Teil: Abends bzw. Nachts kann es schon mal etwas laut werden, hat mich aber nicht so sehr gestört.

We stayed here for a month and loved it. It’s a beautiful flat with a great design, very comfortable and right in the center of Setúbal. We had a cleaner coming every week which was great. It’s a perfect option if you’re looking to stay outside of Lisbon and closer to the beach. There’s a boat that can take you straight to Troia. The owner was very kind and super responsive (that’s a big plus).

I recently stayed in an apartment that exceeded all my expectations, offering a perfect blend of convenience, cleanliness, and comfort. Its location was incredibly convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions, dining options, and public transportation. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment from the moment I stepped in.
Moreover, it was equipped with everything needed for a several-week stay, from a fully functional kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils to a comfortable living area, reliable Wi-Fi. These amenities made my stay not only comfortable but also very convenient, as I could easily prepare meals, work remotely, and take care of laundry without any hassle.

Falta alguns detalhes que fazem toda diferença.
Pendurador de toalhas fora do box, um espelho fora do banheiro, porque se é um casal, e um esta tomando banho o espelho fica todo embaçado, chegamos e não tinha agua quente suficiente, durava somente 2 mim, é impossível duas pessoas tomarem banho, chão extremamente frio, precisa de mais tapetes, principalmente no banheiro. Aquecimento só funcionou o da sala, o aquecedor menor não funcionou, mesa de canto ao lado da cama, não ter uma cabeceira de cama, extremamente fria a parede. Ou seja, o apartamento é somente para verão. Não é aconchegante para o inverno.

localização privilegiada, com bons acessos e perto de restaurantes, supermercados e todo o tipo de serviços. O alojamento é acolhedor, moderno e com cozinha totalmente equipada. O quarto é confortável e espaçoso. Proprietária simpático e atencioso, fácil comunicação.
Fraco isolamento sonoro/acústico. Embora o apartamento se encontre numa rua secundária e de pouco movimento, é possível ouvir o barulho dos apartamentos contíguos com alguma facilidade (principalmente em horas de descanso -noite).

Fine location in the city of Setubal, I really liked the industrial modern style of the forniture.
Actually the ground floor can be a bit noisy especially on Saturday nights. Still I had a good night of sleep :)

The apartment was very clean when we checked in. Plenty of free parking lots are only about ten minutes walk away. Sadly for us, the small dishwasher was faulty when we were there. The owner was very responsive but couldn’t get a repairman in because we were there over the weekend only. They tried to make our stay comfortable by helping us with washing the dishes!

The location was good, easy walk to the town and beach. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.
Bed was very firm, the ground floor apartment has frosted glass windows for privacy which is good but also a little strange not being able to see out.

Great location. Modern and clean. Easy check in and check out. Appreciated cleaner coming after first week of two week stay. self-sufficient kitchen with all the basics.
Hard to get a good night’s sleep due to very hard mattress. You can feel the bed springs. Heavy construction next door woke us up with Jack hammer drills.

bang for the buck! tasteful, great location. simple but functional and well executed. bed a bit hard. but hey, neighbours were banging non stop - that way I only heard their screaming and not the bed.
