We recently hosted our beach wedding at this stunning Vrbo property, and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed to make our special day perfect. The beachfront location provided a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony and photos, and our guests were in awe of the views.
The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The outdoor spaces were perfect for our reception, with plenty of room for dining and dancing under the stars. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical setting for our wedding.

The property and home were stunning and more than enough room for 12 of us! Easy bike to Caligney and Sea Pines. Access to ocean was not only beautifully landscaped but right in the backyard! Highly recommend!

House is in a great location which we have stayed in Hilton for several years on family vacation. The location of this house is awesome…..beach is great and within walking distance to Coligny area.
This house is old and in need of major work. Lots of items didn’t work…..2 burners on stove, hot water in kitchen.
Grass was overgrown, pool stayed dirty because of unkept palm trees shedding debris. House needs attention for the money charged for a week stay.
I will add that grass did get mowed after we called and requested…..but again for the money you shouldn’t have to request these things.

A perfect week at a very nice property. Our host couldn’t have been more responsive. The property had everything you could ever want or could think about. There was plenty of space for hanging out as a group and room to get away for alone time. Everyone said the property was perfect for our trip. We had a great time with perfect weather. The property is exactly as advertised. You won’t go wrong here.

We rented this house because it was on the beach and it was dog friendly! The house was a perfect set up for about 15 of us - great outdoor space, great set up for teenage and young adults with parents! Being on the beach was great - such a nice area! They had lots of beach toys to use as well! Thanks for a great week!

We had a total of 11 family members...7 adults and 4 children with one very well behaved dog! The property was wonderful and suited our needs perfectly. The pool was a big benefit for all. The location by the beach was fantastic and our property manager, Brian Austin was great to deal with and very responsive to questions and information. I would highly recommend this property and its property manager for future families.

We love the beach and wanted a place where we could have a small wedding/renew our vowes with our closest friends and family. We had family stay in the house ranging in age from under 2 to 80 years old. The overall feedback from us and our guests is that it's the best event we've ever been to!
First, the direct access to the beach is a complete game changer. The walk is easy with the majority of it being a board walk.
The grounds are amazing. Great landscaping and lighting and plenty of grassy area for our event.
The kids loved the pool with plenty of seating around the pool deck for the adults to relax and keep an eye on them.
The house is great. We slept 15 with no problem. The third floor master wing is amazing.
Many of our party spent every morning on the many decks drinking coffee and reading with great views of the ocean and the back yard.
The host was great! He even came over and adjusted the irrigation so it wouldn't interfere with our event.
Overall we'd highly recommend this property for a great get away!

Every November for Thanksgiving I bring my family to Hilton Head. First time to stay in the South Forest Beach area, usually we stay in a Palmetto Dune homs. This home has a perfect location on the beach, and a private pathway to walk to the beach. Perfect layout for entertaining which we did have several dinners including Thanksgiving of 15 people. The main floor with the kitchen , eating area and family area all flows nicely. There are 3 bedrooms on this main floor and only downfall is that only 1 bedroom has a private bath , the other two bedrooms have to share the other bathroom as well as your guests since there is not a powder room on the main floor. The Master suite upstairs is incredible , beautiful, spacious and private, with two outdoor sitting area's , the one facing the beach is very nice to sit in the morning and relax to enjoy a cup of coffee while looking at the ocean, very peaceful. The first floor when you enter is great , the couple who stayed in the bedroom had privacy and also own entrance in and out to the pool. There are a lot of steps which were steeper than most, to get to the main floor as well as another set to get up to the master suite. Great exercise, however, not recommended for elderly or disabled individuals. I enjoyed, definitely got my workout in! We only had one issue when we arrived and the host Brian, took care of it immediately. Enjoyed our 2 weeks at this home and Brian the host was great communicating and assisting with what we needed.

We enjoyed our week at the Cassina Palms home, even with a few hiccups.
Pros:
-Location! Amazing views from every oceanfront window and deck on the house. Located on a quiet dead end street with perfect uncrowded beach access. Centrally located and can get to most island attractions in less than 15 mins. Very close to Sea Pines.
- Comfy beds with lots of linens
- Well stocked kitchen with high end appliances. We did find that some of the smaller appliances were not working (coffee grinder and that there is a shortage of silverware.
-Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas which is so nice to have a rental!
-Great pool!
Cons:
-The air conditioning for the top floor was not working on our arrival and we notified the host. He was quick to respond to my messages, but no one came to fix it until 3 days later. Luckily, it was not blazing hot outside, but none the less I would have appreciated it have been resolved earlier.
-Home is in need of some general maintenance. Some of the outdoor furniture on main deck was rusted out and broken. Lots of dust and mold in/around the air vents. The front gates are not mechanically working anymore (you can manually open and close), so if you are planning to use that to enclose your dog just be aware they must be tied with a bungee chord. The gates in the back yard do not fully shut either. They probably just need to be releveled.
I know we came at the tail end of the busy summer rental season so maybe some of these thing will be address when occupancy slows down. Overall , a great home!

