Perfect location for us, and layout suited our family too. Pool was even warmer this year. We just like to sit under the verandah and Look at the trees around the pool. Everything provided, but could i suggest a little curtain or blind at the kitchen window, when it is dark as a woman felt a bit vulnerable that anyone could see us. Otherwise recommend.

We had the best time staying in villa Ocaso.. 3 generations of family staying here and it catered for all. The location was great… we did end up hiring cars as we found the quickest route into playa Blanca was a bit all terrain and not great for pushing buggy’s, but fine if it was just adults staying here. Central location, everything was 5- 10 mins in the car. The pool was amazing and paying the extra for heating was well worth it, the nicest pool temp I’ve ever been in! Jodie has been great and comes back quickly to any questions. We are even looking at booking again for next year! We loved it!

The property is well organised and comfortable, and the pool is a big highlight (we paid for it to be heated, which was great!)

Communications before and during our stay were excellent. The outside space was delightful but the furniture inside was tired, uncomfortable, stained, and, unsuitable for a luxury villa. A lot of the utensils in the kitchen were also of poor quality. This is a luxury villa, at a luxury price, but it is let down by the fine detail.

Plenty of space ,pool fab ,communication was exallant ,fabulous information in the red folder would Highley recomend,hoping to book again for this year kind regards Helen Morris 😀.

Had a lovely week relaxing in the sun. Took both our mums with us and the villa was perfect for their needs. Hope to return in the future.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Ocaso. The property is very well maintained and excellently equipped. Very clean and tidy on arrival. Location is great, a nice walk down to the main town around 15mins. The pool is absolutely lovely and communication with Jodie really simple and easy.

Had a great time at villa occaso, was perfect size accommodation for the 7 of us 4 adults and 3 children. Ideally situated for a walk to most places in Playa Blanca. Would recommend for a good family group holiday!

The villa is so lovely and in a lovely quiet area of Playa Blanca but not too far away from the shops beaches and eating places. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and we will certainly be booking this villa again. A bonus was the TV with english channels, sports channels, films and best of all netflix for the nights we didnt want to move from the villa. We hired a car which made things a lot easier but if you dont mind walking then you really dont need one. On a couple of occasions when we needed the hosts they were very quick to answer very helpful and very friendly.

Communication was great and the property agents were accommodating in allowing us to enter the villa earlier than timescales allowed as we had an early flight and two small children with us which was really appreciated. Arrived to a very clean villa that was very well equipped and the outside area and pool was amazing accommodating for adults and children. Just a bit of feedback which didnt affect us as we were four adults with two children but as the property accommodates eight, the outdoor dining facilities were not adequate for 8 people. However lovely stay and would certainly book again.

All the family including 2 young children had a lovely time, especially the children’s swimming pool. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was worth it. The villa was spacious enough even for 5 adults and 2 children. A good time was had by all.

We had a good week in the villa with our family. Highlights was the pool and splash area for the grandkids. Pool heating kept it at a goof temperature for the little ones and well worth paying the extra. Communication with villa owner was good and flexible when we wanted a later checkout. We didn’t hear from the property management but we didn’t need anything specifically either. Beds were solid and comfy mattresses and property well equipped. Property owner made us aware of some water damage to some walls following a leak which cosmetically need fixing but wasn’t detrimental. The odd outside tile needs replacing and the one outside the main patio doors needs sorting immediately as it has a sharp edge. Overall we would definitely return to this property again.

Nice big pool in a pretty garden. Short drive to Flamingo beach- we are too old to walk! Had a problem working the TV but Jodie came round immediately and sorted us out.

Great location in a residential area about 15 mins walk from the town center. Small supermarket 2 mins walks away. Nice property, lovely pool area. Just what we needed

At last after COVID and illness,s we came to stay at Villa Ocaso for the first time. We were comfortable inside the villa and we loved sitting outside on the sofas overlooking the pool which we paid to be heated. Location wise suited us very well a 20 minute walk down to the town leading also to the sea and promenade.A slight incline on return so happy to have a taxi home for max 5 euros with shopping. Two bedrooms upstairs and two down. Needed a little help with the tele a couple of little notes would help. Anyway we were very happy staying here and would highly recommend. We plan to return next year and would like to stay at Villa Ocasa

There was four of us stayed in the villa. We had loads of space. The outside space is excellent and very well kept. Jodie was very efficient and helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay. Thanks Jodie.

