The pool and its view absolutely makes this property. It is absolutely spotless, heated to a perfect 30 degrees and is an infinity pool which adds to the luxurious feel. There is a diving board and a fun water slide, and there are inflatables available too. The terrace is also beautiful with plenty of sunbeds and seating, and a table for meals. Inside the property is spacious with some interesting antiques and the bedrooms are air conditioned, which is lovely even though there is plenty of shade on hot days anyway. Michael and Denise are gracious hosts and ready to help if needed (Denise found a pharmacy for us to have our return-to-UK Covid tests) but the property feels private and the car can be parked right next to the villa for ease of carrying luggage and supermarket shopping etc. All in all Villa Seburga feels like a slice of paradise, peaceful and calm, and difficult to tear yourself away from despite the easy proximity of the coast, Monaco, Nice, Antibes and other beautiful places to visit. The Matisse Rosary Chapel is in Vence just a few minutes away, and the Fondation Maeght (amazing collection of modern art) just up the hill is well worth a visit, as is the lovely medieval hilltop village of St Paul-de-Vence.

Nothing to dislike, but would say you definitely need a car as the property is on a steep hill and for access to the coast and local attractions. Once at the property you are all on one level (the ground floor) so it is good for anyone of limited mobility.

Loved the property! Everything about the villa is well-appointed. The hosts Denise and Michael were exceptionally helpful and anxious to answer any of our questions, concerns, etc. They are both very dedicated to seeing that their guests enjoy their stay, have everything they need, etc. We cannot say enough good things about this place or its hosts. We will definitely be returning to the area and when we do, our first choice for rentals will be here! Thank you Michael and Denise for a great start to our 2 weeks in France!
