We adored our stay at this lovely VBRO. Gorgeous views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were unusually comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner each night. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo has a very comfortable layout, and it’s decorated/ furnished beautifully. ( We’ve stayed in other condos that are very “ticky tacky Hawaiian.” One of the reasons we chose to stay here was because the photos showed a nicely decorated home, and it did not disappoint.)
The location is perfect. We walked to the Queen’s Bath. The only constructive note would be to replace the sectional because it was a soft on support. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Enjoyed our stay! Location was great & close to groceries, Hanalei Bay & loved that we could easily walk to the pool & use the grill. Great amenities- it had everything we needed for our girls trip weekend! Easily fit all 6 of us. The day bed in 2nd bedroom is actually a leather couch that can lie flat so a little stiff but ok for sleeping.

This condo was great! It was very spacious and accommodated our group of 5. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals. Very close to the local market and shops. Park nearby as well if you have children. AC was great and even fans if you prefer that! Location was great! We will be back again in the future!

It’s located on the main road so the balcony is a little loud. The place is nice and the beds were nice. The fees are the killer though. Make sure you look at them before you rent. We ended up paying double the cost when fees and taxes were added in

So pretty, right next to the golf course. The place held my family of six perfectly. Close to a grocery store and the general store had fabulous pizza!! Would definitely stay again!

Great property in a great location on the north side of Island. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, making it ideal for group travel. Plenty of room for six individuals or less. Host was fantastic.

Our annual trek to Kauai for family visit find this condo ideally located for activities such as surfing, paddle boarding, hiking etc. Even with rainy weather we spent most of our time outside in the warm environment. Condo is a nice size for 5 people with good cooking supplies- quiet - with great walking paths. Beds were fantastic- very clean unit. Galley kitchen a bit tight for more than 1 cook, but great appliances. Nice porch for relaxation. Kids loved the pool and hot tub.
The only issue we encountered was no “walk-in” showers. All bathtubs had showers but the bottoms were slippery -an issue for older people with mobility problems. We resolved this with a purchase of a bath mat. All in all, a fabulous condo and would return there again if available.

The place was beautiful,comfortable, clean, safe and quite. It acomadated 7 people very comfortably. The only downfall, is that the air-conditioner runs only in the master bedroom and living room, dinning room and kitchen. The other two bedrooms only have ceiling fans.

The property was very comfortable and spacious. Almost accommodated everyone—unfortunately they didn’t have a pack and play for an infant traveling with their family. My only complaint is with Vacasa. They were SUPER slow at responding to an inquiry we had about the shower and didn’t respond to whether we could check in early within that 24-hour check-in window. They did however message me 3 times to let me know a late check-out was possible for an additional fee.

Nice community. Main road on lanai side so kind of noisy. Awful kitchen supplies. Coffee maker from circa 1990’s, rice maker on its last legs. Kitchen outlet doesn’t work. Couch is old, uncomfortable, and hard to get off/out of. Carpet gross and should be replaced or other flooring put in. . Back bedroom poorly situated, outlets hidden by furniture that is just in the way and adds nothing to the space. Hard to walk around the bed to the only side with a bed side table, too much furniture. Lanai dining table is too big for the space. Beds were comfortable. Overall just ok.

We had a great stay!
The house was well stocked with kitchen essentials and beach gear and it was in a great location. We enjoyed our morning sunrise walks and it was an easy drive to all of the nearby beaches. The parking was not an issue as there was always an open spot in the designated guest spots. Perhaps consider a/c in the two smaller bedrooms but the fans worked well. Thank you and we hope to be back someday!

Family vacation
Overall space was fantastic. Be careful going in front door with lots in hand as there is not much deck space to get in the front door. Only other complaint is there is no air conditioning in two smaller bedrooms so sleeping was very uncomfortable.

