We couldn’t have had a better stay. Kristina communications up to and during the stay were spot on and wonderful to deal with. The place was spacious and clean, and the bedrooms were a good size. The house is steps away from the beach and pool which made for a perfect holiday, and having a glass of wine or coffee on that balcony was my personal retreat. We will absolutely be returning. A truly perfect holiday. Thank you Kristin!

Champagne on arrival, easy access for parking for my family, directly across from the beach, beautiful neighborhood close to shops and a park for the kids to play. The host was so thoughtful and communicative. We felt so welcomed and pampered.

The apartment is finished beautifully. Lots of little touches that make your stay extra special and memorable. The beach directly opposite and the alternative of the pool to the rear of the complex give you options plus. Highly recommend.

Beautiful unit with everything we needed for a last minute family getaway. Clean and modern with great inclusions like the picnic basket for the beach. The pantry was stocked with a few extras for cooking which was a bonus and the view was stunning.

Perfect escape
Beautiful apartment with great views of the sea. Kristin has thought of everything, from the beautifully appointed bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, through to a lovely beach picnic basket. The champagne in the fridge was appreciated and enjoyed whilst we sat looking out from the comfy balcony. Highly recommended for couples looking for an escape, through to the family enjoying some quiet beach time.

Awesome
One of the very best properties in Hawks Nest! We will not hesitate to book it again. Being able to wander down the little path through the sand dunes to drink my tea on the beach in the morning and G&T in the late afternoon was what I loved the best - the property is so well located!

Fabulous apartment
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is perfectly located across the road from the beach; literally one minute walk. It is beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable and has fantastic views. The balcony is great for watching the ocean while reading a book! So relaxing!! We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you.

Right opposite Bennett’s beach
Some advertisers say that the beach is just footsteps away...with The Love Nest the access is literally across the road. You can check out the surf from the loungeroom or the bedroom. Beautiful spot. Not reliable internet or mobile connectivity during our stay.

A Simply Delightful Stay
Without doubt, one of the best holiday apartments we have stayed in. The location, across from the beach with ocean views, was brilliant (I loved listening to the surf in bed every night). It certainly is THE area to stay when in Hawks Nest.
The owner was so welcoming and easy to communicate with prior to our stay. This made the booking and arrival experience totally stress free. The complimentary chocolates and French champagne, etc contributed very much to the feeling of being pampered. This apartment is certainly one you unwind in very quickly.
The bedrooms are large and the kitchen very modern with everything you need (the ensuite bedroom also has ocean views). Sitting by the television or relaxing on the balcony was delightful - just a quick glance to see how inviting the beach was for swimming.
The apartment is stylishly laid out with a lift from the car park to the top floor, so it's easy to arrive and depart with your luggage. There's direct beach access across the road and a restaurant around the corner. You can also walk to the Golf Club for a fun afternoon and dinner.
We will definitely stay here again and are thankful for the happy memories created during our holiday.

Very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the ocean from our balcony. Loved that it was close to the beach, places to eat and shops. The only negative was that we all felt there needed to be fans in the bedrooms.

Just what the doctor ordered!
What a great spot. After a long period of lock-down, it was great to travel again and get in a bit of R&R with the family. The property was immaculately presented with beautiful views of the ocean. Access to amenity is all in walking distance and easy to navigate. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing get away in a peaceful coastal village. We will be back.

WONDERFUL FAMILY STAY
Other than the dreadfully hot weather and no aircon in the bedrooms, our stay was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. The apartment was lovely, comfortable, clean, well furnished and contained everything we required. Too hot for the beach with a 23 month old grandson, so the incomplex pool was a fabulous asset. Would thoroughly recommend this place and hope to find the opportunity to go back!

Fabulous view and beautiful apartment
We spent a lovely winter weekend there and thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is of high standard, very clean and comfortable and the welcome basket with a bottle of Champagne was a very welcome addition. The view from the balcony is amazing, we were able to observe dolphins playing in the ocean from there. Kristin was a great host and everything was as described. Definitely recommended!

Magnificent!
My partner and I made the last minute decision to escape Sydney’s hustle and bustle for a few days and came across this beautiful property. Even though last minute, we made the request and Kristin promptly and very generously organised the property to be ready for us. And we are so glad she did as we got to experience an amazing retreat in beautiful Hawks Nest. The apartment itself was perfect, set up beautifully with care taken to make it as comfortable as possible. Kitchen and pantry stacked with everything you might need but didn’t bring, even a bottle of champagne waiting to top it off! The wow moment came when we stepped outside on the balcony - the view from the apartment is magnificent!! Being across the street from the beach was not only fantastic for morning and afternoon swims and walks but for breathtaking views whenever you are in the apartment. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this stunning apartment. Incredible location and views and a lovely little town located in an area with plenty to explore.
Kristin provided a beautiful and welcoming home as well as provided fantastic service, we will definitely be returning some day!

Apartment was really maintained well and is beautiful. Very close to beaches, convenience stores & restaurants.
Some improvements:
Would be good if supplies like soaps and shampoos are provided.
Power points in the living area are hard to access.
Only one air conditioner in the living room, would be good if an air conditioner is provided in every bedroom.

As soon as you walk in you immediately relax and feel like you’re on holidays.

Right across from the beach, close to shops and waking up to the sound of the waves was bliss.
The Love Nest made our time away that much more special, enjoying relaxing on the balcony, watching the sunsets and the apartment had everything we could have possibly wanted.

Luxury and perfect location, best views.
Walks along the beach, a drive to Mungo brush and a trip on the punt . Dinner at Tillermans and feeling so spoilt in the luxury of a five star unit overlooking the beach with everything we could need there. Wine and cheese and a bottle of complimentary champagne on the verandah when we arrived . Perfect!

A beautiful apartment
We had the most wonderful time - thank you! We didn't want to leave! The apartment was beautiful, so light-filled and comfortable, and the weather was fantastic. We had such a relaxing week, thank you for the champagne - it was such a lovely touch.

The Love Nest
We hired the Love Nest for a family get together after Easter. Simply put it was delightful and we found the property well maintained, clean and comfortable and a cut above most holiday rental properties. The apartment is built to a high standard and the bedrooms were large and light filled. If we had any criticism, we found the kitchen to be on the smallish size, albeit well equipped, but it wasn't a showstopper, and was easily made up for by the entertaining areas and balcony.The position is excellent being at the quiet end of the street and incredibly convenient for the beach. If salt water isnt your thing then the large in ground pool was really good.
And finally we found Kristin, the owner charming and very attentive to our needs.

Just Gorgeous !
A beautiful 3rd floor apartment, well appointed with quality linen and furnishings (the little things that maketh the difference) and perfect location. Across the road from the beach, and 2 blocks from a café/bar/restaurant meant we didn't get in the car once in the 3 days we were there.
Great view from the balcony - day and night - so lovely to hear the ocean from the apartment. Peaceful and energising at the same time.
Hawks Nest is such a stunning place, highly recommend as a place to stay. Can't imagine a more perfect apartment than The Love Nest to enjoy all that the area offers.

Perfect location, wonderfully appointed
Accommodation with uninterrupted views of the islands is limited in Hawks Nest, and I doubt there is anything else on offer with the style and luxury of this place. Everything you need is here. Pool out the back, beach across the road to the front, secure parking underneath, and lazing on the balcony up top.
