Cette maison de 5 chambres et 2 salles de bains a été entièrement mise à jour et meublée avec de nouveaux lits et meubles. La disposition à aire ouverte de la maison offre beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et profiter de vos vacances à la plage.
La cuisine possède des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, un dosseret élégant et de belles armoires à secoueurs. Il est entièrement rempli de casseroles, poêles, plats, épices et une cafetière. Il y a une table de bistrot pouvant accueillir 4 personnes et une grande table à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes.
La véranda est lumineuse et accueillante et comprend un bar rétro pouvant accueillir 6 personnes et un canapé futon qui peut être converti en un lit confortable pour 2 personnes.
A l'étage, il y a trois chambres avec lits queen et une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. En bas, il y a une chambre avec un lit queen size. Y compris le futon, nous pouvons accueillir confortablement 12 personnes.
Nous fournissons tous les draps mais nous ne fournissons pas de serviettes de plage. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse commodément disponibles dans la maison pour la lessive.

We enjoyed the stay. The location was quiet and a convenient walk to the beach. The opened concept on the first floor allowed for easier conversations. We appreciated having space for our teenagers to have their own area to hang out.

Great place to stay. Clean and lots of room. Can walk to beach. Only 2 recommendations: wish there would have been water in the fridge upon arrival and when it rains it's hard to get out (big dip right by steps). Only reason it mattered, we were going to a wedding and was hard to get to car in rain. But would stay here again in a heart beat. Loved the location.

This house exceeded all of our expectations. We were looking for a nicer home for our large family trip. We truly found it here! There was everything you can imagine in this house . It literally looks brand new. Whoever decorated did a phenomenal job! All the little details really make it look and feel like a beautiful beach home. Fully stocked kitchen, Game room, 2 bathrooms, and 5 gorgeous bdrms! Very clean as when you walk in it smells brand new and such a great location. Our adult kids loved the games and slot machine. The hosts even left them quarters to play. The walk to beach was literally like 5 minutes and all the shops, food, and bars were even closer. Our daughter loves the Green Room for healthy drinks which was literally at the end of road around the corner. The downstairs bedroom has a great tv with sound bar. The Bluetooth system was incredible. The hosts had notes and made sure we knew everything. Plenty of parking we had 4 cars and fit just fine. Be sure to read that the parking is on the right hand side of house and in front of house. The kids parked on left side but the host made sure to message us right away so we could fix that. We will definitely book here again. The hosts were beyond nice and very helpful. Do not think twice about renting here we loved it! Thanks again Micah!

This is my 3rd time renting this property.
Perfect location. Close enough to the beach, casino, restaurants and night spots.
At the same time is is on a dead end street without all the hustle and bustle of crowds and noise.
It has all the amenities, it is very clean and comfortable, and it is a real bargain as well.
I've already booked this place for next year.

Micah and his house were outstanding! The house is set up well and extremely comfortable. The location of the house is walking distance to anything in Hampton Beach. Looking forward to staying here for our upcoming trips to Hampton Beach.

Easy check in and great communication with the owner. Home accommodated our family with 4 kids and my wife’s Aunt and Cousin very comfortably. Outstanding amenities which included everything you needed for a beach day, including a wagon to get it all there. Every kitchen item needed to cook, a fun game room, an open kitchen/dining room where you can bring out the portable ping pong table. We had rain and our littles were entertained inside. Located 2 blocks to the beach and the strip. 5 minute walk. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying here. We had never been to Hampton before, so we didn’t know what to expect. The main strip is very busy, so we liked that it was just a short walk to the beach and that the house is located on a dead end so it was quiet at night. We appreciated the stocked kitchen and laundry facilities as well as the beach chairs and toys. Lots of nice extras like charging cables and night lights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was everything we hoped it would be and then some. Micah (property manager) thought of so many extra little conveniences to add to the property. We are already looking forward to our stay next year!

Owner, Micah, put a lot of thought into details with nautical decor throughout, creating a very relaxing vibe and added a lot of fun things to do while not at the beach. Got a lot of use on the ping pong table, darts and hook and ring on the porch with grandkids. Especially nice to have linens and ample towels provided for the house. Owner is very accessible and quick to respond to any questions. Located on a quiet dead end street, but not far from the beach. Looking forward to another stay next year.

