The staff was amazing! Everything was very clean. It was close to the wedding venue we were in town to see. The parking lot is easy to access the back door, and the elevators were close. The rooms were spacious. The sofa was comfortable. The desk was large. the fridge worked well. The room decor was attractive. The shower was nice. All other patrons we encountered were pleasant and in a good mood. That seems indicative of their enjoying a pleasant stay as well.

The beds were not super comfortable. We didn't notice until we got there that it's an alcohol free facility. It didn't matter to us, but I know many people like to have a drink at night in their room and it felt weird to be told that I couldn't if I'd have wanted. The toilet paper was so cheap. Worse than any I've had except in the very cheapest independent roadside motels. I may have utilized the massage chair if it were further away from the public entering and exiting the main elevator. $5 for 20 minutes is a good price, but I would have been more tense instead of less afterward. I wish there were a pool. Finding anything nearby to eat, shop, or have delivered was difficult.

Room was not cleaned nor bed made after the first night of our stay Towels were left on the floor as per the instructions in the bathroom if we wanted fresh towels. Nevertheless, the towels were never replaced. AC in bedroom was either running too cold or then off and the room was hot. AC in suite worked great so we stayed there most of the time except to sleep. Staff at front desk were excellent.

So quiet, clean; beds knocked us out! Stayed off-season (from semester) and located on a seminary campus. Staff we met were also students. Kind and friendly. Price, value & vibe-stay here!

I left an hour after checking in. No wifi, tv didn’t work, air wouldn’t turn off and smelled old.

Very clean and well kept Very (I mean VERY, didn't see any people besides hotel quests, which were calm and quiet) quiet around Attentive staff, trying to help and accommodate

My room was next to elevator room, and I had to sleep on the sofa, so I didn't have a good sleep because you can't sleep next to elevator motor unless you're below 20 years old! Bathtub was in the amenities list, but not in the real room. Alcohol is not allowed, which would be fine if they'd put it in the list of policies.

Attentive, friendly and responsive staff. Beautiful location with being on campus. Caring to questions, issues and needs.

Our first suite had an issue with a continuously running toilet that was unable to be flushed, due to missing parts in the mechanisms. We shut off the water and informed the front desk. We were immediately placed in a new suite. It all worked out good.
