Private one bed/bath with views of the Beaver Creek ski resort.
Une petite chambre avec lit queen en mousse à mémoire / hybride. Super confortable. Le salon a un lit pliant avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme. Belle terrasse avec portes françaises s'ouvrant sur un accès à la cour. Réfrigérateur et congélateur complet, micro-ondes et cafetière. TV à écran plat avec Apple TV. (pas de câble disponible) WIFI est fort .. Parking privé réservé pour une voiture. Il y a un chat qui habite dans l'unité du haut. S'il vous plaît être conscient des personnes allergiques. Vous ne devriez avoir aucune interaction avec un chat, mais il doit être précisé qu'un chat est proche.

We came to visit our son who is working at Beaver Creek. It's a very expensive area and we found this property to be affordable and close to everything. And it is dog-friendly! I don't recommend letting your dog out in the yard at night without first checking for big and small critters, though!! This property is right at the base of a mountain so wild life is right there!! The interstate is noisy but the views of Avon and surrounding mountains can't be beat!!

Kevin is very accommodating and responsive and a really great host. His place was very comfortable and he took the time to explain the entrance process while showing us around. We stayed here for the 4th of July long weekend and the July 3rd Avon fireworks could be viewed from our backyard. It was the best fireworks experience of our lives! So close and impressive. Kevin's backyard is also fenced in which was great for our dog. We really enjoyed our stay and renting from Kevin!

The property owner, Kevin, met us upon arrival and showed us around the place. Very friendly gentleman and made us feel like we were staying in our home away from home. The place was perfect for the three of us in terms of the space, sleeping accommodations, kitchen amenities, washer/dryer and oh so cozy blankets that we could throw in the dryer after a day on the slopes to wrap up in to warm up. We would 100% stay there again and can’t wait to be back next year!

There is only a very small bathroom sink to wash dishes. I found the parking situation difficult as one has to back down a narrow driveway with many other cars parked along it. The lodging was adequate. It was adequately clean. The host was very pleasant.

Nice location, quiet area and close to where we wanted to go. Owner was readily available via messenger. Place was clean, bed was amazing! Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was handy. Would recommend!

Host was super nice. I only saw him once or twice during my stay. The place is small, but perfect in every way. Clean, basic amenities, fridge, microwave. The host made himself available when needed, but was otherwise absent (which is perfect). We didn't feel like a burdeon to him.

This place has everything I needed. There's actually two couches, and a toaster oven, which are not pictured. The couch, bed and shower were great! Awesome views of Beaver Creek mountain too!

Kevin was a great host. Everything was ready to go & he met us when we arrived to show us around & answer any questions. The towels & bed/bedding were very nice. Easy access to our planned activities around the area. We would stay stay at Kevin’s again.

The unit does not have a “kitchen” but Kevin was super accommodating to help with any dishes I needed to do. I’d recommend getting picnic utensils and paper plates as it’s more efficient for all. Access to Vail and Beaver Creek is easy and close. There are great restaurants in Avon as well. I highly recommend staying here! Thanks Kevin!

Great location with beautiful view from the patio. A bit dated but very comfortable bed and shower. Parking is a bit tight and might be difficult during the winter when the snow starts. Great, friendly cat!

I delighted in what I called "my little bungalow".
Kevin is a welcoming and thoughtful owner. I went for good walks/hikes every day, right from the place. Beautiful mountain views.
