Good time and great location!!! The guard shack guys were SO amazing and so nice....they made our stay SO enjoyable. They were always so pleasant!

Great location! Wonderful weather! Yes you can swim in the ocean in February. It is not that cold!

A group of 6 adults stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time! The penthouse is spacious and the view is amazing. The resort is in the perfect location with easy access to all the action!

We love key west and this unit!

My family and I stayed at this resort for a short stay while visiting Key West. It was a great location right on the water and we had a great view of the marina watching wildlife and boats come in and out of the harbor. There are lots of restaurants and shops right by the hotel plus boat excursions access as well. The rooms themself were comfortable but a few things were not working within the condo (light switches, ice maker etc) nothing that would prevent us from not returning. The third bed was in a loft area which was nice that there were three full beds (plus a sleeper sofa but we did not need/use that) the only thing I would say about the bed in the loft area is that both bathrooms were located inside the two bedrooms so my aunt had to come into someone's room to use the bathroom (which was only awkward while we were sleeping). Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others without hesitation.

Location Location Location! This property was conveniently located within walking distance to the marina, Mallory Square and Duvall Street. The view of the marina from our room was spectacular! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others! Small issues include: shower on first floor drains slow and bidets are pretty out of date. Obviously not show stoppers! Staff at front desk was not always kind. The towel trading policy was a little odd. (Swap a dirty towel for a clean one during certain hours. But understand the need to keep track.) Only major nuisance was the limit of 1 parking pass per unit. Our unit slept 8 people but we didn't have a vehicle to accommodate 8 people. There was an additional cost and inconvenience getting another parking spot down the street. None of these are complaints. Just observations. Like I said, we had a great time and would recommend to friends!!!

Loved the property- my favorite stay yet of many different properties we have visited. The location and view of the seaport was my highlight and made it tough to leave. The unit was more than enough room for our group of six and plan on coming back!

Loved location and clean condo. The penthouse rooftop deck did not have the sun shade as shown and there are no outdoor lights to utilize deck at night. The door deadbolt does not work.

Perfect Key West location right off of Duval, has three king beds, yes I said 3 King beds! You never see that. Pricy? A little but worth every penny! Jim & Mary-Pittsburgh, Pa.

This condo was the perfect location - walking distance to Duval but quiet and away from the hustle! The views of the marina from the balcony we’re incredible any time of day! Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful views

Rented this property to celebrate our sons birthday with family & friends. Perfect location to do all the fun things we wanted to do. Perfect configuration for parents on main floor and younger folks in the upstairs. We will definitely be back..

Horrible checkin. No availability of basic services while waiting. Check in staff not polite nor helpful. Disappointed in general. Inadequate toiletries in premium property. Needs more electrical outlets

This is a top floor “Pent House” location with a awesome marina view from the main floor deck. And The 2nd floor deck is nice but there’s really no view from up there. There is a loft king size bed which we didn’t use and if someone does they would have to enter the second floor guest room to use the bathroom. The condo is clean, and appliances seem near new. The beds were very comfortable. Never turned the tv on but I’m sure it’s fine. I would absolutely recommend and return myself.

We love this property for its location, and the layout of this unit worked well for our group. Owner was quick to respond with any questions, check in was a breeze. Everything was tidy when we arrived, although the floors were very dirty.

Property was as described. Great location. Always wanted to stay at The Galleon and it didn’t disappoint. Had a great time.

This was a perfect condo. It was actually BETTER than the pictures!!! Plenty of room, super comfortable , stunning view from the balcony. THe location was the best, walk to town in 3 minutes and we even could walk to our snorkel / kayak tour. Cannot wait to go back!!

This is a great property with well appointed and comfortable furnishings, great water view, and close walking to great resturants and Old Town. The front desk personnel are very prompt and accommodating. Only disappointments were to find the front master bedroom patio door glass had been previously broken and not yet fixed, and to be greeted upon checking in to have to pay a resort fee that was not listed when making and paying the upfront rental fee.

When we checked in, they didn’t have our reservation, after that was sorted out we were asked if we wanted them to “make beds, change towels”, which we did, that was never done. On the last night we had a very large cockroach in the bathroom, which is pretty disgusting!!!!
