodger and Anaheim stadiums, the farmers market, downtown LA and so much more from this home. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to LA. It was a wonderful experience!

Excellent property in a prime location
My husband, two teens and I just spent a wonderful vacation week at Deb and Dale's property in Beverly Hills. The house was clean and roomy - very comfortable for the four of us. We were on the go every day, so we didn't take advantage of the kitchen that was fully stocked with supplies (we really appreciated the use of the coffee maker AND the coffee that was provided) or the pool which looked lovely. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony. The house is in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. We had no problem parking in the space that was provided in the driveway. Debbie was a wonderful host. She greeted us warmly when we arrived and we were very appreciative for her help when we needed to have a package delivered to us overnight. I would highly recommend this listing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean and easy to get to everything around LA. The beds were comfortable. The ability to wash clothes was a plus. Pool looks nice but we did not use it. Deborah was very helpful both before we arrived and after.

Perfect Destination
Debbie and Dale are excellent hosts, they both provided a complete home away from home. My sons and I loved the place. Very quiet and clean neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Beverly Hills. The pool was great! We used the grill a few times. The property has a huge yard and garden, it's the first time I've ever seen a lemon and lime tree. We will be back to stay again next year! Thank you again Debbie and Dale!

Wonderful Beverly Hills Stay
We had a fabulous stay at Debbie and Dale's guest house! It was located in the perfect location on Rodeo Drive in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. The upper deck was so nice to enjoy morning coffee on and we loved having use of the pool during our stay. The accommodations were clean and spacious for the four of us and the bedding was comfortable. It was a bonus to have a kitchen and we appreciated the Peet's coffee that was provided. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Much better value and character than a hotel. We had NO issues with parking (drove a smaller SUV, there was plenty of space). Easy walk over to the Beverly Hills Hotel for a drink at the Polo Club. So much to do and see in the area and this is the perfect home base!

Not what I expected
First, we were all under the impression that the pool and spa was available to use as stated in the ad and advertised as the first photo but I contacted Debbie and she said it’s not heated and not swimmable this time of year. I think making that clear in the ad would of been beneficial so expectations were met. Also the parking situation is very tight and hard to get in and out of as there is another studio guesthouse below and those guys have their cars parked too with debbies car in the same area. There was a morning when Debbie was trying to get out and she hit my car... if you decide to stay here make sure you confirm if the pool is useable because it’s not worth the premium if it’s not. And park your car on the street

Beverly Hills hot spot!
Easy check in and great communication from Debbie! Nestled in beautiful Beverly Hills this guest house is cozy, cool and perfect for family. The pool is such a bonus! We walked to Rodeo Drive and ubered everywhere without any concern. Debbie has plenty of fluffy towels, a great laundry facility and the rooms have AC which is ideal for summer stays. It was a beautiful property and a wonderful visit!

Lovely guest house and gracious hosts
My wife and two children thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Deborah and Dale were very kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check-in early, which was much appreciated, considering our flight arrived in LA at 8:30am. Since we were coming from the East Coast, we were already travel weary and really enjoyed being able to relax and start our vacation. I would highly recommend this guest house for families. It felt like home from the very first minute, we had a blast in LA. Mostly thanks to the perfect owners as they made us feel welcomed all the time and appreciated us visiting them. And we loved the pool too, no doubts, it was so warm and big enough to swim there comfortably.
Everything was very well organised, AC absolutely on point (!!!) and the hot tub was just a cherry on top we couldn’t have dreamt of before pur holidays even begun. Thank you for everything, Debbie and Dale, if we come back anytime soon, we’d for sure consider staying with you again. :)

Amazing location, wonderful stay
I’ve been staying with Home Away over 10 years now and this property epitomizes all the wonderful parts of the vacation rental experience. Meticulously clean, extremely functional garage apartment in the absolute heart of Beverly Hills. I can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay for a family vacation in LA. We loved strolling the neighborhood, hiking the Hills, exploring the coast, visiting the Getty all with such a reasonable distance from the property. Debbie couldn’t have been a more gracious hostess sharing wonderful tips, letting us use the amazing pool on the property. No need to look at other places, trust me just book this one. You won’t be sorry!

Tranquil, sunny, peaceful oasis in the heart of Beverly Hills
Wonderful week's stay at Debbie and Dale's place. The guesthouse was perfect, lots of light, trees, just chirping of the birds. It's in the back of the property so you don't even hear cars. The property is beautiful with a very nice pool, lemon trees, etc. The location is fabulous if you want to be in Beverly Hills. Quick drive or easy walk down Rodeo Drive to the commercial area below Santa Monica Boulevard, a good (longer) walk to West Hollywood; and very easy drive up into the hills (Coldwater Canyon, Franklin Canyon, etc.) for great hiking. I jogged the Flats every morning. As far as communication, Debbie was highly responsive, friendly and straight-forward. We met Dale only briefly but he was very friendly and personable. Would highly recommend this vacation property.

