Interior was clean, well equipped with appliances, tableware and linens. One small problem with drain in shower that was quickly repaired while we were skiing the first day. Would stay here again and would recommend to other renters. Stayed five nights.

There are wooden shutters on the interior of the windows if you prefer natural lighting and the view of the mountains from the balcony is picturesque. So close to everything and having the bus stop right outside was wonderful. The underground garage with storage was incredibly convenient. We all commented how quiet and peaceful the condo was and the view toward the mountain was spectacular. Only improvement that could be made was the mattress on the fold out couch was EXTREMELY uncomfortable as you could feel all of the springs. Other than that we highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

Place was in a great location. On shuttle route for skiing and a 10 min walk to restaurants and shops. Place is ver spacious! Great for a family to relax after skiing.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, quiet condo. It was great to get a cross breeze because there are windows on three sides and a fan. Appreciated the master ‘wing’ and the two bathrooms. Great location as it is quiet but an easy walk to Main Street.

The place was awesome and in a great location with it being close to the slopes and main street. It was a lot bigger than what the pics showed and was very clean.

My husband and I went up to Breck with our teenage daughter on a holiday weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect - very clean, spacious, quiet, great furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. The location was great too with a bus stop nearby to take us to the slopes and town a few blocks away. We definitely want to stay in this place again and highly recommend!

The condo was clean and spacious and very quiet. It had everything we needed. The only inconvenience was that the we couldn’t get the parking garage to open from the outside. The mattresses weren’t the best especially the pull out. But all and all I would recommend this condo. It has a great gas fireplace, beautiful master bath and plenty of room.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Parking was very convenient, walk to main street through the neighborhood was easy, condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The condo complex is a little smaller than some we've stayed at which made it easier to get around and much quieter. Would definitely recommend this place.

This nice condo has a spacious living room/dining/kitchen area and master bed/bath. The 2nd twin-bed/bath are also nice but much "cozier". It is well maintained and appointed. It has some nice top-floor views and elevator access from the garage (no stairs to navigate). We had a missed communication re: the arrival procedures, but mgmt was very responsive and helpful in resolving it -- not a big problem.

Great space for 4 people. Generously sized rooms and baths & kitchen have been updated. Good location within walking distance from Main Street. I'd book again.

We were late arriving on Friday due to the wonderful traffic out of Denver. We called the office to let them know and the woman who answered was sympathetic and helpful in letting us know how to pick up our key after hours. Having a spot in the garage was a nice treat and an elevator getting to the 3rd floor was a bonus. The unit was clean and nicely appointed. Once we opened the windows, it cooled right off. The deck has a wonderful view of the ski resort and offers a perfect spot to enjoy hummingbirds and other wildlife "doing their thing". We watched a couple of foxes out of the bed room window playing and hunting on the hillside. The bathrooms were updated and the beds were comfy. It's the best we slept at altitude in a while. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals in. We also liked that although we were surrounded by wildlife, we were just a short distance to the happenings of town. We had a car, but you could also catch the free Summit Stage or even walk if you prefer. We really enjoyed our time at Woods Manor #302-A and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michael!

Maintenance needs work. Windows hard to open. Only one washcloth. Property manager emergency phone line not answered. Poor Wi-Fi. Not a 5 star location. Expected better.

Experience was good from start to finish.
