Bienvenue aux Sea Lofts récemment terminés à Padaro Beach. C'est la plage la plus exclusive de Santa Barbara. Vous ne trouverez pas d'hébergement plus proche de l'eau sur des kilomètres. Non seulement vous êtes à quelques mètres de la mer, mais à une centaine de mètres des magasins de surf, des restaurants et des boutiques. Vous pouvez louer des planches de surf, des planches à pagaie, prendre des cours de surf ou prendre le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner dans l'un des spots locaux de Santa Claus Lane sans jamais monter dans votre voiture. Les Sea Lofts sont la première destination balnéaire de Santa Barbara. Vous pouvez marcher des kilomètres à marée basse, ou simplement vous asseoir sur le pont et regarder le coucher du soleil. Dolphins pranced in the Pacific right in front of the house as we were checking in ... an indicator of how magical this experience was about to be. A comfortable, cozy, well-appointed beach getaway with a location that cannot be beat. Even with the proximity to the railroad track, the loft still offers tremendous solitude, inviting the senses to savor all things Padaro. This is the second time I've stayed here and there will definitely be a third. It's enchanting.

Everything was perfect for our daughter’s wedding weekend. Jeff even dropped off a bottle of champagne for us. The accommodations were wonderful.

Location was perfect! A short walk to the sand, a short walk to shops, a short drive to Santa Barbara, and a parking spot on site. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom - what a luxury! The only thing I was a little disappointed with was that the sound of the road was often louder than the sound of the ocean, but being able to see the ocean from the patio was still amazing, and I loved relaxing on the loungers outside. Also, considering how close the train tracks are, I was pleasantly surprised at how little we heard from inside the room when a train passed. Finally, the only thing that might improve the room would be a couple of comfortable chairs. Right now the only seating options are the bed, or a couple of hard chairs at the little table, but that's not a deal breaker, just would have been a nice option. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay - the property was well maintained and exactly as described. It is a very short walk to be on the quiet beach and while the train does go right by the property it is not disruptive at all.

The property is newer and in great condition. The room is larger than appears in the photos. The refrigerator does not have a freezer section, in case you may need that. I might suggest replacing the two chairs with something a little more comfortable to sit for reading or watching TV. VERY comfortable overall and definitely repeatable.

Perfect location and a great place to stay!
This property was clean, comfortable, and well appointed for a weekend away. It is steps from a great beach, walking distance to restaurants, and the sound of the waves at night made for the best night of sleep in a long time! I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again soon!

What an am amazing weekend in Carpinteria! They unit was comfortable, convenient, clean, and beautifully appointed. And what a perfect location! I walked on the beach every morning and watched the sunset every evening. Coffee and several options for food within 2 minutes walk. My first VRBO experience was an absolute dream!!

Great place super close to the beach
This is a great property for a couple to stay and enjoy Santa Barbara and the beach. The entrance to the beach is just a few houses down and the beach is spectacular. There isn't a full kitchen (only a refrigerator/sink/utensils) but there are multiple restaurants within a stone's throw of the studio. I would absolutely stay here again--the host was more than accommodating and got back to me immediately with any concerns and questions I had. The heated floors in the bathroom are a huge bonus!!!
