Beautiful condo on the top level. Gave us gorgeous AM views of turtles and fish. Sunsets were spectacular. Condo was well equipped with all the things. The only thing that could be improved is the keyless entry, as it was extremely difficult.

Great condo, very clean, fully stocked kitchen, loved how close it was to the beach. The manager communicated well with us and sent a repair man right away for a small issue that we found. The pools were really nice. The only thing that was negative was that there was a toll bridge to get into the area and every time you wanted to go out to eat or shop you had to pay $3 to get back in.

This is a beautiful property! Our unit is the perfect location. It’s right near the beach entrance and close to the pools. I celebrated a big birthday long weekend and had a fabulous time! Melanie is very helpful and accommodating.

The condo was very clean and quiet, an amazing beach only like 2 min walk from the condo. Very nice property, well stocked, clean! We enjoyed spending our day in the adult heated pool and walking on the beach as we wanted. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Overall property was great but lacked many kitchen conveniences. Knives, measuring cups, no crockpot. Coffee maker was antiquated.

We have vacationed at Cinnamon Beach many times. The place was nice but a little outdated. It was great for a last minute getaway. I do wish the pools would stay open until 9 pm.

We have been coming to Cinnamon Beach every year since 2017. This year did not disappoint. The property was just as described. The beds were super comfortable!! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning and the patio overlooking the lake turned out to be a nice surprise given we normally stay oceanfront. The rocks were especially bad this year on the beach but we suspected it might be given the hurricane at the end of summer last year. We were still able to enjoy the beach each day and night with our chairs in the water. The management company was very responsive and reached out to us before, during and at the end of our stay.

Beautiful condo with high end everything! My one complaint would be the rocks hidden in the ocean. If you are an ocean swimmer: beware. No boogie boarding here, and the waves will crash you into rocks at about knee deep; look at low tide, you'll see some. NO warning signs either. If you're not an ocean swimmer (I am not) this place is awesome. If you have kids who love the ocean, it's not for you.

Nice unit, comfortable furnishings, adequate utensils. Sheets smelled funny, took them off and laundered them. Towels could be updated. As others mentioned, this complex has lots of rules, not very welcoming. We understand there are destructive guests but we aren't!

This beach was amazing! The condo is only like 2 min walk from the beach access. The beach itself was so chill. Very few other people there! So clean and my dog loved it! Would def love to come stay there again!

Absolutely love the area the beach the pool area was super clean
My only problem I had was very disappointed usually on a holiday a big part of it is sitting outside and because of the rusted furniture we were unable to do that if I had a known it before I could’ve chosen another unit!!

The condo was very clean and quiet! The location was beautiful. We saw an alligator and turtles in the pond below. Views were amazing. The pictures are exactly how this condo looks. Would definitely return!!

We had a wonderful experience at this condo! The surrounding area is beautiful! The condo exceeded our expectations. The master suite was so beautiful. The view off of the back balcony was so nice. The walk to the beach was short. We had everything we needed. The owner is really easy to work with. We have recommended this property to our son and family. The condo was very nice and clean. Great location to surrounding restaurants and the beautiful beach. We enjoyed spending our day in the adult pool and talking the short walk to the beach as we wanted. Would vacation here again.

This property was exactly how the pictures looked and the way the description said. We saw a total of 3 different alligators in the lake. A lot of turtles and different birds. Very relaxing and calming. Much needed vacation and loved the area.

Our condo was perfect! It was very clean and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the location being in between Daytona and St. Augustine so we could enjoy them both. Check in and check out was easy and pain free as well. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely property. Clean, nice balcony, overlooking pond/ lake. Short walk to the beach. Only issue with this stretch of the beach is that there is a good amount of coral along the shoreline / just off shore. Best to access beach near pool area, as there seems to be less coral there. Just a bit further walk from this property (5 minutes, at the most). We’ve visited this community previously and would highly recommend. It is quiet, safe, family and pet- friendly. Enjoyed our stay at this property very much.

Beautiful view of the lake. Saw alligators and turtles from the balcony. Very clean, all furniture inside looked new. Only negative was we couldn’t figure out how to use the tv in the living room. Maybe having instructions on using all the remotes would be helpful.. Had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. The condo is very spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. The condo was clean and quiet which made for a much needed time of rest and relaxation. It is a short walk to the beach and the pools. There are a limited number of restaurants nearby and most close early. I highly recommend this area if you are looking for a quiet place to rest and enjoy some family time.

Very nice area, condo was great, short walk to the beach! Unfortunately, tropical storm Elsa was in town, but, there are lots to do along the shores of the Atlantic for both the kids and the adults!

We spent 4 nights over the 4th of July weekend and loved it. This was our 4th time at Cinnamon Beach but 1st time in this unit. Definitely in the top 2 units we have stayed in. It's close to beach access and one of the closer condos to the clubhouse and pools. You get the Lakeview from the balcony and can see the ocean from the front door between the condos across the street. We really enjoyed the 6th floor balcony for the 4th of July. We got to watch fireworks from all over without leaving our room. The unit was clean and had what we needed. Included beach towels, all your kitchen essentials, plenty of space for the family.

We took my mom here to celebrate her 50th Birthday and the location was absolutely breathtaking. Beautiful lakefront views, amazing beach, and very spacious condo unit. Pictures don’t do this location justice. The beach is very secluded with few people you practically have it to yourself. Keep in mind you do have to pay across the bridge every time you enter this private community but they have a multi day ticket pass that will last you if your making a lot of trips out for food, groceries, activities, etc. Melanie and Donna were very friendly , very communicative, and easy to reach if needed. Beach is a very short walk across the parking lot from unit. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again for making my moms 50th that much better!! Looking forward to returning in the future!