Great view
Nice 3 bedroom 3 bath unit, full kitchen, (well stocked kitchen,, needs some "courtesy items to be saved from one renter to another, such as seasoning, aluminum foil,, ect. I left foil, some cooking oil, salt and pepper,, and some packaged dry goods as a courtesy for the next renter if the cleaning crew let those items remain! Large balcony with a great mountain view, but some traffic noise, but the view is a fair trade off, large bathrooms, lots of towels, soft bedding and pillows, nice amount of beach towels, but the boogie board and one of the beach chairs need to replaced! 2 of the bedrooms will be warmer then the master, a few fans would help this, but it's not a deal breaker. The unit is minutes away from a small shopping center with a grocery store, shops, restaurants and a gas station, and you are a short drive to Hanalae , (larger selection of restaurants and shops) Hidden Beach, Keke Beach, Anini Beach, and Tunnels Beach, arguably all the best beaches on the island. You are also across the street from the pool, another plus. Would return and rent this unit again in Kauai!

nice property/good value
Nice property. We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and comfortable, and well located. As others mentioned, A/C is only in the common room and master; 2 other bedrooms were a bit warm though they have overhead fans, and the bedroom towards the main road is noisy with windows open. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking pans and utensils, but no spices or other basics for cooking - which would have been nice. (Grocery store is close though.) We used the beach chairs. Had to rent boogie boards and snorkels as the 2 boards there were either childs size or partially broken.
Overall we found the property to be a very good value.

Very nice property. The carpet, couch, and outdoor furniture were a little more worn than we expected based on the photos, and the road noise was more significant than expected, but good overall location and amenities. Some properties offered access to a bike or two and that would have been a nice option.

We loved everything! Great location, clean and well stocked. You just need to stop at Costco and stock up. There is a very convenient full store walking distance to the condo. Water pressure was a little low but I would definitely book again!

We stayed two nights in this spacious, clean condo. Loved the view of the mountains over the golf course and the beautiful pool/spa area. It’s on a busy road, but it’s minimal when the doors were closed. Just ignored it while enjoying the view!

Short and Sweet Stay
We were staying in Poipu for the week and decided to spend a couple of nights up in Princeville. This condo was perfect for our change of scenery.
The condo itself is clean, spacious and well equipped. Our two young adult boys each had their own rooms and bathrooms. The Plantations neighborhood has a small gym facility and a beautiful pool with a heated spa. I loved sitting on the deck of the condo and enjoying the Mountain View over the golf course. The road noise could be bothersome at times, but I knew it was a busy road before we booked.
The only small issue we had was at check-in, the place wasn’t ready and we had to wait 45 minutes before getting in. I texted with the owner and accommodations were made quickly. In the meantime we drove around the neighborhood and were able to see several of the resident albatross’. One pair put on quite a show and a neighbor walking by gave us a lot of great information about them.
We used the beach equipment for a day at the Princeville Resort beach. (The umbrella was broken and couldn’t be used, but we had plenty of tree shade to sit under.) We all snorkeled and enjoyed a few drinks and snacks from the beach/pool bar. We were lucky and it didn’t rain on us at all!
For dinner both nights we went to Piazza. The meals were FANTASTIC! Like all food on Kauai, it’s expensive, but this is one place that makes it worth it. We sat at the counter and got to know Ryan the Pizza Chef, he’s a master at his craft, someone who truly enjoys and takes pride in his job. We have been to Princeville three times and this was our first time eating there, it was such a treat to find and we’ll definitely put it on our must do list for next time.
This condo was the perfect Princeville get-away for our family.

Perfect
Everything was perfect. The home and the grounds were just as pictured. Unlike other places we’ve rented, this home was very “homey” with plenty of dishes, cookware, spices, toiletries, towels and amenities that made us feel right at home. A terrific and reasonably priced grocery (Foodland) was located adjacent to the property, which made shopping very convenient. Also, the property is close to Hanalei’s shops, restaurants and beaches. I’d recommend this property and would stay here again.