Thank You for allowing us to stay at your home this psst week - adults, kids and dogs loved the spacious accommodations, pool, proximity to the beach and central location to restaurants, etc. The home is well equipped - loved the range and nifty ice maker…not to mention the well running A/C system - comforting after a full day outside. Really appreciated having the pool - nice temp - and such easy access to the beach. Bottomline, we had a great week - will definitely consider staying at 11 Cassina Lane again. We were very happy staying in this home, it was as advertised. Clean and well maintained.
The kitchen was great and was stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large family. The bedrooms were as photographed and very comfortable with good storage and closets. My family enjoyed the pool every day! The beach was also great and private.
Brian was very accommodating and any questions were answered quickly and any minor issues were resolved quickly! I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home, will be going back again!

We spent a week here in August 2022. The property is wonderful and the location is great.
Upon arrival, we were able to get into the house without issue. The curved driveway had space for 3 SUV/Trucks. The entrance is on the same level as one bedroom, ping pong room, laundry, two full bathrooms, and the pool. The house is well stocked with pool towels, pool floats, infant float, pool noodles, beach chairs, beach cart, and beach umbrellas. There’s also a fridge conveniently located on this floor - we stocked it with drinks and didn’t need to keep running upstairs for them. There’s plenty of seating and ample shaded areas around the pool. We did not need to heat the pool and a pool cleaner did stop by one day to clean up. The pool has a fence in front of it. Beyond the fence, there’s great grass space and a beautiful walkway to the beach. Landscapers stopped by one day for weekly maintenance.
The second floor of the house is amazing as well. There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, dining, and two seating areas. Full disclosure, some of the living room furniture is starting to show its age but it served its purpose. The dining table has ample space for around 8-10 people and there’s an additional counter/stools for 2-3 more. In the kitchen, it is evident that the owners have experience. It has beautiful and quality appliances, including double ovens, a large fridge, a stand-alone freezer, ice maker, tons of supplies (plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, silverware, serveware, chafing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, keurig, toaster oven, and toaster). There’s a lot of pantry space as well so we were able to stock up for the week. This floor has so much outdoor patio/deck space. We were able to hang out upstairs, shaded under an umbrella, watching over those in the pool. This is also a great spot to see the waves on the beach, all day!
The third floor is great as well. It has a master suite, sitting area with tv, and two extra beds. There’s also a peaceful porch area that is great for a mini escape in a hectic house :) Please note, the extra beds on this floor don’t have much privacy, but each does have a trundle and is ideal for a kids space.
The entire house had ample space for a party of 13 people to sprawl out. It can easily accommodate even more than that really.
The location of this home is great. The private beach access leads to a relatively quiet portion of the beach and is away from the hustle/bustle.

June 2022 HHI Vacation
This was our 3rd family vacation to Hilton Head Island and this property was definitely the best! The easy access to the beach for our grandkids, was a major hit. The home has plenty of space with nice views of the beach and the pool was great place in the evenings and had covered areas for the non sun seekers. The property location was convenient to all our favorite restaurants and places. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful beach vacation!
We were very pleased with our stay on Hilton Head Island at this property. It was exactly as described. We had 4 kids ages 5-10, as well as 6 adults. Plenty of space. It was so nice to have a pool in the back yard. Kids loved it! Property is right on the beach with direct access. So you have the best of both worlds, the beach and a pool. Loved the kitchen, especially the stove with the flat top cooking surface. Cooked brunch and dinner right on that!

Wonderful stay
We spent a wonderful, peaceful week at this amazing property. Very dog friendly, with a completely fenced yard, ability to block off areas that doggies should be in (thank you for the extra gates), and fantastic places to walk. We didn’t want to leave and look forward to hopefully coming back.

A Slice of the Good Life
Amazing to be able to stay in a place like this. The view from the upstairs covered balcony out to the ocean is probably the most beautiful thing I have ever seen - at sunrise and sunset and all day long. The ease of walking out to the beach is wonderful and Hilton Head beaches are so wide and perfect for walking. Truly - this was magical.

