This home was perfect! Our daughter’s wedding venue was at Leu Gardens and the reception was at the Osprey. The home was .9 form each! The home offered a perfect place for our family to rest and the bride to get ready. We had our family in from out of town and the home comfortably slept six adults. The wedding and reception were five hours apart in time. The home offered a place for the bride and groom’s family to have fellowship and lunch between. The owners were so welcoming and kind! So kind that they almost became reception guests had we had extra seats! We felt right at home. The home was clean, comfy, and cozy. Perfect!

We really enjoyed our weekend at the house. It was clean and had plenty of room for us to hang out. The hosts are great and very responsive. It was too cool to use the pool, but it was nice sitting out by it.

The house was everything we could have wanted. The dogs loved the fenced in yard and we didn't have to worry about them. The house was very accomidating . Comfortable and roomy enough for family to gather. Even played the board game that was there. Would definitely rent again if we came to Orlando. The owners were friendly and helpful. This was such a great rental. Suprisingly spacious compared to the photos. Very clean and comfy. Walkable to awesome shops and food. Loved the pool (also bigger than expected). We had an amazing 12 week stay. Walking distance to East End Market and Kelly’s ice cream. The owners became friends very responsive and helpful. They live in the area and take great pride in their home. A great find for an extended stay!

We had an unexpected death in our family and we had to book a stay in Orlando to attend the funeral. My family of 5 (kids ages 8, 10, 12) and my brother’s family of 5 (kids ages 1, 2, 4) stayed here together. Location is about 12 miles or so from Orlando international airport. The hosts were quick to respond to my inquiries about the property. Although it is not technically set up for infants/toddlers, it worked well for us. We were able to order a booster seat and pack-n-play online and have it shipped to the hosts’ address. They took care of the items for us and had the packages in the rental house upon arrival. They made it easy to do a late check-in around 9 pm since one family was flying in from out of state. One of the bedrooms is very spacious and has an attached bathroom. We brought a queen sized air mattress and set it up at the foot of the bed. 2 girls slept in the bed and 2 girls slept on the air mattress. The pack-n-play was set up in another room and the baby slept in there with my brother and his wife; my husband and I had another bedroom, and our soon had his own room. All kids loved the pool! We brought a baby float and 2 puddle jumper lifevests for the little ones. The house is extremely well stocked. Lots of towels, washcloths, etc… plenty of dish soap, laundry det, dryer sheets. Hall linen closet had shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We did cook a few simple meals and had everything we needed in the way of pots and pans. Full sized washer and dryer were wonderful to have! We took a walk to the East Market just a few blocks away (2 and 4 year old had no problems walking to and from) and tried the Gideon’s Bakery cookies. Location of the house was perfect for us. Many shops and restaurants close by. Target within a couple of miles with curb side pick up. Hosts were fantastic to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for the Winter Park Art Festival

This cute house was not short on mirrors nor was it short on outdoor space. Perfect for enjoying time in the nice Florida weather. Easy access to pool and the hosts provided everything we needed! They even checked in to make sure that we had everything that we needed during our stay! Very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this perfect little getaway!!

The home was a4 bedroom mid century modern pool home. It was warm and welcoming as were our hosts. The hosts live close by and were fast To respond to any request or question. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Everything you need is a few minutes away. Bakery and coffee shop are walking distance. Groceries are 4 minutes away. A huge, beautiful park is a two minute walk. 20 minutes to the airport. The home is spotless and well appointed. We will be returning to this wonderful home. We stayed for a month and it wasn’t long enough

Amazing house with everything you could need. Really everything you could need. Owners communicative and close by to help if any issues. We didn’t have a single issue. Will 100% be back as the house was perfect for our group. Great neighborhood and superb parks. Our Dog is sad to head home was loving the space

This was a great place to stay at for a week! I'm originally from Orlando so my family and I were visiting my extended family for Christmas and needed a place close to them. This place was all pros: * safe and quiet neighborhood * super easy check in and check out process * easy communication with owner * nice size house * close to amenities * off street parking (plenty) * pictures reflect the house exactly That's the brief rundown. A little more details: this house was great. We were only here during the early am hours and then back after dark (since we were visiting family) and it was so nice to come back to a homey place with good amenities. There's working wi fi, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc. This was a great house to unwind in. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was an overabundance of towels, linens, soaps, etc. so we didn't have to ask for anything. We communicated with the owner once (we asked for a Keurig before arriving if possible) and they were very nice and accommodating. Since it was chilly we didn't use the pool but it was exactly as advertised. Also, it's a pet friendly house but didn't smell like pets. The place was super clean. We will definitely rent here again when returning. The location and house itself was perfect for our needs.

Great location and home!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It had 4 bedrooms and a pull out sofa. It comfortably slept all 9 of us. There was a lovely pool with a fire pit and grill, all of which we used. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics we needed for cooking in the house. There were plenty of towels for everyone, including plenty of pool towels left convenient to the pool. The location near Baldwin Park couldn’t be beat. We walked to East End Market for lunch. Such a great house, such a great location. Convenient to Winter Park and Rollins College, but also the rest of Orlando, I highly recommend this house for your Winter Park get away.

The house is clean, warm and inviting, beautifully decorated and just as described. I sent a message through the site before check-in and did not receive any reply, but the owner was very responsive by phone once we checked in. Great stay overall and great neighborhood!

Worked perfect for our needs. Great location. Loved the pool and the front screen porch. Nicely updated interior with lots of room. Very comfortable beds in the bedrooms. Everything we needed and more was provided.
