Great location: near enough old town to walk to (20-30 minute walk on easy, flat terrain) in a quiet neighbourhood. A bright and spacious apartment- for the two of us it was perfect. The spare room was a bonus to spread out our suitcases etc. but would be great for a child or suitable for another adult. Lots of cupboards/closet space and extra blankets etc. The apartment has a lovely view with a large balcony from which to enjoy the water views. I really appreciated that they left laundry soap, a drying rack, as well as some basics like coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, etc. It served us well in making simple meals and snacks. Owners kindly allowed us to store our luggage inside as we arrived earlier than expected.

A few things need tending but I’m sure the owner will look after fixing them. The bed was a bit too firm for me but my husband liked it. I also would have appreciated a couple of extra pillow cases as I needed to change out my pillow and the pillow case didn’t fit the other pillow. Minor issues as everything else was great and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. Sweet cat on the property too who came to visit each day.

All was perfect. Owner helps me with present for my wife's birthday. She bought a beautiful flowers and bottle of wine.

Met by the delightful Anamarija on arrival who explained the local amenities, restaurants, shops etc (and the quick route into Zadar Old Town. The property provides all amenities, towels, full working kitchen etc. An absolute gem of a place, would thoroughly recommend

20 min walk into the old town (but that was only because I had a bad hip on holiday!!) No complaints otherwise

The apartment is a great location close to the beach and a bus stop to the old town. The flat is well equiped and decorated and very comfortable bed. Nice to sit on the balcony at night and during the afternoon it gets full sun. Coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge and freezer were all very useful. There is a dish washer and washing machine too. Great value for money and I will be back 👍

Its gets a little bit hot at night in the rooms but just leave the light on with the fan for a bit before bed and leave the window open and it's fine. There is air conditioning in the living area

There are not many words needed to describe the property - one word is enough: EXCELLENT!! Beautiful apartment, beautiful view from the balcony, impeccably clean, all the comfort needed for a relaxing vacation. Markets to buy groceries close, nice small beaches around, 10 min drive by bus or uber to Zadar Old City. Very good communication with our nice host. Will definitely plan to come back and stay at this apartment.
