Cleveland Home away from Home
Construite en 2001, cette maison récente rénovée est située près de Ohio City Gordon Square et permet un accès facile aux transports en commun (station de bus ou de transport en commun rapide). La maison est située à 15 minutes ou moins du centre-ville de Cleveland (Playhouse Square, Jack Casino, la clinique de Cleveland et de tous les principaux arènes sportives de Cleveland), à 45 minutes à l'est de Cedar Point et à 45 minutes à l'ouest du Geneva Winery's. We can not believe how amazing this host was. He met us at the property, showed us around, and provided food for us to eat at the house. Incredible hospitality, central location, comfortable beds. You couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you for a great stay!

We arrived in the afternoon and met with Mike, he was very friendly and gave us a quick tour of this beautiful home. It was very helpful because he was there to answer any questions we had. The place was super clean and so comfortable and the ad says it all "A place just like home". Mike was kind enough to provide the essentials so we didn't have to run out and grab things until the next morning. We even had a barbecue in the wonderful backyard Mike responded quickly to any messages we sent and gave us some suggestions on places to see. I just can't say enough about this wonderful place.

Fanily vacation to cedar point. The place was exactly what we needed. It was clean and extremely cute. Loved the neighborhood and all the community gardens and my family and I enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Edgewater beach was a great place to explore with a nice park and great walking trails too. We plan on renting this location again when we come back in October!

Don’t even think about it. Just rent it! You won’t find a better place to stay or a better host in this area which seems to be near everything. Mike goes above and beyond to make you feel at home!

Everything about this experience was perfect, the house was clean, beautiful, thoughtfully stocked with essentials (whatever you forgot, Mike has it), even the fridge was full of fresh food and local beer. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Cleveland, we were able to everything within an easy 5-10 min drive.
Right around the corner is a coffee shop and pizza place with incredible food, and a historic church on the same block with stunning architecture. We enjoyed walking our dogs in the neighborhood, it was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly.
Mike answered every question immediately and communicated often to make sure we had everything we needed, truly the best host we've ever had. We will definitely be back!

We loved this home away from home so much Mike was able to accommodate a few extra nights. When we had a little mishap with the microwave, he came quickly to the rescue even bearing gifts. By far the best host and VRBO experience we have ever had and we travel A LOT. This will always be our place when visiting family and we consider him family now. Whether he likes it or not😆

Truly a blessing to find such an incredible host. Warm welcome, hospitality amazing, perfect location, beautiful home away from home with an impromptu extended stay. Beginning to end we couldn’t have asked or found anything better. We look forward to returning. Mike has absolutely everything you will need and then some!!! The property is beautiful and the hosts are even better! We had an amazing stay, even though we were only there for one night. The fridge was stocked and there were welcome gifts. The best experience I have had renting on Vrbo. Highly recommended!

Property just as advertised and pictured-owner greeted us and gave a quick overview. Property is nicely decorated,updated and well kept. Owner left us with a fully stocked refrigerator and pantry-something I’ve never had in a rental before. We made the short drive to The Flats then Ohio City and West Side Market-conveniently located to both. Definitely would stay again. Communication from host was very good also.

My wife and I had a family wedding to attend in CLE when our daughter asked if her family could join us! We couldn't say no to the opportunity to see our two grandchildren.
We met with Mike and John upon our arrival and were given a quick tour. We found the accommodations to be everything that previous reviewers had noted and then some! The stocked refrigerator and pantry meant we didn't have to run to the grocery store immediately after unpacking the car! There was more food & drink in the house than we could have consumed during our entire stay!
When we're in CLE, we usually have several meals out with relatives, but on this trip, we hosted dinners on two nights so our grandchildren could meet their CLE relatives for the first time!
We've told Mike and John that on future visits, we will certainly check the availability of their home first, as it's on the short list of properties to stay at!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! My family and I were blown away with the hospitality the host showed us during our stay. The stocked refrigerator and snacks were definitely appreciated and unexpected, we were able to enjoy our stay immediately without wasting any time at the grocery store. The house and property were immaculate. The location of the house was perfect and a close drive to all of the tourist attractions in town. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Cleveland.