We stayed in this house 2 years ago, but didn’t book quickly enough to get in for 2022. There were some updates and improvements since our last stay. It’s a little longer walk to the beach and the bandstand than we prefer, but it’s worth it to get a clean and comfortable house. The kids love plying cornhole in the backyard and board games at the bar on the front porch.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house! It was super clean and fully renovated! It is a very short walk to the beach and plenty of great places to eat or grab a drink! We had two teenage boys with us who loved the front game which which seems to be sound proof! They closed the sliding door and played their music and games while the rest of us went to sleep and didn’t hear a sound!
The communication from the owner was great! The only reason I gave 4 stars on the listing accuracy is because some things were different in the listing from the detailed communication that I received the day before we left, but all for the better! For example, the listing says you need to bring your own bed linens… but you don’t! We loved it there and will definitely be back!!

The house was conveniently located - just far enough to get some quiet, and close enough for beach/restaurant/boardwalk access. It was fully stocked, clean, and comfortable. The appliances and air conditioning were great. Access to the deck and grill was wonderful. Loved that there were two separate (big) TVs and living room areas while traveling with little ones. Micah and Amber were kind, accommodating, and highly responsive, answering any questions we had within minutes. We hope to return!

It was my families first time to Hampton beach and both the town and house were great. The house was a quick walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. It was also on a quiet dead end street which was nice. The house itself had everything you need for a family getaway and is completely remodeled. We have been visiting Hampton Beach as a family for 8yrs. This is the first time we stayed at this house and we can honestly say it has been our favorite. It was very home like, great space for everyone, clean, location was perfect, owners were very nice and they did a wonderful job setting up the place. Since we have stayed here a few years ago, we will never rent anywhere else. Micah goes over and beyond to accomodate his guests. We have a family of eight and two younger children and the house is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, well stocked, quiet location and has everything you need. Great beach getaway!
So happy we found this little gem. Plenty of space for our group of 6 and just less than a 5 minute walk to the ocean! The decor was modern and it was spotless. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely stay again!

Once you stay here this will set the Gold Standard that you can compare to any other place you you stay in the future.
Perfect, location, spacious, well furnished, everything you want from linens to towels. Well equipped Kitchen, new appliances, stocked with everything you might need. Decor excellent. When you stay here you will feel like it's home. So many other things, like cleanliness, upkeep, maintenance etc. , I just can't say enough. This would be a 10 star place if they would give me that option.

Perfect rental
We have stayed at this property twice already and have it booked for next Memorial Day and Labor Day. I won't rent any other house. With a family of 8 adults and 2 children, the house is spacious, clean, has plenty of parking, fully stocked with house appliances, towels, linens and is in an ideal location. Micah the owner is easily accessible and super accommodating. 5 stars, A+ rating!

Awesome location! Short walk to everything. Great house and great host.
Large home, plenty of room and clean. Host was super responsive. Game room was an unexpected bonus - played ping pong and games on the four-seasoned porch with large screen TV and bar. Deck in the back was great for BBQ. Everything needed for the beach available. Near two of the best bars in Hampton: Wallys and The Goat and close to Bernies and the Sea Catch - great seafood! My family had a great time, so much to do.

Best house we have rented in HB!
This property checked off ALL of the boxes for my family. We had a total of eight adults, two small children (ages 4 and 5) and a couple visitors that came and gone.

Great Beach House!
Our family had a great beach vacation at the house. Micah provided lots of details about the house and was very responsive to any questions we had. It was great the house had many of the items we would have brought like beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and games, so that saved us tons of room in our cars! Can't wait to come back again next year!

Great Trip
We’ve been coming to Hampton Beach for over 20 years so we’ve stayed in a number of different properties. This house was great for the large crowd we had this year- 4 adults and 5 kids. The listing is very detailed and accurate as are the pictures which is so helpful. The owners were excellent with communicating. The house has been full remodeled. Underneath it’s still a typical Hampton Beach house so bathrooms are on the small side and closets are hard to come by, but that doesn’t really matter. The owners clearly care about the property and guests as they provide a lot of extras that others do not. The kids had a great time with corn hole, ping pong and other games.
We were a little worried about being on a back street but it’s a great location. Quick walk to the beach near the public restrooms, close to several bars and restaurants.
Parking was also a blessing with room for up to 4 cars.

Great house and location
This is one of the best places we have stayed in over 20 years renting houses in this area. There was plenty of room, the house was clean and had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We especially appreciated the beach toys and chairs that were provided, as these are difficult to bring on a vacation but so useful to have.