Family gathering
This was a great house to get together with our grown children, but would also be great for younger families too. The home was beautiful, and there was plenty of seating both inside and out. The home is on a beautiful stretch of beach, and the pool was fun, even in the winter. We enjoyed the ping pong table too. The kitchen was beautiful and had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Brian was very responsive to all of my questions, and also very flexible with me changing the dates to heat the pool based on the weather. I would definitely recommend this home for a vacation.

Two weeks of delightful weather and beach walking in a quiet neighborhood. Large, comfortable family house with several places for groups to gather, chat, play games or just quietly read. Hosts are very receptive to requests. Location on the island is very convenient to stores and restaurants.

Quality and cleanliness not up to standards. Mold on interior doors, Px pills & hooks found on floor
Property evaluation and ranking was due to above mentioned quality and cleanliness. Specifically, regarding condition of the house and property, there were random prescription drugs on kitchen floor along with rusty fish hooks laying around the house, along with mold on upstairs doors, so cleanliness was entirely substandard, as well as, dangerous with the mentioned items. Bathroom sinks were in a condition of running water that would not turn off, which was brought to the attention to owner who subsequently contacted a plumber to repair. With regards to external condition, beach and deck chairs around the pool were a clustered and stacked mess, essentially a roach & palmetto bug breeding ground. We personally had to move, straighten, and clean up, ourselves to even be half presentable and usable. The pool had to be requested to be cleaned as well to be usable.
In addition to the above mentioned home and property condition, the owner showed up on Friday and proceeded to berate my daughter, post her wedding, about the cleanup and removal of tables and chairs. This was actually in progress by contractor during this encounter. Totally unacceptable and unnecessary behavior.

Such a great place to rest and relax
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cassina Lane.
The hosts are very available throughout the process, even going so far as to check if we figured out the tv ( we did). I was recovering from a snake bite, which made my mobility a problem. I can’t put into words how lovely the main room of this house is. Every morning, walking into the soothing blue color scheme and seeing the water and palm trees, was a delight. The walk to the beach was great- we loved the boardwalk. The beach location is great and we spent some time with fantastic neighbors. Bike storage was easy, the parking was fine and the amenities were great. We were surprised by how many seating options the hosts provided, both inside and out. While we were a relatively small group of 5, I am sure many more could enjoy the space. We only really left for the occasional meal, escape room and dole whip:) As walking was an issue for me, we made good use of the location by doordashing dinner and just enjoying the pool. Both the pool and lawn were professionally tended while we were there. I suppose my only so-so observation was that this rental is clearly booked no stop. I think some of the smaller maintenance issues like some cracked tile, etc… would be addressed if there was ever a break in the rental flow. Oh, the kitchen was just great with excellent appliances ( the best rental kitchen we have experienced yet) and they went above and beyond by adding extra fridge and freezer and wine cooler. Very, very nice, and such a perfect setting. It’s been a while since I actually returned home from vacay feeling really rested and this rental did the job. And… leave all the beach chairs, buckets, wagons, umbrellas and boards at home- they thought of everything! Well done!

the house was great And the ice machine was key and was able to keep up with 12 people for the week. we did have a few minor issues but Brian was so quick to respond and went out of his way to make things right.

Great family vacation. The property is in the perfect location.
Great location and great house. Our family had the best vacation ever!! The pool table was a hit. The beach was wonderful and we had plenty of space for everyone. The fenced in yard and pool was such a nice addition. Our children and grandchildren had nothing but good things to say about this property. Vacation for the books. Great memories were made.

Perfect Place to Stay
This home is in an ideal location; it is spacious and tastefully decorated with a comfortable feeling. The kitchen is well equipped-an added attraction is the ice machine. The ocean view is terrific from the decks of the house. The setting is peaceful and restful. The space under decks, near the pool, is a unique gathering place with comfortable furniture. The third floor was a great place for our young adults, comfortable, spacious, and provided them privacy from the others. We will definitely return and will very disappointed if our dates aren't available.

Fabulous!
This properly is awesome. There was plenty of room for the 13 people in our group, including three generations. We loved the location directly on the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and yet it is within biking distance to shopping and restaurants. We could not have wished for anything more.

Perfect location
My family and I have never experienced Hilton Head before and truly enjoyed our vacation there. The pool was essential to our stay. Brian was very helpful with all of our requests.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property with our 5 young children. There is something for everyone- the pool is just the right size, beach just an easy walk away and plenty of space to spread out and relax. In a world where there is constant temptation to have “screen time”, our kids didn’t ask once the entire week- there is just so much to do.Plenty of space for 1-2 more families to join us the next time we stay. The home was clean, tidy, and having easy access from the pool into the lower level for ping pong, restroom and laundry was an excellent bonus to make the week easier on us. Owner also very responsive to questions/requests. Cannot recommend this property highly enough!