This was by far the absolute best experience I have ever had with a VRBO!! Mike was an unbelievably gracious host. He was there to meet us when we arrived. We had everything we needed and so much more! We were in town for my son’s wedding and Mike made the stay so comfortable and enjoyable. He provided a completely stocked refrigerator which was totally unexpected but so appreciated after a long trip. The house was perfect for my whole family (6 adults and a baby) with a great front porch and back yard. The location is wonderful! Loved the neighborhood, very walkable and easy running distance to Edgewater Park as well as easy access to the towpath for walking, biking, or running. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. I would not hesitate to stay here anytime I am in Cleveland. Thanks Mike for all the personal touches and making the wedding weekend even more fabulous and memorable.

I really enjoyed my stay in this house. The house is clean. Great parking space for our two families. It is several minutes away from the edge water beach and the aquarium. The museum of natural history, museum of art and Botanical Garden are about 17 minutes away. The owner is supper nice. He loaded the fridge with milk, eggs, juice, beverages and meat. He even brought steaks for us. The pantry is full. No need to bring extra paper towers or extra toilet papers like most of the rented houses I have been to. I will definitely stay here again next time in town!

Our experience was awesome. The host greeted us when we checked in, explained the property. We were very surprised about the stocked frig. and pantry. Everything was as advertised and more.

Amazing hosts
The hosts of this delightful rental went above and beyond to welcome us to the city. Fully furnished pantry and fridge. They responded promptly to all messages and were exceedingly helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Fantastic house in Ohio City
I can't say enough wonderful things about Mike and Johnathan's property. They attend to every need from extra sheets and towels to seltzer drinks and bottled water to even food, which we've never experienced. We loved the location - close to pretty much everything in the city and in a cool neighborhood. This particular spot is in Ohio City's Eco Village (on the edge of Detroit-Lakeshore) and is in front of a sweet little community garden. The backyard is great and private and the neighbors are very nice. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cool Cleveland neighborhood with good restaurants, breweries, etc. as well as an old school market with outdoor produce stalls and indoor meat, cheese, and other food items (West Market). You can get authentic Middle Eastern food, Irish food, Polish food, crepes, etc. Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cleveland, and having a clean, open concept, fully furnished house made it even more pleasant. The decor is modern and relaxing. We were able to relax on the front porch, closed in backyard and grilled on a propane grill they had. The living room has a huge sectional with reclining seats! Loved the high dining table where we ate and played cards and games. We cooked and were able to use the dishwasher and microwave. We even did tie dye (that we brought with us), because there was a washer and dryer to use! They allowed us to use their garage to store our trailer for the week, and our car was in the driveway, so it was off the road. Only downside was it was a bit more pricey than I was originally looking for. But our other house that we rented 2 months earlier backed out on us a week before our trip, so I was grateful to find a place for 6 of us to stay with 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths, and it was closer to the attractions we visited: Rock and Roll all of Fame, and the Greater Cleveland Aquarium. Only a few miles to each place! And we ate just around the corner at Bruno's Ristorante, which was FABULOUS, as he makes all of his mom's recipes from Italy! If we make it back to Cleveland, would definitely see if this place is available again. Mike and John were awesome to rent from!

Perfect Stay
This place was great. Fridge and pantry were stocked to the absolute brim and everything was free to use. Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. for my group. The place is nice and close to everything and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our trip.

Great for familly, close to attractions.
The property had everything we needed for our short trip to Cleveland. Very conveniently located near highway access, and also under 10 minutes from Edgewater park. The property was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The neighborhood was quiet at night, so are little ones had no trouble sleeping. The host made us feel very welcome and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this location for a family looking to visit the the zoo, botanical gardens, children's museum, natural history museum, aquarium - all are reasonably close.

Wonderful House
The house was in a great location. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need right down to cell phone chargers! The owner Mike was very accommodating and had the refrigerator stocked with water, soda, juice, breakfast items and other snacks! I highly recommend this house! I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Cleveland!