A True Treasure in Beverly Hills
Two of us stayed in the guesthouse in early November, and it was
delightful --we were sorry we couldn't stay longer. Debbie is an absolute pleasure to work with. She responded quickly to emails, gave thorough information, and suggested many things to do in the area based on our interests.
The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood that feels very safe. I went out for several long walks, going in a different direction each time, and thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful, tree-lined streets. Because we wanted to explore the city as well as surrounding areas, Beverly Hills provided an excellent base. It is convenient to the beaches and to downtown. For many destinations, we were able to avoid freeways , which live up to their reputation of heavy congestion during rush hour.
The photos on the website accurately depict the house and yard. The many windows make this a light and airy space, which both of us loved! It was clean and well-equipped , and it had everything we needed including plenty of towels and extra pillows (for the very comfy beds). We did cook some meals there and had ample utensils, containers, pots, foil, extra trash bags, and quite a few staple items ( oil, balsamic, spices etc). The washer and dryer are in the same building as the guesthouse in a room below it, so they are easy to access. The November temps made it a little chilly for using the pool or the deck, but on warmer days, they would be perfect areas for just relaxing.
In finding a place to stay in LA, we were looking for a place that was quiet, safe, and pleasant for long walks, but that also had ready access to places to explore in and around LA. The Beverly Hills guesthouse provides all this and more. It is a hidden oasis, and we definitely plan to return.

Enjoyed my stay
I rented this studio for myself and daughter and son in law. We had everything we needed for the week. The owner welcomed us and showed us around. She was always around if we should need anything which is always great to know. We were very comfortable and would not hesitate to rent again when I come back to the area.

Home away from home!
We loved the place, it felt like coming home after a day in LA. Great not having to eat out for breakfast, lunch And dinner all the time. But if you want to.... "every" possible restaurant is nearby!

Very clean And enough towels for bathroom And pool. The appartment felt very safe. In a beautiful neigbourhood near a nice part of LA. Loved to wake up with the sound of singing birds in the garden!! Use of a waschingmachine and dryer. An open kitchen which had everything we needed.
A great big pool we had for ourselves during the day time. The pool lies next to the owners house, no worries, they give you all the privacy you need!
The owners are very helpfull, kind and friendly. They also give you your privacy And are there for you when you need them.
We loved to stay here with our two girls 13 And 16 years old. We were sad to leave!

Charming retreat in Beverly Hills
We throughly enjoyed our seven night stay in mid June. Both hosts Deborah and husband Dale were engaging and helpful regarding our stay in LA including suggestions of places to visit. The property is located in a beautiful tree lined street in Beverly Hills, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, cafes and parks. It is also well located, near Sunset and Santa Monica Bulevards, allowing easy access to all parts of the city, including Malibu, Santa Monica, Hollywood Blvd, and Mulholland Drive. The property itself is spacious, bright and airy and has a delightful large balcony complete with furniture on which we enjoyed our breakfasts and dinner. The apartment is well appointed with a well equipped kitchen, large living area, which also has additional single beds and closet. The master bedroom has a seating area with lots of glass windows. With ceiling fans and air conditioning the property was easy to cool, and with the windows open during the evening the cross breezes naturally cooled the apartment. We also enjoyed access to the hosts laundry, which included both large washer and dryer. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, and would definitely stay there again. We highly recommend this property.

Great location and delightful owner
Debbie is a gracious host. The apartment was fully stocked, functional and spotless. We left a Kindle and she quickly got in touch so we could pick it up. I highly recommend this beautiful guesthouse in a wonderful Beverly Hills neighborhood. The owners were gracious and shared their favorite local haunts with me, all of which were great. I plan to come back whenever I am in the area for business. It's truly a gem, close to everything, very relaxing with beautiful grounds and all the amenities.

Debbie's Guesthouse on Rodeo Drive turned out to be a perfect spot for my husband and I to spend a long weekend. The photos and descriptions were exactly right--we walked up the stairs and felt immediately at ease. We loved the openness and light feeling of the place (lots of windows!), as the property and neighborhood are beautiful. I am particularly picky about beds and bedding, and I was again, extremely comfortable with the furnishings! The highlight for us was exploring this area--we walked for blocks and blocks surrounded by feelings of safety, elegance and awe...And being that
this was our first time to LA, it was of great comfort to know that Debbie and her husband were within steps on the property (but they were so very respectful of our privacy)!

This guesthouse was the perfect for our ten-day working vacation in Los Angeles. The apartment was lovely, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed during our stay; the beautiful Beverly Hills location, just steps from the BH Hotel with its famous Polo Lounge, was the icing on the cake. The owners were friendly and helpful, and stayed out of our way when we were trying to work.
