Really nice and big house. We and the kids really enjoyed the big heated pool. Really nice big terrace where we had breakfasts and dinners with a magnificent view. Nice grilling area. Fermin is a very attentive host. He gave us a lot of helpful recommendations. La Yaya seafood is higlhy recommended :) He brought us two new sunbeds, because two older ones were too worn for Him, not us! The Villa is in a picturesque little town Alhaurin de la Torre, which is just minutes away from beaches by car. Really loved the stay!

There was really nothing not to like.

The property was beautifully presented. In superb surroundings. Our host Fermin was exceptional. Nothing was to much trouble . Close proximity to airport & local amenities. Superb for families. Highlights of the property was the fantastic views from the veranda and sun terrace. The pool was really good fun for the adults and kids and the bar area was the added bonus!!!

There’s nothing to dislike about the property. Would recommend car hire .

13 of us (inc 3 children) stayed at El Pipero celebrating my 60th. Fermin the host and his son met us on arrival showed us around and are really friendly and helpful. Fermin had already given me lots of info re taxis, supermarkets and eateries etc by text before arrival. There was fresh fruit, milk, water and fizzy drinks for us in the fridge and coffee if you wanted it and even a birthday cake for the senior 😁 guest; a very nice touch. The villa is very well equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans (inc paella) coffee machines etc and loads of fridge/freezer space if you want to stock up with provisions! We felt safe and secure throughout, with the electric gates and intercom access system. There was plenty of space for everyone with aircon throughout keeping us comfortable in the 39 degree heat! The bar room and adjacent patio is the heart of the villa with loads of family seating, inside and out; shade if you want it and lovely views to the mountains. There is a nice big bbq area with basic equipment and a really handy outdoor sink. The garden is very well maintained and compliments the villa. The swimming pool was clean and warm and the steps make it nice for the little ones to get in and out, or just splash about in the shallows. The main pool area ranged from about 1mtr to 1.75mtr and is about 8mtr x 4mtr which we found more than adequate. There are several nice quality sun beds surrounding the pool and a few blow-up pool toys for the kids.

Although its only a fairly short walk to a supermarket that has almost all of the basics and the (very good) Valentino's ice cream shop, its a bit of an uphill slog on the the way 'home' so beware and avoid the heat of the day.
