Liked the location and the breakfast.

Everything was perfect! The host is polite, careful and caring! She has made everything so we feel comfortable! She also helped us arrange our transfers. The rooms, the breakfast and the service is excellent. Thank you for making our stay so perfect!

Our host was delightful! The common area and breakfast were also wonderful.! Loved the Tiffany themed serve ware.
The only thing that wasn't great were the beds and pillows. They were very uncomfortable.

Arriving at night in the dark the entrance took a little finding and could be better lit, but everything was as per the instructions provided.

This BnB was very close to the water / has water and city views. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a train station very close by, however it was quiet enough for us and we were able to sleep peacefully. The rooms were spacious, and the amenity kits provided in each room were very good and useful. The facilities were clean and there was an actual working bidet in the bathroom. They have plenty of supplies (i.e., snacks, water, coffee, etc) for all their guests (all inclusive).
Our room had a balcony with wonderful city and sea views. Fiorella - the Manager- ensured that we arrived safely (she provided us with door to door service). She was so efficient, and she goes above and beyond to meet any of our needs. Georgianna - the Owner - arranged our transportation for us from the airport to the BnB. The entire process was seamless.
You must try the local restaurants! The easiest way to approach the restaurant / bars is turning around the corner and using the underpass (all within walking distance).
We were only 8-9 minutes away (via taxi) from the Rome / Civitavecchia terminal.
There, you can also find parks / monuments to visit.
That I didn't get to spend more time in this BnB!

The staff was professional, motivated, and inviting. They went above and beyond. The view was amazing. We were treated like we were their best friends from years ago. The place was amazing.

I would like to give 10000 stars to Seataly Experience! The room was perfect, view was also 👍 one person I would like to thank most is Fiorella, she is the best hotel staff you could ever meet. I had some problems with my visa and could have not got on the ferry to Olbia, but she’s such a magical person! And in the end she and her friend helped me out with this terrible situation, when I was at the port her friend talked to the officers there, they kindly let me get in the ferry… unbelievable trip, unbelievable nice people in Civitavecchia!

The personal attention & care the staff provided. The view from the main suite.
We were a bit leary about the building as we didn't know how to access the main suite. Thank goodness a resident directed us to the 12th floor. The building needs better signs to direct the customers where to go.

The girls were amazing and could not do entire for you. It was inviting. Breakfast was scrumptious and the views were exquisite. They helped us find beachfront restaurants for dinner and with $10eur port transfers. We can’t wait to go back there. Oh and Bellinis for breakfast…thank you!

Excellent location overlooking the bay area and very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, terrace with surrounding views. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

The property is located very close to the Civitavecchia cruise port and train station. It was a little difficult to find because it’s located on the 12th floor of the building but please do not be put off by that because the space is amazing. It’s bright, very clean , neatly decorated with many touches of Tiffany. There are very beautiful views of the city and ocean from the wrap around terrace. We arrived very early so there was a woman there named Olga who offered us snacks and coffee and let us relax while we waited for our rooms. The owner Georgiana arrived and she is a sweetheart she greeted us with baked treats and shared so much information with us about the city, she told us how to get to the restaurants and arranged for our transportation to the cruise port the following day. In the evening she had Prosecco and snacks waiting for us in a common area. The room was a decent size, clean and quiet also with a terrace. We felt safe and had a good night’s rest in a comfy bed before our cruise. Thank you Georgiana , Olga and Dione. Oh and the continental breakfast was delicious the croissants were top tier and it had a breakfast at Tiffany’s touch which was sweet!
Like I mentioned the property is located in a building on the 12th floor and the elevator was small which is typical for this area. My husband and I are tall so in the elevator it fit us ,2 large suitcases and 2 carry on bags. There was a 2nd elevator that could fit 2 people. Again don’t let this deter you from staying at the property.

awesome place very close to cruise port and lots of great restaurants very nearby as well train station is 5 minutes walk I would also like to say Georgina the host is the best I have seen in my 20 years of traveling!! she went above and beyond!! I would highly recommend this property! she even arranged to get us from the cruise ship when we we’re totally confused! I called her and we were picked up in 20 minutes Amazing person ❤️❤️❤️

The host Georgianna was amazing so helpful , and accommodating. Had exceptional knowledge of area and arranged a transfer to our cruise ship . she even carried our bags down to the car transfer

We had a fantastic stay. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly, attentive to all our needs! The property was beautiful.

When you see the top floor ocean view for the first time, breath-taking! Wow. There is a common room where breakfast is served, comfortable seating (in doors and outside - for fantastic views - about a block off water). Breakfast was very good, and interesting... Staff very helpful and polite (really nice people we had while we were there).
Grocery store on ground floor was/is handy!
We had a challenge finding the place (not so much the building). But, specifically where the entry was and then getting in. The security is good, but no one around to help with getting in (our experience).
The common area was very large and comfortable. BUT, the bed room was small/tight (but there is a large balcony with chairs and a table (again, on the top floor)).
Nightly prices go UP when cruise ships are around.

This vacation rental was absolutely beautiful. The views from the balcony, the comfortable livingroom and the bedroom were above our expectations. The staff of Georgiana and Edwardo made us comfortable and so well taken care of with the fabulous breakfast, snacks always available, delicious coffee and mimosas served whenever we wanted. I would recommend this to all our family and friends traveling to this city.
We would have liked a small shower caddy inside the shower for our toiletries while showering.
