Joyce is an amazing host . From the views and location to the beautiful interior she thought of everything you needed to just walk in and enjoy your stay . We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Wildwood going forward and I invite anyone thinking about staying here to do it and you will be happy you did.

Really liked this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with 3 private balconies. Watched the dauphins swim by from our living room balcony every morning. Beach chairs included with very short walk to the beach. Brought our bikes as there is a rack to lock them up. Went to the boardwalk every day which is within walking distance. We liked that the ocean is not so far away in North Wildwood as it is south of there. Would definitely stay here again.

The views from this beachfront condo are incredible! The balcony off the living room was my personal favorite. With the sliding door open, you feel like you’re relaxing on the beach from the sofa. Two of the bedrooms also have balconies with incredible views of the water. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed in for many of our meals and found the kitchen to be well-appointed. It had everything we needed and more. It was also nice to listen to the waves and glance up at the view while I cooked!
The beds are comfortable and I really appreciate linens being included. It was great not having to lug blankets and pillows around. They even had two sets of pillows to choose from- firm or soft. They thought of everything!
The neighborhood was great. It was quiet and we felt very safe. The condo is within walking distance of the boardwalk, which our boys absolutely loved! You’re also steps away from the sand and water! The boys also loved the beach cart and chairs that are included with the property.
The owner was great to work with- she was so helpful and kind. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

This was our family’s second time staying here and we will definitely be back again! The property is clean and well kept. It’s the perfect location in north wildwood, you can’t ask for a better view!

Easy check in process. Very clean unit with great views off the deck. Property is in a great location with a very nice curb appearance. I have stayed in many North Wildwood properties and have been disappointed with a number of them. Everyone who stayed as well as my self said they would stay again and likely will.

Location, location, location! My wife, 3 year old son, and I really enjoyed this property. In fact, we think its the best VRBO property we have stayed at. The views are priceless and the 30 second walk from the door to the beach makes vacation a lot easier. Plus, the owner shows that she cares about her property. It's clean, has everything you need, and is great at communication. Stop looking and just book! If not, we will probably just book your week. Cheers!

Everything was perfect! We all LOVED the location, the layout fit our needs, and communication was always open. Very much enjoyed staying here, and will suggest it to others in the future assuming I'm not trying to book it again for the same weekend. :D

Perfect Beach House
I can't rave more about our recent stay. The house is beautiful and clean. The location is so close to everything. The owner was very responsive to any question. It was a great getaway and we can't wait to go back.

Amazing Stay
This property is perfect! We loved the layout and decor. The location is amazing for anyone wanting to be close to the beach and close enough to the boardwalk without the craziness of the boardwalk. Joyce is an amazing host who was extremely prompt with responses and communication. Honestly there is nothing I can say to express the excellence in quality of this home and vacation! If you want a great place to stay, amazing amenities, perfect location and an amazing host, then choose this property for your vacation!!!

Wonderful Stay
Joyce was wonderful. We ran into a snag but she made sure to bend over backwards to take care of it. The property was immaculate. We will stay there again!

Had a great time
We were very happy with our stay. The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. The A/C was not very powerful, so the condo did get stuffy at times. And unfortunately we were not told about the beach replenishment until the day of our check-in and that we would not have access to the beach until 12-1pm everyday. I seriously doubt the beach replenishment would have made us change where we we stayed but it would have been nice to know about it before check-in day.
