Beautiful Rehoboth Beach Condo! 3 bed 2 bath! 2 Pools! Tennis! Gym!
Grande à la communauté de Canal Point. Belle communauté qui est du côté de la plage de Rt. 1 et seulement une courte balade à vélo ou à pied jusqu'au centre-ville de Rehoboth Avenue! Il est également idéalement situé avec un accès rapide aux points de vente sur Rt. 1! Cette communauté recherchée possède 2 piscines creusées avec des chaises longues et des parasols, des centres de fitness / club-house, des courts de tennis / basket-ball et des pistes cyclables / pédestres. Il y a un grand parking et un ascenseur et des escaliers.
Ce condo a un plan d'étage ouvert avec des planchers de bois franc, de larges couloirs accessibles et des portes partout! Le wifi est disponible dans tout le condo. Chaque chambre joliment décorée a un lit queen et la suite du propriétaire a un lit king avec salle de bain complète et douche. La cuisine est équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable, de plans de travail en granit et d'une cafetière Kuerig pour votre usage en plus des casseroles, poêles, plats, verres et argenterie. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre usage. Le salon a des portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent sur le balcon avec vue sur l'étang. L'aire de jeux, les courts de tennis et le clubhouse du centre de remise en forme sont à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée. L'emplacement idéal du condo dans la communauté et ses commodités sont particulièrement pratiques!
Des jouets de plage, des chaises, des planches de bodyboard, des serviettes de plage et un parasol sont disponibles.
Nous avons également une chaise haute et un pack n play disponibles pour nos plus jeunes invités!
Le condo est situé en face du Breakwater & Junction Trailhead qui vous emmène à Lewes, Camp Henlopen State Park, Lewes / Rehoboth plages.

Danielle was extremely responsive when texted. The apartment was as described and worked well for the four adults and one 4 year old. The sand buckets and shovels in the closet were an added bonus. We enjoyed sitting out on the small balcony looking at the pond and later in the day watching the vivid colors of the sunset. Close to everything we wanted to do!

Canal Pointe is a nice ,clean and quite location. The condo was as described and was tastefully decorated. We had a small issue with a leaky toilet that was immediately dealt with by Danielle. She was very pleasant and easy to communicate with, and very responsive to our needs.

My husband and teenaged kids and I stayed at Danielle’s condo and absolutely loved it! There’s lots of room to spread out, a well-stocked kitchen, and so much to do nearby, just minutes from the beach and the outlets. We will be back!

Was a great rental. Only complaint we had was the ceiling is EXTREMELY thin and you can hear every single glue footstep. People above us had kids and it sounded like the royal rumble up there way past the 10 o’clock quiet time . Definitely made it hard to sleep

Great rental
This was a great property and was very well managed. Our only complaint was that you could hear the foot traffic in the unit upstairs. It was not a big deal during the day but there were a couple nights that it was noisy.

Great Place to Stay!
We absolutely loved staying at this condo and would definitely rent here again! Check-in was super easy, the place was very clean and well decorated, the amenities ( pool, gym, and tennis) were great to have on site, and even though the condo is not close to the beach, it is very convenient and we loved the bike paths nearby for walking, running and biking. Very family friendly too!

Very nice property
This was a nice condo unit in a relatively new development. Property was well maintained as was the unit we stayed in. Property manager was available and responsive to questions - we had one maintenance issue which she responded to quickly.

Wonderful location
We have stayed in this development in years past but this is our first year at this condo. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful. It was very clean, quiet, and the owners were very responsive to texts. We will be planning to come back in the future. Definitely consider this place for your vacation, it was wonderful!!!

Thankful for Rehoboth
Danielle’s property was the perfect setting for our fall beach getaway. The apartment is comfortable, nicely decorated, well-equipped and super clean. (Our hypoallergenic dog-owning family, with members who are allergic to dog and cat hair, had absolutely no trouble.) Perfect location to get to Rehoboth, Dewey, and Cape Henlopen beaches, and walking distance from outlets.

Great getaway
This is a wonderful place. Clean, nicely furnished, well stocked, and a good central location. The area is quiet but close to restaurants, the beach, hiking trail, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach getaway.
Danielle was wonderful at communicating with us and answers all questions promptly. Spacious common area and master bedroom. Other two rooms smaller, but you only need to sleep in there :) great location— 30 minute walk to the boardwalk and 10 minute bike ride ... easy parking and quiet area. Would recommend for sure! Fit 6 adults comfortably.

A great 3 day trip to the beach
This condo was perfect for us!! Well kept & equipped with everything we needed. Danielle was very accommodating & friendly. She thought of all the extra's including the decorating. Would definitely stay again. Quiet nice neighborhood!! Enjoyed very much!!

Enjoyable stay
The decor was fun. We liked the pictures on the walls and the knife-holder in the kitchen. There was a beach photograph on the wall in the living room that changed from black and white to colored depending on the angle you looked at it. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. Next to bike trail. Quiet location. Modern kitchen. Recommended.

Great spot!
Danielle has a very nice, clean place for families in Rehoboth!! Includes many family items like pack n play, sink stool, beach toys and other items. Convenient location to many spots but in a quieter area of town. I would stay again and recommend to family or friends coming to the area!

Great condo especially for small pets. Very responsive owner. Nice location near the bike path.
My only complaint is that the pools have lots of rules that seem a little unnecessary (no ball throwing for example).

Very comfortable place
The property and neighborhood were beautiful and very close to everything. We did have to drive to the beach, but finding parking was not bad for $2 an hour. Plus, you can download the parking app and pay and add time online. Definitely pet friendly. My dogs loved their stay.

Beautifully efficient, clean and spacious!
This was our second stay at this property and it's wonderfully appointed. Games for the kids, 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 Baths, it's great for families who enjoy staying together. Love it!
