Fantastic little gem of a cottage! We really loved the thought that has gone into the design and furnishings, and all the little extras provided. The cottage is nestled at the back of a historic property just outside the village of Strathyre, with woodlands right on its doorstep, an abundance of birdlife, rivers to splash about in and gorgeous gardens. A great place to escape to the country and still enjoy style and comfort!

If you love a strong shower or a hot bath this is not the place for you – one downside of cabin living is sadly the electric shower…

We loved this special hidden little gem. Was a great place but most of all it was lovely experience. A little home away from home. I have told all my friends and family about it and ill have a great recommendation for anyone who asks.

I wouldn't change a thing

Very comfortable and clean. Log burner very effective ... we were there in stormy weather (February) so appreciated being cosy. Suitably equipped for a log ,cabin.

Poor hot water supply at kitchen sink but there is a dishwasher. And tv reception poor but we weren't there to watch tv. .. there were internet options. Internet was good considering location.
