The size of the property fit us but that’s where it ends. The garbage cans were full. Tile caulk in shower was black. Windows have not been cleaned in a long time. Called the property management twice to come in regards to a broken lock on sliding glass door but no one called back and no one came to fix it.

Fine. Bathroom doors in basement need repaired. Bathrooms upstairs need great repair. Dark lighting in kitchen usually leave fishes in dishwasher as leave. The rest was grest

Plenty of room for 11 women looking to cycle roads and trails. Roads, trails, wineries, quaint towns with shopping, beautiful vistas. Pool was a plus. Manager actually overcommunicated. Responded quickly to questions. Plenty of parking for a big group. Walk up hill behind condo for a beautiful sunset.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again. It was perfect for a group of friends.

Check in was easy! Not great:1. The description of this property does not include ANY references to the stairs. We had to change plans due to my elderly parents not being able to manage. No photos of stairs either. It’s very misleading. After looking into the reviews, a few mention it. Some of the stairs heading upstairs are in want of repairs. 2. The kitchen cabinets clearly are designed to have pulls and do not. There have been mentions of it in many reviews. 3. Some things just a bit sloppy. The curtain rods upstairs came apart every time we tried to open them because they are too short for the windows. One room had a completely broken rod. The hot and cold water were hooked up backward, so indicators are incorrect. One room has a bed with a headboard that is not even connected to the frame, or the wall. And missing outlet covers in one room. This rental has potential to be great if a maintenance crew spent 2 hrs there Most of the things would be done. Things were clean and easy to find or figure out.

like how close it is to glen lake and traverse city. also golf coarse across the street and mountain in the back yard.

Overall clean. Some beds cud be more comfortable, the kitchen cabinets need knobs or handles. They were very responsive to our hot water issue we had at the start. Pretty setting and fair amount of room to move around inside.

Outlets in two bathrooms did not work, one bathroom didn't even have an outlet. Dishes and dishwasher had a film over everything, glasses, dishes and coffee cups were not clean.

Really enjoyed our stay! Pluses were bathrooms for everyone. Really no negatives except the no electricity in master bathroom. Would recommend putting hardware on kitchen cub boards, difficult to open, could cause some frustration & eventual damage. Overall very happy Thanks!

Nice condo. Only negative is no bathroom on the main floor. If there are senior citizens in your group who can’t do stairs easily, I would stay at a hotel.

The condo is beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds. Nice location close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, and only 30 minutes from Traverse City. We would love to stay again!

Perfect size for multiple families. Stayed with my in-laws, wife & daughter, plus my wife's brother and his kids. Plenty of room for all of us. Remodel looks great, new carpet throughout. My wife's uncle lives in Leelanau, so the party that brought us up was 5 minutes from the condo, making it a perfect location. The closed ski lodge next door is a bit of an eye sore, but that's not the owner's fault. My daughter and nieces enjoyed the pool and open area behind the condo to run around. I believe my brother in-law hiked up the mountain as well. If you need to be around Cedar or in the Leelanau Peninsula with a large group, this is as good of an option that your gonna find.

A few improvements would have made this lovely. There is a light over the dining room table that does not put out enough light. We had to move over a lamp and set it on the table just to see. The bedside lamp in the king bed room upstairs wasn't plugged in and could not be. The place was clean enough, but a little dated. The abandoned ski lodge with broken windows and graffiti was certainly not welcoming.

Reviewer Comments: Property was pretty much as described; however when we arrived, we were told that we could not use one of the top bunks as it was not safe. That presented a problem as we had four kids that wanted to sleep in the same room. Instead, our 15 year old had to sleep with his parents in the king bed. Also, the sink in the basement bedroom did not drain well and water pressure was horrible. Could not get a signal for the basement tv so never got it to work. Close to glen arbor, between 2 golf courses and at the base of an old ski resort.

This was a good place to stay within our price point. Many spots for small repairs and overall ambiance. Kitchen needs better utensils and organization. Why not invest in a water softener?! And provide cleaning supplies. Felt like owners were definitely hands-off. Management property very nice to talk to, but need to check on units. And be available for ANY issue. A smoke detector battery kept going off in the unit next door...no one came to check.

Up North Management was quick to respond when contacted and problems were resolved. If you want to grill out remember to bring your own propane tank or get the tank filled locally. Guest beds were good, King, Queen; what can I say about bunk beds, with ample towels for personal use. Need to bring your own beach towels. Kitchen was adequately stocked with accessories but you may want to bring your own bag of ice. Key box is on beam as you enter the unit not on the door which made locating the key box at night a little tricky in the dark. Overall I would say that the six of us were very pleased with the unit and would use it again. Too bad it is a minimum 3 night rental instead of two but two of our husbands stayed until Monday to play golf. Mary T.

There is great SPACE as advertised. However, the kitchen is smaller than what it looks like in pics. The kitchen is equipped minimally. The silverware is unacceptable, very oxidized. We bought plastic ware to eat with. The coffee maker takes twenty minutes to make 8 cups of coffee (it's old). It's pretty obvious that the owners do not stay here regularly. Things are in disrepair. Loose handles on cabinets, carpets need cleaned. Chairs and table legs in dining room are very loose and wobbly. The dresser drawers in one room would not open and close properly. I'm just giving an honest review. I'm pretty easy to please.

Secluded and quiet. Abandon ski resort, so the hill was great for hiking! 5 mins to nice beach that is open all night. Place has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths comes with washer and dryer and decent wi fi, so great for family gathering. Kitchen was well stocked even had crock pot! Grill was older, but it worked great. Furnishings (very old and dated) and appliances (fridge took awhile to get cold, but it did stay cold after it cooled down) could use updating. Need to clean the place better (stains on carpet and sofa, lots of dust, bathroom). Overall, it worked because we didnt spend much time there but to eat sleep and shower (just don't all shower at the same time you'll freeze)!

4 bathrooms is a plus for our group. With 3 family and kids. Love walking up hills behide the property in the morning. Beautiful views.