A nice villa with a great pool. It is around 20 min walk down to the main area & beach.......mainly uphill on your return. The villa had everything you needed and was very comfortable including the beds. The only points I would mention is that theres just a couple of things that could be improved/repaired: There are a few cracked tiled around the outdoor/pool area, The front gate needs replacing, its all corroded and the handle kept dropping off, some internal walls look to have damp at the bootom as the paint was all peeling off. the electrics kept going when you used the cooker/oven which was very annoying at times!! If all of the above were sorted then this villa would be spot on.

Fabulous villa, everything you want, very comfortable home from home. Brand new kitchen, sofa and outside sitting area. Nice gentle stroll into town from the property and handy little shop for everyday basics. Jodie and Brett make the whole process of booking and any concerns quick and easily dealt with, will definitely be back xx

Excellent Villa. Large garden with a lovely pool. Jodie Slater was excellent , we had a few queries which she addressed very efficiently. We could have done with details of how the appliances worked, especially the TV. Other than that all good.

This villa is large, well equipped and in a nice quiet residential area. The pool is larger than average and the wifi and TV system work well. The kitchen is great. The villa could have been a little cleaner but this was not too much of an issue.

Amazing big pool and so glad we paid for it to be heated. Lovely villa very spacious just what we wanted. Would recommend a car as for us nowhere was really within walking distance. Great holiday.

Villa Ocasa was everything we hoped it would be. Situated on a residential estate rather than a holiday complex made it feel like a home from home. The location suited us perfectly, being only a 20 minute walk to the resort centre and a 5 euro taxi back. The villa was lovely, everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Well worth the extra to have the pool heated, it was perfect. Jodie could not have been more helpful throughout the whole experience, from our airport transfers to helping with a small problem with the tv., communications were excellent Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat.

Wow. What a place. That’s how we all feel. A terrific property in a great location. Lovely pool and brilliant communication from the host. The pool was kept immaculate by the team and we have just had the most fantastic family holiday in villa ocaso. Thank you Jodie!!

Lovely villa. Although there were a couple of hiccups (to be expected in a rental property) the property managers responded by return to queries raised. First rate service.

Our family, three generations, opened the door and everyone's reaction was "wow"! We entered into a beautifully landscaped area with a pool and kiddies pool and a lovely seating/dining area. Enough sun beds for everyone and a great barbeque area. The property itself was spacious for the seven adults and my one year old grandson, having a lovely flow to it and we felt like it was home. The welcome pack was more than enough for us to have a bite to eat and drink without having to worry about shopping. on our arrival. The walk to Playa Blanca is an easy stroll (down hill) with the added bonus of getting a taxi back for about 5 euros and there is everything you need there to stock up the fridge, find a place for a bite to eat or just enjoy the scenery and the town itself. Communication with the hosts, Jodie and Brett, was excellent. Jodie arranged the hire of a cot, high chair and it was all set up on our arrival. This was a perfect family holiday for us, being able to spend time together, explore the area at our leisure and to relax at our own pace. We are already planning our next holiday here and can't wait to return. Thank you Jodie and Brett for a lovely villa experience :)

Jodie was excellent from the start, as we had to change dates because of covid restrictions, we ordered the welcome pack as we didn’t arrive till late, all the stuff that we needed until the next day, on arrival the villa was spotless, smelt lovely, the pool was clean and big, a lot had been upgraded (pool, sun beds, outside seating, kitchen and sofa) beds we’re comfortable, everything that you would need in the kitchen, we used the bbq, movies on the tv if you needed, the local shop across the road, 15-20 minute into town, the pool man came twice, really nice guy, overall we had a great 9 days here and I would recommend to anyone, we’re already looking at other villas that Jodie and Brett manage, thank you it really is a lovely villa, one of the best that we have stayed in.

The Villa was simple to get to and only a 25 min drive from the Airport. On arrival the check in instuctions were clear and easy. First impressions were good and continued positively from there. There is a information booklet provided with all you need to know about the area including numbers for the local services including an english speaking taxi firm. Accomodation wiithin the Villa was clean & tidy as you would expect. There are 2 double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, more than enough for our needs. There is two bathrooms and one en suite bathroom. All were spotlessly clean and there was plenty hot water to go around for our family of 6 adults plus a toddler. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, crockery and everything else you would need for a self catering holiday including a dishwasher and washing machine. The outside space was fantastic and where we spent most of out time. The heated pool was big enough to swim lengths and also had a baby pool attached which was ideal for our wee one. The location of the villa is great being situated in a quiet urbanisation. It is though, only a twenty minute walk into the bars and restaurants in town and only 4 euro in a taxi. There is a local general store only 2 minutes walk away also. We had a fantastic week at Villa Ocasa and I would definitely book again without hesitation.
